**What do you like best about Agorapulse?**

I like how the inbox system is set up in Agorapulse. It's easy to track what has been replied to and what still needs attention, which helps me to stay organized throughout the day. When dealing with a high volume of interactions, having that kind of structure really makes a difference. I also love the speed and efficiency of how quickly replies are sent out. It keeps me on a fast reading pace and doesn't slow me down.

**What do you dislike about Agorapulse?**

It takes a while for the system to show how many comments I've done, and I normally have to wait, like, four hours. Sometimes the amount that is being displayed is not accurate.

I find Agorapulse centralizes everything, allowing me to view and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in one place, saving time and keeping me organized without missing anything important.

What I like best about Agorapulse is how everything is centralized in one place, making daily management much easier. The moderation features allow us to categorize incoming messages, which helps qualify conversations and adds valuable KPIs for client reporting. It’s intuitive, easy to use, great for sharing calendars with clients, offers clear analytics, and the customer support team is always responsive and helpful.

**What do you like best about Agorapulse?**

What we like most about Agorapulse is its centralized system, which makes it easy to manage multiple accounts in one place. As we handle more than 10 client accounts, this significantly improves our day-to-day efficiency.

The platform’s features, such as scheduling and reporting, are generally reliable, and the calendar UI is clear and intuitive, making it easy to plan and manage content.

**What do you dislike about Agorapulse?**

There is some room for improvement in terms of reporting. We categorize content using labels and analyze performance based on those categories, but the platform does not always allow us to fully customize reports according to these labels.

Additionally, we are currently experiencing publishing issues where scheduled posts are not going live on time. We have raised a ticket and requested an investigation, and this issue needs to be resolved as soon as possible.

Managing multiple accounts across different platforms was time-consuming and difficult to organize. Agorapulse solves this by centralizing account management, which streamlines our workflow and saves time.

Support replied but ultimately didn't lead to a resolution.

A critical Instagram Stories reporting bug persisted for months (since about April 2025 in our case), resulting in inaccurate or incomplete data.
Despite written notice to halt billing until the bug was fixed, charges continued.
The proposed “resolution” was one month of credit and penalty‑free early termination—no refunds for months of unusable reporting.
Refund discussions were repeatedly deferred until “after the bug is fixed,” which never happened for us.

**What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed reliable social reporting for clients and internal performance tracking. Because the Stories data was unreliable, we had to create manual workarounds and double‑check metrics, increasing workload and undermining campaign analysis. Net impact was negative due to rework and lost confidence in the data.

Agorapulse makes it incredibly easy to manage multiple social media accounts in one place. The interface is clean, scheduling is intuitive, and I like how the inbox feature helps consolidate all social replies and DMs into a single dashboard. Reporting tools are also pretty strong, and it's great for presenting client-ready insights quickly.

The platform can feel a bit rigid when it comes to custom workflows, especially if you're managing a high volume of content across teams. Sometimes the approval process feels clunky, and there have been occasional lags when loading large asset libraries or switching between client workspaces. Integration options are decent, but I’d love to see more automation flexibility.

Agorapulse helps streamline our social media workflow by combining publishing, engagement, and reporting tools into a single platform. The reporting features are absolutely a game-changer and my favorite part of Agorapulse. I can customize reports for weekly and monthly analysis and consolidate metrics across all platforms, which makes it easy to present clear data to leadership. The scheduling capabilities have been transformative too - I can plan content days in advance instead of having to post in real-time across multiple platforms. The mobile app is also invaluable, allowing me to capture and share content on the fly when I see something worth posting.

**What do you dislike about Agorapulse?**

No dark mode. This is genuinely a minor complaint at best, I just really like dark mode apps.

**What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Agorapulse, I was drowning in the scheduling nightmare of managing Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn separately, often having to be present at specific times just to publish content. I was also struggling with disparate analytics from multiple platforms that made it nearly impossible to demonstrate value to leadership. Agorapulse solved both of these problems completely. Now I have all my social media posts planned days ahead, and I can generate comprehensive reports that helped convince skeptical leadership of social media's value. We've achieved 175% year-over-year engagement growth and 2.5x overall growth on Facebook and LinkedIn. Most importantly, I've gotten some of my time back, which is huge when you're a team of one wearing multiple hats.

Agorapulse is an essential tool for social media management. We use it daily at Effet B and particularly appreciate its intuitive interface, comprehensive features (scheduling, moderation, reporting), and the clarity of the reports. The calendar is very well designed, the unified inbox tool saves us valuable time, and the customer service is always quick and efficient. It is a reliable platform that allows us to better collaborate as a team and optimize our social strategies.

Although the reports are clear and easy to use, some advanced metrics or customization options (notably for comparative or segmented reports) may be limited compared to other platforms more oriented towards "data analytics."

I love the ability to monitor and respond to multiple social media platforms all in one space. I love that I can group the profiles and organize it. The queue feature is great.

There are some aspects that I wish were easier to customize (like labels) and I wish there was an integration that allowed links on FB and IG stories. I also wish Pinterest reporting were available. I would love to be able to batch label a group of posts. I wish I could listen for keywords in more spaces

**What do you like best about Agorapulse?**

For my agency Agorapulse does everything we need and more! It has an excellent, thorough and clean user experience and its features and functionality are constantly evolving to keep up with the continuous changes within each social media platform. It's also extremely easy to connect and get started and then integrate into your workflow.

I especially love their comprehensive reporting, it's great for clients and it makes me look good, as though i've put in a great deal of work - but Agorapulse is really doing it all for me! 

I've been using Agorapulse for over 12 years now, and although I have tested almost all social media management platforms over the years (as I needed to stay up to date with whats out there, know what others do and be able to recommend suitable programs for clients of all different sizes and needs, in my workshops and coaching sessions) but for me Agorapulse always wins in every category, any many of my clients also come to this conclusion quickly. 

Lastly, and most importantly I need to mention the customer service... absolutely second. to. none! seriously! You will not find a team that is more efficient and dedicated and actually CARES about the service they provide and their customers, and what they need. Their communication and genuine people who they have on their team mean a lot to my business as i'm always confident they'll have my back and help when needed or resolve an issue.

Stop shopping for the best social media management platform - you just found it.

Honestly nothing. Maybe it is a little expensive for some people, but once you fully grasp its capabilities and what it can do for you, you'll see it's worth its weight in gold.

**What do you like best about Agorapulse?**

We have been using Agorapulse for several years, and this platform simplifies the management of our social networks by centralizing all our accounts in one place, particularly on Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn.

In my opinion, there are three major positive points:

- The ability to schedule content in one place: This allows for an overview and complete control over what is broadcasted, with the option to reschedule the publication if necessary. There is a calendar that allows you to see everything that is or has been broadcasted.

- Teamwork: Although I am the only one scheduling the content of the publications, several of us respond to messages from our subscribers. This allows everyone to get involved on the platform, to track who responds to which message, and to be more responsive in our replies.

- Statistics: When we want to check the performance of our pages or publications, all the statistics are accessible in one place, which saves us time.

Finally, this platform is also very intuitive and easy to use, making it accessible to almost everyone. There is also customer support that can assist us in case of problems and proactively via an integrated chat tool.

**What do you dislike about Agorapulse?**

There is not really a major flaw with this platform, what I can regret, for example, are currently the limitations in using LinkedIn on the platform, probably due to some technical blocks from the LinkedIn platform. For this social network, it is sometimes necessary to go directly to the platform rather than through Agorapulse.

Scheduling posts, viewing statistics at a glance, team management for subscriber responses, and the ability to assign messages to the team member best suited to provide a response to a subscriber.

**What do you like best about Agorapulse?**

A considerable time saver thanks to Agorapulse, which aggregates our more than 60 social media pages, notably with the sorted inbox and its features such as response templates, but also for scheduling content publication (editing visuals and captions by profile, hashtag groups, etc.). An indispensable daily tool that is very easy to use and far ahead of the competition in terms of interface and experience. The relationships with the support teams are as regular as they are enriching!

**What do you dislike about Agorapulse?**

There are still some possible optimizations in responding to incoming messages, particularly with the development of AI solutions, but also by going further in content publishing by proposing topic ideas to address based on the social network/positioning/target. We are also looking forward to being able to duplicate response templates across different profiles, which would be a real advantage!

The transition to Agorapulse and its integration went smoothly, we were trained in groups. 
The platform is constantly evolving to remain competitive. The support service is responsive and we often interact with the developers, which is very enriching for everyone.

The easability to schedule to specific accounts is perfect! It's easy to post to multiple accounts and have the ability to customize the copy for each specific platform because it's all in one window!  It's easy to set up and implement into your scheduling process. They actually listen to thei r users when you make suggestions, you can see if your suggestions have been received, and you can even see if they're implementing your suggestions. I suggested adding stats to each post within AP so you can see, on your scheduler, how well your post did. Within a couple of months, they added it! You can't beat that type of consideration, right?! You can also use it for listening, reports, ROI calculator, and much more! I love it! I use it every day!

Honestly, there isn't anything I don't like. It suits me for how I use it.

**What do you like best about Agorapulse?**

The publishing features and content calendar on Agorapulse are incredibly helpful. I am a project manager for our small business digital marketing agency, and ever since we switched to Agorapulse, our social media management has run so much smoother. Bulk publishing for our clients is easier with Agorapulse than publishing natively. The calendar and its features help keep me and our other project manager on track.

**What do you dislike about Agorapulse?**

There's very little I can say I dislike about Agorapulse. If I had to choose one element to point out, I would mention that when we first started using the product, we noticed some errors that would come up or posts were not published. However, we worked with their tech support to resolve these occurrences. Over the last year or so, I have noticed that we now have very few, if any, bugs or issues.

A common problem for marketing agencies is how to manage social media accounts for their client load while staying efficient. Agorapulse helps us to schedule posts, reply to DMs, stay on top of social listening, and organize analytics all in one place. These capabilities benefit our team by saving us time and serving as a way to keep all of our social tasks organized.

As an agency with multiple clients, each with their own social profiles, we appreciate the inbox layout and how we can easily monitor the status of notifications. Our working relationship with Agorapulse spans years because of the ease of being able to handle multiple client accounts. They are also open to receiving feedback which is helpful given the dynamic nature of the social media industry.

**What do you dislike about Agorapulse?**

New features have been known to be locked behind a price wall, which can inhibit the opportunity to thoroughly explore and determine the usefulness. While timed free trials are provided upon launch, it isn't always feasible to join at that time.

The mass management of multiple client accounts and profiles - drafting and publishing content, but also handling inbound notifications such as comments or direct messages. Plus, reporting statistics.

We create all of our own assets and do not have a use for a lot of the features (AI image/copy creation) and the one that would benefit us includes an upcharge... like the listening feature. This isn't so much an AP problem, it's something we encounter on all the platforms we use.

For social media management, Agorapulse has helped:

1. Reduce user error when scheduling content. The intuitiveness of the platform has been tremendously helpful.

2. Increase Team efficiency by having features inside the platform that we used to handle separately. One example is the Pulselink. We used to schedule content and when it went live, usually 4-6 weeks after scheduling, we would add it to our Linktree.

For social media analytics, Agorapulse has helped:

1. Increase efficiency and be more strategic with the automatic email exports of data. Previously my anaylist had to have his own seat so that he could get the stats. Now, they are emailed to him every month and I was able to save a little cash for my NPO.

2. Create a means to empower my team to dive into the metrics and see what their contributions have done for the organization. This opens the door to discussing what's going good and what we need to improve.

The everyday process of creating the post to getting it approved for publishing it is so much smoother. Reports are broader making our team weekly reports more concise. We rely heavily on this data to produce goals and show value. Creating reoccurring posts from the hard work I have already accomplished is amazing because it's more bang for my buck!

I am looking into utilizing advocacy, and pushing campaigns to our employees but the issue is external team compliance. The only other con is that numerous external users from different companies have to be placed on the same shared calendar because there is not enough offered under our package.

Using the Pulse links on Instagram to have a CTA on the platform, using hashtag lists to preserve commonly used hashtags, links, and phrases.  Agora makes the overall process of crating, drafting, and approving social posts a few clicks saving us time with it being so easy to use. Using Alt text on images to improve SEO and optimization. Duplicating and saving drafts of posts to be organized in the library and set to reoccur so that we do not lose posts and have to surf our social media profiles for old graphics and verbiage.

The best thing about Agorapulse is that it is simply intuitive to use, I can schedule all my social media posts in advance (with AI features), I can connect other programs (e.g., Canva), and I can significantly ease my work compared to before. The customer support is very good. Many things are handled by the chatbot, but if it doesn't know what to do, you can immediately reach real people. You can start using the program right away, as everything is very easy to operate. I use it almost daily.

**What do you dislike about Agorapulse?**

I have not found any weaknesses in the program so far. In contrast, the competitors repeatedly had things that did not always work.

**What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In fact, Agorapulse is the best tool for me when it comes to posting on social media. For example, the Inbox, i.e., a channel for all social media. Here I can see and respond to all comments for all my channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.) at once. Furthermore, I use the scheduling of my posts. I can plan all the posts for the coming weeks or months in advance, and they will be automatically published on the exact day and time. For medium and larger companies, there is also the team function, i.e., you can schedule posts and another person can approve or correct them. There are many other features in the program. The program is self-explanatory in terms of the user interface. I also use the direct connection to Canva to create or edit images in Canva and integrate them into my posts.

The team is helpful when I've had questions that have never related to product failure, but use of a feature. Setup took no time, which was integral because I am a daily user for my business.

My only negative is that I wish adding profiles beyond 10 was not priced as high as it is. Adding a couple at that price is not terrible, but when you need to add 8 or 9, it can get costly.

I've really enjoyed the functionality of AgoraPulse. We're able to create a group of posts on the same topic, but it allows us to change the photo, caption, and links to match each channels audience. I also love being able to create custom reports! We have specific needs for reporting, and I had to have the agency version in previous tools. Thankfully, we can do this all on our own!

I do wish some metrics were available, including Facebook story metrics. If it's published directly from Instagram to Facebook, these don't show up in Agorapulse. I also have found some of Instagram's story metrics, specifically the tap back, exit, and swipes, are inaccurate. If these matter to you, it becomes a manual process.

We've used many different social media management tools and we decided to switch from Sprout to Agorapulse a couple of years ago. One reason was price, but we also prefer both the inbox and scheduler in Agorapulse over Sprout. The inbox allows us to see what the comments look like on the native platform without clicking through to the native platform, saving us time and giving us valuable context as to the conversation taking place in the comments. We find scheduling much faster, efficient and intuitive with Agorapulse.

We'd LOVE to be able to export comments by label from the inbox. This is a feature that Sprout has and we wish Agorapulse had too.

- The data used for each network is the same: no more wording issues between different platforms to ensure that the data is comparable across networks.

I like that I can rely on the content to post, as well as its ability to be able to mass schedule Contant, while still being able to customize particular posts for particular platforms. An example of this would be posting a real to Instagram versus posting that same video, just size differently to LinkedIn. I also love the ROI feature and being able to connect ur google business account.

You do have to pay extra for Twitter analytics due to Elon Musk, charging third-party vendors to pull that data. I also wish that on all platforms and analytics, I could have the ability to separate out, paid social and organic social, as this is only available on 1 to 2 platforms.

It optimises any workflow. It's a daily hub for any social media manager. It was extremely easy to set up and has every feature we were looking for. Megan has been helpful answering every question I've had. This is something I use on a daily basis.

The only thing I've noticed is aesthetic preference, the graphics are not super flashy but that is not important.
