**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

Vista Social is extremely user-friendly and simple to navigate. I was able to connect it easily to a variety of tools I use on a daily basis, such as FB, Threads, IG, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more, with just a click. Posting has been very reliable, and I haven’t run into the failures or errors I experienced with other social media tools I’ve used in the past. I’ve also been able to perform bulk actions quickly, which has significantly reduced my workload and saved me time.

I’ve found the pricing to be extremely reasonable and competitive. Many similar tools have raised their prices considerably, which can make them inaccessible to small businesses like my own. Vista Social also has a wealth of information readily available in the support section, along with tutorials on YouTube. I especially appreciate the interactive guides in the support section that walk you through each step, which is great for visual learners like me.

The automations are probably my favorite feature. I can set up auto DM responses, auto-send links, grow followers with freebies, and much more. I can either use a template from the library or create an automation from scratch. VS also has a robust catalog of tools included, more than I’ve seen on other platforms, and has been an essential part of my social media business.

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

I have not come across anything to dislike.

**What problems is Vista Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve needed multiple tools and subscriptions to successfully manage multiple brands for different clients. Vista Social lets me stick with just one subscription that brings all of those tools together under one roof. As a result, I no longer have to jump back and forth between platforms or pay for several different subscriptions.

**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

I consider that the most useful aspect of Vista Social is the ease with which it links different profiles, the interface is simple and I feel that it facilitates many things on a daily basis, for example: keeping you organized with your calendar and posts. On the other hand, it is an efficient tool, as the speed with which it executes what you need is impressive. At the same time, I think you can get a proper return on investment, as it is completely worth the price to pay. Regarding support, they are very quick to solve any problem, such was my case where I had doubts about automations since I didn't know how to use them completely, so they helped me resolve my doubt and I was able to use the AI tools properly. Overall, it is a very complete tool and I dare to say that it is by far the best tool, in my case I am using it to organize my workflow and sales of my business's social networks, therefore Vista Social makes everything lighter and easier to manage, it saves me hours of work and is very useful.

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

Honestly, there is nothing I could express with negativity. The only thing I can say that I didn't like as much is that since it has so many functions, some of them you don't know how to use correctly. I think it would be good to add some tutorial or text hints to better and correctly use all its functions.

Before trying Vista Social, I had problems with disorganization, especially because I had to check my social media profiles individually, which often left me confused and took a lot of time. Now with this tool, it's evident how easy everything is, as I have everything in one place, so to speak, saving me time and above all the stress caused by having everything separated and disorganized.

**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

I was most impressed by the unified inbox. I manage clients' social media accounts, and switching between Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn used to be time - consuming. Having everything in one place, messages, comments, mentions, really simplifies my day-to-day work. Post scheduling is convenient and easy, without any unnecessary steps. I also tried the automated direct messages feature, which I didn't expect to be useful, but it's actually quite useful for small businesses that can't respond immediately. Setup was quick, and the profiles connected seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

The reporting section could use some work, it gives you the basics but if you want more detailed breakdowns you hit a wall pretty fast. Also some features like geo targeting are locked behind higher plans which is a bit frustrating when you're just testing things out. The mobile experience feels a bit clunky compared to the desktop version. Nothing that's a dealbreaker but there's room to improve.

Before I was switching between different platforms to manage client accounts, logging in and out, missing comments, losing track of messages. Vista Social puts everything in one dashboard which cuts down the time I spend on admin stuff. I also think the reporting section would benefit from a more streamlined summary view, so it’s easier to do fast performance checks. Over the past 2 years, Vista Social has improved their features. Today, I specially love using the DM automation feature and the listening feaure because it has improved my workflow by miles. Not only did it make my work easier as a social media manager but it also improved the turnaround of my client's businesses. Vista Social has been my secret weapon over the years and I am grateful for such a tool. 

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

They are always improving and updating, as of today, I don't have any suggestions for improvement because I am already happy with it. The current interface is what works best for me already. 

**What problems is Vista Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to handle everything related to social media management with Vista Social. I have easy access to captions and copy that are enticing to possible consumers of the brands I work with. I also have a more flexible time for work-life balance as their scheduling feature is great help for my work. I also love the analytics, numbers, and predictions provided for the accounts connected to my Vista Social. Once I discovered Vista Social, my social media manager life just became a whole lot better.

I really like using Vista Social because the UI is clean and easy to navigate. The scheduling feature works very smoothly, which makes managing post across different platforms much easier. I also like the integration since connecting social media accounts is simple and convenient.

For pricing,I think it offers good value because features included.Their support and onboarding are helpful as well, especially for beginners who are still learning the platform. I also like the AI features because they help make the content creation and scheduling more efficient.

Personally, I like the workflow it allows to be created in the site. Being able to invite people to work under specific platform using the "Team Member" feature will help in delegating work. Additionally, I like the ability to assign "reviewers" of certain posts in the schedule to make sure that all posts are consistent.

The features I don't like in Vista Social is mainly the price of $64 for 3 members. My team usually consists of 5 people so the price can be steep if I have to purchase the second tier so that the whole team can use the site.

It's essential for me to have software that's easy to navigate and use since I'm always on a time crunch in this industry, and Vista Social is just that. It helps me work faster by keeping me organized, and I can rely on it to support my SMM business. The initial setup was extremely easy, which was a big plus, and I really like their built-in DM automation tool so I don't have to create another account on ManyChat.

Honestly, there isn't much I don't like. It has gotten more expensive over the years, but compared to other platforms, like Sprout Social, which runs at hundreds of dollars a month, this is still really affordable.

What I like best about Vista Social is that it goes way beyond just scheduling posts. The unified inbox has honestly been one of the biggest time savers for me because I can see messages, comments, and mentions from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and LinkedIn in real time without constantly switching platforms.

I’ve also been using the DM Automations feature quite a bit, especially for handling initial responses and FAQs, and it saves a surprising amount of time while still keeping engagement active. Another standout is the Listening feature. Most platforms lock that behind expensive plans, but Vista Social makes it accessible and actually useful for tracking conversations, mentions, and audience sentiment without needing another separate tool.

On top of that, their customer support has been excellent. Fast responses, helpful guidance, and they actually seem invested in solving issues instead of sending generic replies. Overall, it feels like a platform built for people who actively manage social media every day, not just schedule content and leave.

Honestly, not much so far. The only thing I’d say is that because Vista Social has a lot of features beyond scheduling, there’s a bit of a learning curve at first, especially when setting up more advanced tools like DM automations or social listening.

Vista Social solves a big problem I’ve had with social media management, which is having too many tools doing separate things. Before, I was jumping between platforms for publishing, engagement, monitoring comments, replying to DMs, and tracking mentions. With Vista Social, a lot of that is centralized into one dashboard, which has made daily management way more efficient.

The integrations are one of the biggest advantages for me. Being able to manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and LinkedIn together, especially through the unified inbox, saves a huge amount of time and helps ensure nothing gets missed. Real-time notifications for comments, messages, and mentions are especially useful when managing active accounts or campaigns.

The DM Automations feature has also helped reduce repetitive manual work. Things like auto-replies, lead responses, and basic customer interactions can be handled much faster, improving response times without requiring someone to be online 24/7.

From an ROI perspective, it’s been valuable because it replaces multiple tools at a much lower cost. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. Vista Social helps me manage my content without extra effort. I create health posts and videos for LinkedIn, X and other platforms, and I can plan and schedule them in advance. This is very helpful during clinic hours when I dont get time to post manually. There is also instant post option, so if something urgent I can post on all connected accounts at same time.

it is easy to use and does not require much setup. After using few times, creating post, selecting profiles and scheduling becomes simple. I was able to connect my profiles easily, so implementation was not difficult. I use it regularly when I prepare multiple health posts together. Scheduling helps me keep my content consistent without daily posting work.

features are practical for my use. Reports section is helpful, it shows impressions, engagement and growth, so I can check which health topics are performing better and plan my next content accordingly. It works smoothly with the platforms I use. i can manage LinkedIn, X and other social channels from one dashboard, which saves time. Reports are useful, but for quick checking I feel they can be more direct. Right now I have to go through sections to understand performance, a more simple summary view would help in daily work. Also, when I am doing simple tasks like quick post or small edits, there are many options on screen, so it takes few extra seconds to focus on what I actually need. For basic daily use, it could be a little more simple.

vista Social is mainly solving my problem of managing social media work in a proper way. Earlier my content posting was not consistent because during clinic hours I dont get time to post manually. Now I can schedule my health posts in advance, so my content goes live on time without depending on me being free.

It also solves the problem of handling multiple platforms separately. Before, I had to open each platform and post one by one. Now I can manage LinkedIn, X and other social platforms from one place, which saves time and effort. Another problem it solves is planning content. Sometimes I create multiple health posts together, but earlier I had no proper system to manage them. Now I can schedule them for different days, which helps me stay consistent.

the reports section also helps me understand what is working. I can see impressions, engagement and growth, so I get a clear idea which type of health content people are responding to. A huge plus to me is how the customer support is genuinely outstanding! They offer the option to schedule a one-on-one walkthrough with their support team. Very helpful if you're just getting started and want to make sure you're getting the most out of the platform. Speaking of which, their social listening feature which usually costs a fortune on other platforms is surprisingly affordable here, making it a win for small businesses!

Took me a little while to find it among all the other tools out there, wish it had more visibility because it deserves better recognition.

What I like best is being able to connect social media platforms seamlessly and having access to all comments and direct messages in their inbox. From the inbox, I am able to directly respond easily and also receive anything incoming in real time which is great since I check accounts hourly! With taking on more clients, it's been nice also to automate responding so turn around time for anything incoming is quick! Very affordable our business and customer support has been amazing when I've need them!

The inbox experience stands out immediately. It pulls in real activity across all connected profiles, including TikTok direct messages and post comments, all in one place. The ability to reply, leave an internal note, summarize a conversation, or bulk-complete items from a single view makes managing engagement genuinely efficient. The DM automation builder is well-stocked with ready-made templates covering the most common use cases, from auto-sending links triggered by comments to webinar signup flows, with a create-from-scratch path available as well. Listening is also a strong feature, with internal listening included in the plan and external listening available as an add-on. Support is easy to reach through the Help menu, with a structured request form, screen recording option, and Intercom chat with both an AI agent and a clear path to a human.

There is not much to dislike. The feature set is dense, so new users may need a little time to orient themselves, but the support resources and onboarding options help with that. The listening and automation sections showed no active setups on the account reviewed, which made it harder to evaluate performance in practice, but the builder interfaces themselves were intuitive and well-organized.

I manage a few client accounts plus my own account as a freelancer, and before Vista Social I was constantly bouncing between apps just to keep up with messages and scheduling

The interface is quite easy to navigate and it feels structured in a way that I can actually stay on top of it without losing my mind. You really don’t need tutorials to get going, which is great coz some tools can feel complicated, if I’m being honest. The DMs, comments across all the social accounts appear in real time making it easy to get a bird's eye view on everything. 

The social listening feature surprised me the most though. I wasn't expecting it at this price point, usually that's locked for much more expensive tools. Their report feature is a hero for me - its super clean and easy to customise your reports + it also gives you recommendations which I love!

The ease of use is great; the UI is easy to learn, and the comprehensive onboarding process helps even those who have never used social media management tools learn to operate it. I also appreciate the useful tutorials that helped me understand the different tools and features available. It's a very comprehensive tool with many standout features that other social media platforms don't offer. The initial setup is easy, taking no more than 5 minutes to connect my accounts. This tool captures every potential lead without needing me to be on standby, which is especially useful when managing more than one client. The automation features were the selling point for me.

When after connecting my social profiles, all current DMs and messages in various social inboxes appeared to be sent from the time the account was connected. This means it was hard to tell which messages were actually most recent, since they appeared in the inbox section as been received at the same time.

**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

Top factor that made me switch to Vista Social is the affordability and range of features that they offer. They have features that other platforms only offer for "premium" members that most SMMs cannot afford, they make it accessible for us and makes our work more efficient.

Their inbox feature also helps a lot with handling accounts across multiple platforms, I am able to see messages across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Threads all consolidated in one inbox making it very easy to use. Being able to have automated DM responses is also a huge plus! Making my work less tedious with FAQs and other easily manages questions and responses.

I check in daily to schedule posts and check messages from potential clients and customers. Posting across multiple platforms with this one tool helps in integration. Once I get my team to try scheduling via this platform, they can see how easy we can implement.

Their customer support is responsive and very informative.

I especially love the webinar automation and the other automations because they let me manage everything in one single app instead of having to switch between different tools. It’s really handy. What I love about Vista Social is that everything is centralized. Scheduling is the bare minimum, and Vista Social handles that well, but what really stands out is the analytics and reporting feature. Also love the task assignment and priority tagging features since it makes the workflow smoother. Vista social has been adding more tools like social listening and inbox automations that have proven to be helpful. We're able to get insights into the audience chatter and topical trends right from within the Vista dashboard, which is great because we were using different tools for the same earlier. 

A few nifty AI enhancements are also worth mentioning as they help us in a very contextual way. I don't have to paste stuff into GPT or something similar, which is good.

I think the new integrations, especially with Threads needs more refining. Sometimes, the triggers don't work.

I really love the unified inbox, which is genuinely useful, there i can see all incoming messages, comments and mentions from all social media platform and can respond them without switching tab. The evergreen feature has become one of my absolute favorites - such a time saver! And they've rolled out so many other updates that have leveled up the platform.

My rating went down over time which is not a good sign. 
Complete SMM tool, ease of installation and use, user interface, includes campaign management and social listening, the unified inbox is beneficial to engage with responses. Has agency plans that allow catering for multiple clients. Customer service is responsive, but does not have solutions for all issues.
For those being aware of the limitations of the tool, it can be a choice.

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

Editing because of some changes on their side: VistaSocial is becoming much more restrictive. Kicked out several users for no good reason and despite providing proof of purchase. The limitations in media upload are persistent and annoying. It's not turning towards the best. 

Limitation of 10 pictures per post is not practical and requires manual rework every time after a scheduled post is submitted. The unnecessary restriction is only applied when using the web interface, not when using the mobile app (which has other disadvantages when using), but it makes the web version of the tool practically unusable if you intend to share a lot of visual content.

**What problems is Vista Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All aspects of SMM, creating content, scheduling posts, analyzing results in Facebook, campaign management, social listening, unified inbox for direct intereactions with followers. Having everything in one application is more convenient than constantly switching between different dedicated tool. My business is benefitting by reducing the efforts to access our audience in Facebook.
Used to work with the tool on a daily basis, having sufficient "professional experience with VistaSocial" to provide a comprehensive and useful verdict.

> The 10 pictures per post for Instagram unfortunately is a limit imposed by Meta on all tools (at least as of today's date). We understand that users can post up to 20 natively. We are hoping that Meta will soon lift that restriction.

**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

I really loved it from the start. In the beginning you can add your profiles from different social media plattforms and it shows exactly what can bei done with the type of profile you add. If you need a different overview you can also watch the trials, which are also very prominent from the start, so you never get lot. Especially outstanding for me was that the tool really is an all-in-one solution. I can have all my plattforms in one Tool and i am even able to get real time updates in messages and mentions. Also i was now able to automate some responses which makes it even better. Before i was hustling with many open tabs but with vista social i instantly got the feeling i am better organized as i was ever before, definetly a must for any social media Managers!

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

I just wish it came out earlier! There is nothing to complain about at the moment and it is worth every penny.

**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

The biggest pro (absolutely) is the amount of things I can do from a single place (which means saving money on 8459459 subscriptions and, above all, SAVING TIME) For me, as someone who manage multiple accounts that was KEY!! The features I use and like the most (apart from the scheduling tool) are: being able to see and respond to all comments and DMs in real time from a single inbox (I can filter as needed), while scheduling TikTok I can opt to add recommended music. The automation feature for DMs and comments, which really surprised me in a good way. I’ve also been using the task assignment feature, which helps me a lot with project management and collaborating with my team more efficiently. I could literally generate and download my social media report in less than a minute, so I’m definitely saying goodbye to manually pulling information from each app one by one. Another thing I found great is the social media listening feature. While I’m still getting familiar with it, the fact that the software offers it at this price point, along with everything else, is really noteworthy. Oh, and I almost forgot,  I was also able to run a competitor analysis (Instagram), also in less than a minute.

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

Honestly, I didn’t find any real downside. Maybe at first I felt a bit overwhelmed (because there are so many features) but after a little while exploring, I got comfortable with the interface.

I needed to optimize my time and resources, so finding an all-in-one software was a game changer in my workflow.

**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

It is one of the most complete social media tools I’ve seen to date.

The DM interactions are in real time. DM automation is very useful and can be personalized depending on what you want, so you don't need to use other platforms.

The listening tool is very useful because social media managers need to have more data on a single platform to know what publications are working and what are not. It looks very complete with personalized options.

You can configure the automations depending on the social network; it is very easy to do.

It is a powerful tool that could work for social media experts or non-experts alike.

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

The platform is very complete, but I found two small disadvantages with this platform:

- The "Find content" tool doesn't show personalized research related to your topics.
- Once scheduled posts have been published, you cannot reschedule them to another date; you need to start the entire process from the beginning, creating a new post.

For the rest, it works really well if you manage different social media platforms like Hootsuite or Emplifi.

Saves a lot of time to use different features: listening, DMs automations, AI content creation or reporting. It's really helpful.

**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

Since I started using it, I've found it interesting and intuitive. The home page gives you an overview of where everything is, so the tutorial is quite helpful. As for scheduling both posts and reels, I can say that it's easy to do, but it takes a while to upload files, so you have to be patient. I like that it has a preview of how the content will look when it's finished and then you can finally schedule it. On the other hand, the calendar is great. It allows me to filter and modify its size. Something I find interesting is the media site. I can upload my files or photos and choose directly to then create content. I find the automations interesting. It offers a good system that allows you to filter words so that the DM is direct, and I like that. Overall, it's a very helpful website. It doesn't just offer the basics; there are many features that may be more useful to some than others. Personally, I will continue to use it, as it is very helpful to integrate the management of the social networks I handle into one place.

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

The things I didn't like were that although there are tutorials within the app, I didn't understand the listening feature, for example, so I was tempted to look for a tutorial. That's what I didn't like, that there are no videos on how to connect to other accounts, for example.

I like the platform for managing my social media because of the filters. I used to use Metricool, but I find this one more comprehensive, especially with the automations. Having a single platform for all the networks I manage is perfect. I benefit from its reporting system, as it provides me with reports right on the platform.

I love how I have a general overview of all my social media channels in one dashboard, which is organized and has a terrific design. The features are great, allowing me to easily see engagement activities like comments, likes, and DMs, along with data reports and more. I also appreciate the option to create automated replies and the listening feature that I haven't seen in other tools. What I like most is the convenience of having everything in one place, saving me time from checking each app individually. The real-time aspect is a big plus since replies are already sent by the time I check them. The initial setup was very easy with guided instructions in every tab. I'm relieved to have found an all-in-one tool that doesn't crash or delay activities.

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

I think they send out email too much (every change you make to your profile, they send you an email alert). However, if you think about it, it's a good problem to have because it gives you extra security.

I've tried a lot of tools for Social Media Managing before and Vista Social is my favourite now. I mostly use the platform for LinkedIn and to be honest it just works. Scheduling is super reliable and the AI helper is smart, it actually helps me find the right tone for my posts (whether I want to make it more professional or conversational). 
I’ve also tried it on Instagram and had no issues. Makes managing social media way easier.

-The best feature that this tool has is that you can schedule trial reels. I really have been looking for some app or similar to do this because I have different clients and for example next week I will be traveling and I can't fail them or stop posting so this feature really saved me!

-Also another part of it that is really helpful is the listening feature because it shows you what the people is talking about about your brand, being good , regular or bad and this tool is excellent for politicians and government candidates because it can help a lot with their stats and ranking.

-Great customer support, fast responses, etc.  

-Seeing messages, comments and mentions in realtime in your inbox for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads and LinkedIn  was so powerful because those messages were seen at the same time that were sent.

- I was able to automate responding to all messages using DM Automations feature 

 - An the Listening feature which is regularly a premium tool with other SMM is super powerful and affordable for a small business.

The only thing I would improve is to add a chat online instead of a form for customer support.

I use Vista Social for scheduling and checking competitor analysis. I really like the UI. It's super clean and straightforward, which is good for user experience. I also appreciate that with Vista Social, I can manage tasks like scheduling pending audio on Instagram without having to do it on the platform itself, saving me a lot of time. Everything is integrated into one system where I can automate a lot of tasks. Another aspect I appreciate is that it's quite affordable.

There are limited features available during the free trial, which doesn't make much sense to me. I think all features should be open during the trial so you can properly test if it's worth buying or not.

I like the most that the app is very accessible. It is simply designed so that new users can use it right away. I like that I can tag my other employees in a chat. So if someone sends us a DM, I can tag one of our employees without the other person seeing it. This allows employees to pick up the chats more quickly. Also, the initial setup of Vista Social is very easy.

The only thing is that if I hadn't used LinkedIn or Facebook for a long time, I also can't quickly find the chats again.

As a social media manager who handles multiple accounts, this tool has helped me keep everything organized and all in one place. What i really like about vistasocial is that I can reply to both comments and messages all in one place. This saves me time because I no longer have to access them in different places. Plus, I love the social listening feature!! I can easily see if my topics or niche keywords are still relevant and gaining traction. I also love their automated reporting. As an SMM, this helps me keep track of everything since I manually keep track of everything before.

Additionally, the Listening tool helps me monitor keywords, hashtags, and mentions across all platforms, which is usually a premium feature on other tools.
