Navigation is intuitive, although a keyword search could be provided better/more clearly. In this context, a hashtag search would certainly be advantageous. Otherwise, I wish for greater depth in the search results on TikTok or Instagram. Here, fast-paced meta-discussions sometimes get lost because certain keywords are not explicitly mentioned in the title or text, but are thematically present in the video and/or discussed in the comments. Sometimes it is a bit tedious to have to keep adding new media/content creators to the platform, especially for TikTok, which is a tool that has new relevant influencers every day. On the alerts side, it would be good to add an option to generate them for multiple data sources and not have to do them one by one.

I think that the interface is a little bit tough to navigate. It takes a little bit of learning for sure. I find that NewsWhip is very helpful in saving time with manually monitoring social media platforms. It allows me to have the feed optimized for how I need it, and I'm able to check-in regularly during the day on competitors and breaking news. It's really useful because I've been able to save so much time and also find stories that I wouldn't be able to without having access to the software. I have used it more for the media part and it works very well. If it also had the social media part integrated, it would be even better to have everything in one.
