**What do you like best about Statusbrew?**

Statusbrew is a powerful and flexible social media management platform. It helps me efficiently manage over 35 social media pages without feeling overwhelmed. I especially love the content planning features, which allow me to organize posts. I was able to set up different content calendars by network and progress to share with my clients. The reporting tools are another standout—whenever I need to pull metrics or insights, I can generate a detailed report with a couple of clicks.

 Sometimes lags a bit and the over page speed experience can improve.

**What do you like best about Statusbrew?**

Statusbrew is a great tool for scheduling social media posts without the headache. Scheduling posts are available for multiple social networks, including Google My Business, and I also get suggestions for the most active times of day to post. I like the draft feature as well, as it helps me to save my work and come back to them later.

**What do you dislike about Statusbrew?**

It would be helpful if drafts could have reminders or notifications so I don’t forget to finish them. Right now, I have to manually check my drafts to see what’s pending.

We were previously scheduling posts for each social media account natively, which took a huge amount of time each day. Bringing it all under one roof has cut our management time in half. We are also able to handle post-approvals and have team conversations about how to approach post-approvals, which are also huge wins for us.

**What do you like best about Statusbrew?**

This suite of services has been an excellent and comprehensive all-in-one bundle that is both incredibly cost effective and has an impressively diverse set of resources that intentionally specialize in serving the needs of smaller to mid-sized groups and agencies. Hands down the most impressive feature for myself personally has been the significantly lower price for this streamlined bundle, especially when you take into consideration the speed and efficiently of which it can tackle multiple roles like engagement, analytics, publishing. and listening across however many workspaces you happen to be managing ---without being charged an arm and a leg to include these features as add-on services for an already inflated cost from similar providers (which can quickly run into the 6 figures range depending on the complexities of your needs). Great onboarding experience with knowledgeable and helpful customer care professionals and includes a trial period for new clients to see if it's the right fit for your business.

**What do you dislike about Statusbrew?**

So far my only suggestion would be that I wish there was a bit more resources for those new to the industry and overall multi-platform management tools like these; though management gets the full rundown during the onboarding process, it would be great to have some kind of infolet collection of resources to be able to pass along to new hires just as a kind of introductory material for them to have as a resource for what can be a complicated set up process for those unfamiliar with complex social media management tools. Other than that, no complaints on my end.

Has saved us a notable amount on the costs of using other similiar platforms that provide services typically at an add-on rate alongside the base subscription pricing; with that money then returned to our budget, we're able to reinvest it into further advertising and overall growing our presence and recognizability across our social media platforms.

**What do you like best about Statusbrew?**

It's very intuitive and easy to use. I need a tool that makes it easier for me to do my job correctly, not harder. Statusbrew has everything I need right at my fingertips, to allow me to work efficiently. From easily accessed customer information to numerous reports pertaining to forecasts, marketing profiles, customer info, and lots more. It just works.

**What do you dislike about Statusbrew?**

Nothing really. (There are some detailed reports I would find very useful that are not yet available, but I know that they could be built for me if I choose to pay to do so.)

The software is endlessly useful for relationship management. When users correctly and carefully enter and manage their data, it can be used to create customer call lists segmented in a variety of ways depending on the scope of the project. Very impressive.

I use Statusbrew to create rules for content and engagement. I need guidance to do so. I faced support issues with my previous tool because I was not on an enterprise plan. It felt like they only cared about their shareholders, not customers. But this isn’t the case with Statusbrew. I got human support that actually helped with migration and setting my rules. I feel heard and respected irrespective of what plan I subscribe to.

I got what made me switch. Nothing as of now.

I was not a premium customer in the previous tool, so their support was limited to emails only, and it took time to get a helpful reply. But Statusbrew is just one message away, and the best part is that I am not talking to bots.

**What do you like best about Statusbrew?**

I work for an NGO, and I only manage social media. The platform was quick and easy to set up. It’s become my daily go-to social media tool, with its publishing and reporting features saving me hours of work each week.

Whenever I have a question or run into an issue, their customer support is incredibly responsive and helpful, often resolving my inquiries within minutes.

I’m consistently impressed by the resources and content Statusbrew offers to support its users, such as recorded videos and a help center.

In my NGO work, I often need to add trending audio to Instagram Stories, but unfortunately, with Statusbrew, I can’t do that directly if the story is scheduled. I can schedule stories, and it sends a notification via the mobile app before they go live; I still have to manually add the background audio, which can be a bit inconvenient.

Statusbrew helps me handle all posting in one place instead of switching between different platforms. The tagging feature is really helpful. I use a system with three layers of tags - platform, goal of the post, and target audience - which makes it easier to analyze performance and refine our content strategy. I found the UI intuitive and easy to navigate right from the entry screen. One feature I appreciated was the ability to create separate workspaces for different projects, which helped keep everything organized and prevented data mixups. Since I manage multiple brands, this helped me a lot with the segregation. I’ve tried Agorapulse and Sendible but didn’t find this level of sophistication for clients. Feature-wise, Statusbrew is one of the most comprehensive platforms I’ve used.

I hadn't heard of Statusbrew before, so I was a bit confused about them and Agorapulse. Not to say Agorapulse is bad, but Statusbrew offered a more refined experience in everything Agora does. Plus, their team was helpful enough in setting up my accounts and spaces, which made me pick them.

The project management features were spot on, and if you're someone who likes to dive deep into data, Statusbrew can be considered. It captures everything happening on social media and presents it clearly in the reports. It's easy to use, with no unnecessary clutter to cause confusion.

I use Statusbrew to keep ad comments clean and relevant. I created a rule that helps me hide negative comments and automatically send it to my support team and set up automatic moderation rules that hide comments containing spam, competitor promotions, or irrelevant links. This ensures our ads stay professional and don’t get cluttered with unwanted content. The ability to review hidden comments before deleting them is also helpful.

As someone juggling multiple social media accounts, I needed a platform to get rid of the chaos, and Statusbrew has been helpful with that. 


The unified social inbox is by far my favorite feature. It allows me to respond to messages, comments, and mentions across platforms all in one place. It’s so easy to use and ensures I never miss an opportunity to connect with my audience.


The post-scheduling feature brings a lot of convenience, too. I can plan and schedule weeks of content in advance and customize posts for each platform. It also lets me preview exactly how my posts will look before they go live.

With Statusbrew, I can share content calendars and reports with just one click. The tool is simple to use and has all the features agencies would need.

statusbrew makes it easy to keep everything organized with calenders. i can plan posts for different platforms, assign tasks to my team, and track approvals all in one place. The drag and drop calendar lets me quickly adjust schedules, and the ability to filter by content labels, platform, or post status helps me stay on top of everything.

I have to post to facebook groups manually as there are no APIs for that.

Before Statusbrew, I had to follow the template created in my previous tool, and customization was not allowed.  Now, I can create competitor reports in Statusbrew exactly as my stakeholders want.

We’ve connected 357 Social and Google profiles with Statusbrew to manage customer interactions across various locations. We set up isolated workspaces to keep data separate and used the user grouping feature to keep our teams organized.

Setting up the account takes time, but their customer success team made it easier.

We get detailed information on our audience's sentiments through theWe needed a tool that could handle a lot of engagement. Statusbrew helps us keep our conversations organized with their team inboxes and custom views. The notifications for low-star reviews have been a game-changer for us.
