Tocca is very easy to use as compared to the other virtual conference platforms. The platform can be customized to align with the client's visual identity.
The networking lounge is very efficient to grow the professional network, Tocca's features enables the participants to know the background of the person before connecting with them, which makes the networking experience focused, effective, and time efficient. Tocca can improve on the visual graphics to make the user experience more realistic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I was able to quickly build a customized event that reflected our branding and culture.
The time it took to set up was minimal, and the interface was intuitive and didn't require much to figure it out quickly.
The pricing was very affordable compared to competitors that I've tried in the past, especially for the functionality that was included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There were one or two technical hiccups, but the hands-on customer support addressed them quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was very happy that the platform allowed us to closely mimic the activities we would have at a live, in-person event. We were also able to brand the platform and share our story relatively easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tocca continues to work on improved functionality that will make the platform even easier to use as time goes on. There were a couple of tech hiccups that were not surprising considering the relative newness of online events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The functionalities of the platform mimic perfectly the kind of activities and interactions people would have at a physical club fair. We were able to focus on the content and the design of the event rather than on the platform itself as it offered exactly what we wanted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some features could enhance the experience further and are already on the product roadmap (chat,..) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We used Tocca for an internal event for our investors and advisors into our fund. There was a good match in the format to what they would expect at an in-person conference. This required minimal new learning for them. One of the quotes we got back from an attendee was: "I thought by far this was the best video format conference call I’ve been on." As a presenter I had to have a separate device logged in to see exactly what my audience was seeing. I believe they are addressing this for a future release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I loved the networking function and video quality in particular! I also love that it was easy for our audience to navigate... they could flow freely amongst the three breakout sessions, and when signing up all they had to do was enter in their basic information. I also loved having spots to put logos from our participating companies, along with other important information (such as bios, headshots, etc.) all in one place... This allowed people to have a lot of context before they entered the actual panel discussion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing that we had an issue with was that mobile users were not yet able to join the event. We were told that this would change in the future, so if this is solved then there are no complaints! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
