What do you like best about Instantly?

Warmup actually works. Connected two domains, let them run, and deliverability held once campaigns went live. The UI is clean. Sequences, scheduling, account limits are all where you'd expect them without digging around. For a small operation doing targeted outbound, the core product does its job. What do you dislike about Instantly?

Its not much to dislike though, but, Campaign Slow Ramp is on by default and throttled my sends to about a third of what I configured. Took real troubleshooting to find it. The campaign limits and account limits also reset on different clocks, which is not explained anywhere obvious. Logic is fine once you get it, but the onboarding assumes you will just figure it out. What I like most about Instantly is its smart campaign orchestration and planning. It helps structure outreach in a way that feels organized and efficient, so I do not have to constantly think through every detail manually. What do you dislike about Instantly?

What I dislike most is that domains purchased through Instantly do not feel fully under my control, while connecting domains I buy elsewhere seems more complicated than simply buying them inside the platform. I also find mailbox performance too unpredictable. Sometimes accounts seem properly warmed up and set up according to the instructions, but later something still goes wrong without a clear explanation. When managing a large number of mailboxes, I need the system to be reliable and predictable, because I do not have time to constantly investigate technical details. What do you dislike about Instantly?

I am almost two months in and have experienced no results from the product. I have reached out to see if I could get some support on boosting results. There is no one in this company that is willing to help customers. You have access to an AI bot and a weekly webinar. That's it.

Also, I was not impressed by the pre-sales process. My rep did a quick demo and sent a few emails back and forth. Right before I was ready to make a decision I asked the rep to setup a call to address some questions I had before making the purchase. He told me he could not make time for the call and that his focus was prioritizing new leads. Prioritizing new leads over end of the funnel sales opportunities?! Make it make sense. What a slap in the face. I am spending close to $400 a month with this company for no results and zero customer service. Not $10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Instantly?

I find Instantly easy to use and it's straightforward to set up. The support team is attentive and provides assistance even if it takes a while, and I have found the support to be excellent when needed. Instantly gets good results and is not a platform that stands still, which is important given the rapid changes in deliverability rules. They constantly update the platform to keep it current. What do you like best about Instantly?

The best thing about instantly is how easy it makes bulk and personalized email communication, we need to contact many candidate for job opening, interview scheduling , follow ups and feedbacks, instantly allow us to spend emails in bulk while still keeping them personalised which feels more professional. I also like the email warm up feature because it help maintain good email deliverability .earlier, many HR emails were going to spam, especially when sending bulk interview calls, after using instantly, open and reply rates improved noticeably. the dashboards is simple and clearly shows open rates, and campaign performance. from an HR point of view, instantly does not have many HR specific features like candidate tagging or recruitment pipeline tracking, we still need to manage candidate status in our ATS or spreadsheets, also reporting is basic, and for detailed analysis , data export is required. Beyond the setup, the platform makes it simple to manage and scale multiple campaigns simultaneously. The unlimited email accounts feature and the automated warm-up are essential for protecting domain reputation while reaching a high volume of leads. I especially value the intuitive UI and the Unibox, which consolidates replies from hundreds of inboxes into one place. What do you like best about Instantly?

I use Instantly for lead generation for my marketing agency and it saves me a lot of time. I don't have to juggle many tools at the same time, which is a huge plus. The email warm-up feature is a must and the pre-warmed emails are incredibly helpful. I can kickstart a campaign for a new service or with a new angle literally in 5 minutes without having to worry about deliverability. Also, I use the email warm-up feature to keep my main email addresses healthy, which is great. The fact that it is an all-in-one power station for your cold email campaigns is extraordinary. Instantly does exactly what it promises—it’s efficient and allows for outbound at scale without friction. I love how quick the setup is, and the clean interface is a huge plus. The core features like inbox rotation and warmup just work, leading to stronger deliverability and more consistent reply rates without overcomplicating things. It's clean, fast, and scalable. The AI feature that reads replies and marks them as interested or not interested saves me a lot of time, making it easy to configure whom I need to focus on and reply to promptly.
