What do you like best about Notify?

The best part about this is the ease with which the software can be operated and understood. It helps deliver critical communication on behalf of the company and that helps a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notify?

There are no downsides as such for this software. However the unlimited users' version or the subscription costs very high and is not feasible for small businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Notify solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem that is solved with the software is sending out critical notifications and the main part is acknowledgement as most of the normal notifications get ignored. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Notify?

Everything. This program is a game changer for communication with our patients. It is one of those things that are so useful we cannot imagine life without it. If we had not had this tool already implemented I do not know how we would have been able to deal with Covid closures and reopening. This tool was our number one key to success during covid and after reopening. We are eternally grateful for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notify?

The app is glitchy but there is a desktop version you can use on your browser if necessary. Once all of the bugs are worked out it will be close to perfect. We are happy to wait while they improve. We had to use this tool as our only means of communitcation during covid and there were glitches that were in the way, they have since been corrected Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Notify:

If you need a way to easily communicate with your patients with Hipaa compliance on their terms (texting means they can answer you whenever vs a phone call) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Notify solving and how is that benefiting you?
