What do you like best about BrandMentions?

I use BrandMentions for sentiment analysis, and it's noticeably more accurate than many other tools in a similar price range. This provides reliable insights that make presenting data during weekly stakeholder meetings much easier with its visual reports. I also track Share of Voice against our main competitors, and the platform's ability to quantify PR efforts with clear measurements of visibility and engagement makes justifying marketing decisions straightforward. What do you like best about BrandMentions?

I really like the email digests. I’m super busy running the shop and I don't always have time to log into a "dashboard". Getting a clean email every morning that says "Hey, 5 people mentioned your bakery today" is perfect. It even found a TikTok where someone was showing off our sourdough and it went semi-viral! I would have totally missed that and lost the chance to comment and thank them if it wasnt for the alerts. It makes me feel like I actually have a PR team even though it’s just me and a laptop. I really like how easy it is to track competitors’ mentions alongside our own brand mentions, all in one place. Setting up separate projects for different competitors or product lines is very flexible and helps keep everything well organized. This makes it much easier to monitor specific markets, campaigns, or product launches without mixing data. The Automated AI Digests are the best "client-facing" feature I’ve ever used. I have them scheduled to go out every Monday morning to my clients. It summarizes their brand health, mentions the top 3 influencers who talked about them, and highlights any potential PR risks. In addition to monitoring our won brand activity, we rely on Brandmentions to keep track of competitor visibility across different online sources. The alert feature is particularly valuable because it immediately notifies us whenever competitors are mentioned in article, blogs or online conversations.
