I use BrandMentions primarily to monitor and analyze brand sentiment across multiple markets and languages. Instead of limiting sentiment to basic positive or negative labels, it breaks reactions down into multiple emotional categories such as admiration, frustration, sarcasm, and joy. What do you like best about BrandMentions?

I really like the email digests. I’m super busy running the shop and I don't always have time to log into a "dashboard". Getting a clean email every morning that says "Hey, 5 people mentioned your bakery today" is perfect. It even found a TikTok where someone was showing off our sourdough and it went semi-viral! I would have totally missed that and lost the chance to comment and thank them if it wasnt for the alerts. It makes me feel like I actually have a PR team even though it’s just me and a laptop. Additionally, the new Emoji Analysis feature has actually helped our marketing team understand the "vibe" of our brand engagement better than raw text ever could.
