Cloud feature, support through chat works well, tagging, import and export features and they keep developing new features that are supported by the community through a system where members can propose new features and vote on them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It used to be down quite a bit and if you work with customer profiles, whom you wish to not bother, it's a bit of a fuzz that in some cases you have to bother them for a verification. Import used to be quicker. The AI features are pretty low quality. I don't use them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Terrible Experience – Unethical and Unprofessional Company

I have had the worst experience with this company and feel compelled to share my concerns so others can avoid falling into the same trap.

1. Customer Support: The so-called "customer support" is a complete joke. From the start, I encountered a lack of empathy, professionalism, and any genuine effort to address my concerns. Their responses were dismissive and condescending, making the entire process unnecessarily exasperating.

2. Compliance & Ethics: This company’s ethical standards are highly questionable. Their approach to GDPR compliance and personal data handling is concerning, to say the least. Additionally, it appears they’ve created fake LinkedIn accounts under their company name to make themselves look larger and more credible than they actually are. This behavior is deceptive and unprofessional—truly a red flag.

3. Refund Policy: I canceled my subscription, yet they continued to charge me for seven months without my consent. When I finally confronted them, they only refunded me for the last month. This is outright theft. Their refusal to provide proper refunds—citing arbitrary and unfair terms and conditions—is exploitative and predatory. Many other customers have reported the same issue, as seen in their reviews. Bugs, technical issues, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction are rampant, yet they hide behind shady policies to avoid accountability.

4. General Professionalism: Their overall behavior is appalling. At times, they were outright offensive, showing zero respect for their clients or any willingness to understand their concerns. Their strategy seems to be intimidation and exploiting geographically distant clients who have limited legal recourse.

If you’re considering doing business with this company, don’t. They are dishonest, unethical, and prioritize profit over integrity. Charging customers after cancellation and refusing fair refunds is theft, plain and simple. I hope others think twice before trusting this company with their money or data.

Once I understood how Waalaxy works it was easy to set up my filters and imports from LinkedIn. I then just needed to let Waalaxy do what it does best and that is to send out the message to possible connections.

I also had good results with the customer service when I had a problem not being about to get back into Waalaxy due to a disconnect with LinkedIn.

The learning curve, it took me a while looking through all the options to decide what was my best course of action in first starting a campagin.

I still don't know all the aspect to use Waalaxy to it's fullest.

I did have to stop at one point as the frequency of connections was too much and I am not sure if I stopped the campign the right way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using it for a month now and the best thing I love is that its super easy to setup a campaign and the UI is really great! Also I loved all the prebuilt campaign sequence. The support team is really great and friendly and they are always happy to all my questions. I have been using it and recommending it to my friends for sure. I almost love everything about Waalaxy so far but a few things can be improved or added:

1) Ability to scrap all the post reactors, as the competitors already having it

2) Make the Live chat support more responsive.

3) Ability to create our own personal sequence, I know there are 100+ sequences available but it still will be a nice to have feature.

4) Make the inbox auto update after sending a message, Currently I have to manually refresh the page to see the updated message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Waalaxy is its ability to automate and manage LinkedIn outreach efficiently. This tool has been instrumental in helping me save considerable time while still keeping interactions personal and organic. What I like most about Waalaxy is that it is a very easy-to-set-up application for LinkedIn, allowing me to automate sending messages to my contacts and also make new connections with people who share interests with my ideal client.
