## Perk (formerly TravelPerk) Reviews
 ### 1. Perk: A modern tool that really works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miquel F. | Technical Account Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I am very satisfied with Perk. It is an extremely fast and reliable tool, and that makes daily travel management much simpler and frictionless. The platform responds swiftly even during peak demand times, maintaining a consistent experience.

It also stands out for its ease of use and the efficiency of its processes, which allows me to save time on comparisons, bookings, and incident management. In my experience, it is a solid and well-optimized solution for teams that need speed and confidence in their operations.

Overall, I consider it a highly recommendable tool for any company seeking efficiency and reliability in corporate travel management.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

In general, the experience is very positive, although there are some aspects that could be improved. For example, the resident discount on islands is not automated, which requires it to be managed manually and adds unnecessary friction to the booking process.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk addresses one of the main problems of traditional travel management tools, which were often slow, unintuitive, and unreliable. Compared to those older solutions, the improvement in speed, usability, and stability is clearly noticeable and makes a significant difference in daily life.

 ### 2. User-Friendly Design, Fast Performance, and Great Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adel S. | Full Stack Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like the design and how easy it is to use. It’s very user-friendly, without any complicated clicks or interactions. I also like the integration that allows the user to book everything from one place, and being able to customise a trip name is a nice touch. Usually it’s fast, and I didn’t face any lag. Regarding the price, it’s decent—better than most platforms. I also like the support: they immediately email you, or ask to send the money back in case of a delay. One thing I’d like to see more of is AI integration.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Sometimes the flight prices are quite a bit more expensive.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an employee, I find it amazing that I can book everything myself and filter options based on my company’s price policy. It saves me a lot of time and makes the whole process much easier.

 ### 3. Good solution for managing business trips. All-in-one (almost)

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordi M. | Responsable d eproyectos y técnico, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Easy search, real prices (mostly), possibility to filter in the search,

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

1) Ouigo is missing on the trains. 2) Especially in flights, not being able to search for more days (for example +/- 1 day; +/- 2 days, it would be good to see the travel options to a destination for an entire week for example); 3) You cannot group all the purchases of a "trip" as if it were a folder or repository; the only way to group it is by buying it at the same time, which is often not possible; 4) That it is not possible to change the name of a "trip" or purchase already made; this is absurd because the purchase already has an associated ID, the name you give it yourself is not necessary and is only for your own use.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves it for my company. All trips are purchased and billed only once. It's very practical, it's a global search engine with an option for immediate purchase. Compared to the predecessors we used in the company, I think we save management time.

 ### 4. Streamlined Global Travel Management :)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sofia M. | Head of People & Culture, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2019

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I really appreciate the synergy and consolidation that Perk(formerly TravelPerk) provides as it is really helpful for reporting and analysis. Having the ability to manage data in a consolidated way for real-time tracking without having to worry is fantastic. The integration with our accounting and financial processes is already set up in the system allowing us to connect each expense to specific cost centers and payment cards, which helps us control cash flow better. The connection with different providers worldwide is a good benefit and the platform's usability is appreciated. The initial setup was smooth and through time, we've been learning to take more advantage, and this has made us happy and continue our experience. We've also had a good customer service experience, overall.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Our biggest pain at the moment is not having individual users access to the platform. So we currently have admins running the travels for the rest of the team. But we would like also the team to have a simplified view with no extra cost where they can access their profile and see their past and planned travels. Like, if they could have their own individual historical information on the platform and just access it in a view mode. No need or space to make changes because we have an admin team that does that.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to schedule both travels and accommodations without separating them. It consolidates and tracks travel data across countries, benefiting our distributed teams. It enhances reporting and analysis with real-time tracking and integrates accounting, boosting cash flow management.

 ### 5. Easy to Navigate in the Browser, with Solid Search and Filters Overall and Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa D. | Logistics Agent / Store Support Agent, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

The search and filter options still have room for improvement, but overall they work well. I also find it easier to use and navigate the product in a browser than on my phone.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Vastly different results depending on whether you use the app on your phone or the browser.

The search results will appear to fit my budget, but then during the booking process—or even once I select an offer—the price suddenly ends up out of budget.

I always reserve seats whenever possible when I travel. Even though it says that if you don’t select a specific seat, a seat will be reserved for you, I’ve had the problem several times now that I ended up with no seat reservation.

The search and filter options could also be a lot better.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No input

 ### 6. Perk Streamlines Travel Automation with Powerful Reporting and Top-Notch Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily Y. | Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Perk has made my work life exponentially better and more streamlined. Travel plans are now automated and I was able to integrate our travel policies into our system, including cost parameters when approval is required. The reporting function has enabled us to make informed decisions when it comes to travel budgeting. Support is second-to-none. I have specifically worked with Trevor O. and Michael W. and would recommend working with them to anyone.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

The one function that I would love to see added is the ability to book hotel rooms using a corporate / block code that we sometimes receive when we are attending conferences.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Reduction of manual effort = time saver for me
2. Automated travel policy guidelines (if outside of policy, approver is alerted) = another time saver for me!
3. Numerous ways to reach support / Quality of support = time/sanity saver for me!
4. Reporting functions = informs strategy and planning!

 ### 7. Effortlessly Streamlined Business Travel

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt S. | Sales Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is constantly improving, with visible enhancements to both the mobile app and desktop. It simplifies my expense submission process, making it much easier and provides a really wide range of options, especially in hotel bookings. It also helps me understand the best routes for travel. I enjoy that I can connect it to my calendar through Google Calendar, making it easy to keep track of my train journeys and reminders.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I find it frustrating that when they added split fares, I don't get a booked seat, which is a problem on busy train journeys. I'm not keen on standing up a lot of the time. It would be better if I could use that time productively, and standing up on a train isn't ideal when that happens. There are a lot of updates that don't seem to auto-update. Quite often, I have to update when I need to access a ticket, and I'm not always in a place with WiFi, which creates problems. Regular auto updates would be really useful.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk simplifies my travel expenses, eliminating the need to submit them manually, making the whole process easier. It offers a wide range of accommodation options and helps me find the best travel routes.

 ### 8. Perk Makes Business Travel Booking Fast, Centralised, and Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Perk (formerly TravelPerk) has been a useful platform for managing business travel within our organisation. The user interface is clean, intuitive and easy to navigate, making it straightforward to search, compare and book flights, hotels and transport from a single platform. The booking process is quick, and travel itineraries are well organised, which makes it easy to manage business trips.

The platform integrates well into our travel workflow, helping employees manage their own bookings while remaining within company travel policies. This has reduced the amount of manual coordination required and improved the overall booking process.

From a performance perspective, the platform has generally been responsive and reliable. Searches load quickly, bookings are processed efficiently, and I've found it stable during day-to-day use without experiencing significant issues.

In terms of value, Perk helps save time by centralising travel management and reducing administrative effort. Having all travel options and booking information in one place improves efficiency and makes it easier to manage business travel across the organisation.

My experience with onboarding and support has been positive. The platform is easy to learn, so very little training is needed for new users. The available help resources and documentation have been sufficient whenever guidance has been required.

The AI-powered features appear to help with recommendations and making the booking experience more efficient by surfacing relevant travel options and simplifying trip planning. While AI isn't something I interact with directly during every booking, it contributes to a smoother overall user experience.

Overall, Perk provides a reliable, user-friendly solution for business travel management. It simplifies booking, improves visibility over travel arrangements, and helps reduce the administrative effort involved in organising work-related travel.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Overall, my experience with Perk has been positive, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Occasionally, some travel options available directly with airlines or hotels don't appear on the platform, so comparing prices outside the platform can sometimes be worthwhile. I would also like to see more flexibility when applying company travel policies or approvals for exceptional cases. In addition, while the interface is easy to use, having more advanced filtering, reporting and travel analytics would be beneficial for administrators. Finally, expanding the AI-powered recommendations to provide more personalised travel suggestions and cost-saving insights would make the platform even more valuable.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

erk has helped simplify and centralise our business travel booking process. Instead of employees searching across multiple airline, hotel and transport websites, everything can be managed from a single platform. This has reduced the administrative effort involved in organising business travel and made it easier for employees to book trips while staying within our company's travel policies.

It also provides better visibility of upcoming travel, keeps itineraries organised in one place, and makes it easier to manage booking changes when required. For our organisation, this has improved efficiency, reduced the time spent coordinating travel, and provided a more consistent booking experience for employees. Overall, it has helped streamline business travel while giving both travellers and administrators better control over the process.

 ### 9. Easy-to-Use Platform with Great Perks and Rewards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abbie W. | Campaign Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

the variety of perks and rewards available on Perk is very good. I especially like the net pay perk where you can purchase home & electricals through your net salary. the website is very easy to use and navigate, it is quick to use making redeeming your rewards quick and easy. the onboarding process was simple and if I had any queries or questions I could easily chat to the AI assistant to help me find the answers to my questions, if not I was put through to an agent for help. The pricing of benefits and rewards seems fair as there is no interest charged on the net pay reward scheme for example and the integrations are widely varied.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I would like to see more gym companies available through Perk, there was alot more localised gyms in the old benefits/rewards scheme we used and this is something I think Perk could expand on.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk makes it easy and simple for me to gain points to spend on rewards and things I love, it also keeps everything in one place meaning I don't have to route through to find a discount for something I want to purchase or save with cashback.

 ### 10. Perk Makes Travel Booking Easy with Clear Approvals and Great Chat Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dušana M. | BPI Engineer Europe, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Perk is very useful for searching for flights and hotels, as well as for making bookings. The approval process is clear and easy to follow. I also had a personal experience with a flight cancellation, and I was very satisfied with the support I received from Perk via chat.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I don’t like having to wait for the site to refresh. At times, it takes too long for the list of offered or available services to load.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As already mentioned, I needed help after my flight was cancelled. I used the chat and received support quickly. I was satisfied with both the approach and the solution provided.

 ### 11. Facilitate Travel Booking, But Needs to Improve New Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mónica M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like the ease of accessing Perk, whether through the web or on mobile. I also value the flexibility to book tickets in terms of time and schedule, as well as being able to choose the company. The experience of using Perk to book business trips is like planning a vacation. The platform makes it much easier to book trips compared to other platforms I've used in the past. Having the information at hand and receiving notifications about flight updates is also very valuable.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

The events feature is still very much in its infancy. We tried to use it in the past, I think it was just in beta. They mentioned it to us so we would use it before the launch, but it really didn't work. They set some base hotel rates, but the person in charge of the concierge told us there were higher rates due to an event in Barcelona, and offered us higher rates than what we could find on our own. That experience didn't encourage us to use that feature.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Perk to book travel for all employees in various countries. The platform is easy to use, both on the web and mobile, and offers time flexibility and company options. Booking trips is much easier with Perk than with other platforms.

 ### 12. TravelPerk: Intuitive Interface, Accurate Search, and Flexible Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katarzyna P. | Quality Technician Customer Liaison, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I’ve found TravelPerk to be a very user-friendly platform that makes booking and managing travel straightforward. The interface is easy to use and feels intuitive, which makes navigating the system quick even for first-time users.

What I liked best about TravelPerk is how simple it is to get started and find what you need. The search function is accurate and returns relevant results close to the selected location, which saves time when planning trips. On top of that, there are plenty of options available, giving flexibility whether you’re booking flights, hotels, or combined travel arrangements.

Overall, it’s a reliable and efficient tool for organising travel, especially if you value speed, clarity, and having multiple choices in one place.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

What did I dislike? Nothing. The experience has been smooth, efficient, and met expectations without any noticeable issues.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is solving the problem of making business travel booking and management much simpler and more efficient.

For me, it helps mainly with:

Booking work trips easily without having to check multiple sites
Finding the best deals quickly in one place
Saving time by having relevant options already filtered by location and preferences

Overall, it removes a lot of the hassle of organising work travel manually and makes it faster to compare and book the best available options.

 ### 13. A good platform to organize my business trips

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pablo A. | Deal Desk Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

UI is clean and seems easy to understand.
The organization of trips grouping different bookings is very helpful to me.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Sometime the organization of Trips can get messy, as the managers have to clean up past events to avoid popping up on the proposed trips all the time.
Sometimes the display of the full trip can take more than a page, so scrolling to read all the bookings might be anoying. A condensed view option would be nice.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Booking easily my business trips, mainly train, plane and hotel.
The few times I had to interact with the team of Perk the problem was solved pretty quickly and in a good manner.
Managing the Google calendar events in my agenda is very useful to see my upcoming trips without the need of opening Perk.

 ### 14. TravelPerk has potential, but falls shorts in some areas for business travel booking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alphonse T. | Senior Manager, Global Communications, Non-Profit Organization Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

The rebranding has included an improved interface that is easier to use.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Doesn't always have the most accurate or updated travel options for regional trains or non-flight modes.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For my organization, which is international and requires travel on a fairly regular basis, TravelPerk allows our operations and accounting a straightforward means to manage the expenses and costs of employee travel. On the user end, it also allows us as employees to book work travel on corporate payment methods without having to provide out of pocket costs, and allows users to do all of the booking (transport and accommodations) in one interface and streamlines our ability to know what trip options fit within company policies and budgets. TravelPerk - despite its UX and process-related shortcomings - ultimately aims to save time for employees and companies and increase the convenience of work-related travel logistics.

 ### 15. Easy, Fast Booking for Hotels, Flights & Trains with Helpful Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zoe M. | Connect Delivery Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Its easy and quick to use, particularly for booking hotels, flights and trains. Their support team are available for any booking issues.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

It doesn't always offer all types of transport eg. coaches. Sometimes there is a more direct coach to an airport, for example, and it doesn't give that option. Also, sometimes it can be a bit clunky to use - for example the app only offers an option for return train tickets when I wanted to purchase a single. Fortunately the webversion offers all options.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have contacted travelperk when I stuggled to book a hotel repeatedly and they explained that it has gone out of stock. Unfortunately there was nothing they could do to resolve this as it was available to purchase through other retailers but they offered a tailored approach to find an alternative for me as many hotels were fully booked.

 ### 16. Streamlined Business Travel, Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anastasija B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like using Perk(formerly TravelPerk) for my business trips because it's relatively easy to use. Booking tickets, hotels, and trains is simple, so I don’t have to worry about my trip. I appreciate being able to see if someone from my company has stayed in a hotel before. The support from TravelPerk is great—I like how the problems I had were solved. Overall, I like the application and found the initial setup easy.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Last time I was not able to use mobile app offline, just to see my already existing bookings. There is no possibility to find connecting flights if they are done not by the same provider. Sometimes using different providers is much cheaper, so I have to book just separate flights. I don't very like that there are no options to filter past trips by date. It would be easier, if I am not sure in which place I have stayed in October 2022.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find it easy to book tickets, hotels, and trains, so I don't worry about my trips. It's easy to use, and I like seeing if colleagues stayed in a hotel before. The support team solves my problems well.

 ### 17. Simple to Use With Great Travel Filters, but Premium Fees and Refund Follow-Ups Not So Great

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like the simplicity for the user. There are great filters to help pick the best travel options for your trip. It's easy to manage our users and payment profiles.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Paying a premium for every transaction, only to not get it back unless you follow up with support when the error was Perk's fault.
I've also had a few times where I've had to do a lot of legwork for customer support to finally help me and see that there was a better solution than giving us 80% back in credit.
I also dislike that you cannot track transactions by trip number, which makes tracking payments so much more difficult.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizing travel management for our growing team of almost 100. It's benefiting us by having all of our travel plans and transactions in one place, making it easier to track where everyone is/is going.

 ### 18. Seamless Travel Management with Easy Bookings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aasheesh P. | Senior Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I use Perk(formerly TravelPerk) for booking hotels and flights for trips mainly to Munich and Berlin, and I love how it has a great native SSO integration that allows me to easily book flight tickets. One of the most important aspects is the feature for making events, where I can create an event in the app or on the website, and it allows everyone in my team to book flight tickets and hotels on their own. Plus, I can see which teammates booked which flights or hotels, so we can coordinate to stay in the same hotel or book the same flight or around similar times. This feature lets me directly connect with my teammates for travel plans. Also, the process is streamlined as the money for bookings is entirely debited from my company's account, which is a hassle-free experience.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

There's a little bit of clarity issues with the FlexiPerk option. If I book and then cancel, it says a 10% deduction is made, but we're not informed how much money was actually reimbursed to the company. It would be better if employees also knew how much money got wasted for a particular booking.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk for booking travel, which eliminates the need to use my own money and wait for reimbursement. The process is streamlined with a pre-allocated budget and native SSO integration.

 ### 19. Streamlined, policy-friendly business travel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

The most helpful thing about Perk is how incredibly user-friendly it is, making it easy to find flights and hotels that automatically fit within our company policy. The automated approval process completely eliminates the hassle of back-and-forth emails, saving a ton of time for both travelers and managers.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

While the platform is great for policy tracking, the room and flight pricing can sometimes be higher than what you find booking directly with airlines or hotels. Additionally, because it acts as a third-party broker, it can sometimes be difficult to collect your regular hotel loyalty points or get immediate customer support when a booking glitch happens.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk solves the biggest headaches of business travel by making it incredibly easy to find flights and hotels that already fit perfectly within our company policy. Because the booking goes directly onto a company card, I never have to pay out of pocket, and the automated approval process is totally painless.

 ### 20. Streamlines Expense Claims and Reimbursements Effortlessly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

It removes the hassle of having to fill out expense reports and waiting to get your own money back from your employer, it streamlines the whole process for everyone involved.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

The app can be a bit annoying to use sometimes, for example it takes a long time to load sometimes, crashes quite easily which deletes all the progress, and it can be a bit glitchy sometimes, for example, when booking train times for 15:35, and choosing tickets from 15:30 as the time selection, it simply doesn't let you continue (because that time is already passed I assume),on Trainline however, it tells you what it wrong and why it isn't loading or continuing, so I think it would help if you could match what Trainline does as I think that is probably the benchmark.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's making booking work related transport and accommodation significantly easier.

 ### 21. Perk Makes Work Trip Booking Simple and Seamless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I enjoyed using Perk to book my work trips because it's like its own skyscanner but everything is charged directly to the company. No need for me to book, justify myself, get refunded at the end of the month etc. it's very simple to use for sure.

As a user, I was able to book a couple of trips to Vilnius where our engineering is without any bugs, or issues.

The tutorial / onboarding screen at the start was very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

So far, none. It’s very simple to use, and it does a straightforward job.

I think it would be good if it used AI to recommend optimal ways to save your company money.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes managing travel expenses—which can really add up—feel seamless. It’s definitely better than having to gather a pile of receipts and then wait for a delayed reimbursement.

 ### 22. Dedicated Account Manager and Prompt, Thoughtful Perk Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caitlin J. | Travel Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Having a dedicated account manager has been incredibly valuable, particularly for overall travel program management, industry insight, and vendor connections. The Perk support team has also been fantastic to work with: consistently prompt, professional, and thoughtful in their approach. Every agent I’ve interacted with has taken the time to prioritize requests and follow through until each issue is fully resolved. I truly appreciate the level of care and responsiveness they bring, especially knowing the volume of requests they handle daily.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

At times there can be a slight delay between airline systems and the platform syncing reservation details. Because of this, we occasionally confirm booking information directly through the airline’s app first to ensure everything is reflected correctly. While this hasn’t created major issues, closer synchronization between airline systems and the platform would make the experience even smoother.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk has helped centralize and streamline our travel booking process, allowing our teams to book flights, hotels, and rental cars within a single platform while still maintaining visibility and policy controls. This has significantly improved efficiency for both travelers and our travel management team. The platform provides transparency into bookings, spend, and traveler activity, which allows us to better manage travel budgets, support travelers quickly when changes arise, and maintain consistency across our travel program. Overall, it has simplified travel coordination and created a more organized, scalable approach to managing company travel.

 ### 23. Easy-to-use, cleanly structured travel booking platform for businesses

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Aviation & Aerospace | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

In the past I highly appreciated the support if necessary: When requesting an Airbnb or in case something goes unexpectedly, the chat and also the phone support were very reactive, friendly and helpful. In addition I once searched for a function I could not find (I believe cancelling the hotel reservation in a flights+hotel booking, without cancelling the flights) and the AI actually gave a very good answer and could do it for me without human intervention.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Least helpful is the limit in connections one can choose. Flights: I miss the flight+train option that Lufthansa offers. Trains: For connections with one change, only a fraction of the actual connections is proposed by Perk.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compared to manual flight booking and subsequent reimbursement it has saved multiple people's time (e.g. 5 minutes per booking).

 ### 24. Easy to Use with Smooth Integrations, Fast Support, and Smart AI Route Suggestions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Iain S. | Warehouse and Logistics Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

It’s very easy to use, and the added app integration makes the check-in process much smoother.

I’ve also had to use the support option to add a less well-known railcard, and it was added very quickly.

The suggested routes using AI are a great feature, as it can surface better options for your trip.

I also find the way it displays costs really helpful. In particular, the “remove out of policy” option means the price shown is limited to what you can actually book.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Performance can sometimes be a bit slow, but unless you’re really in a massive rush to book, it’s not really a problem.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It offers a good range of options across different types of travel, which makes it easy to find something that fits what I need.

 ### 25. Easy Crew Travel Coordination with Corporate Rates and Helpful Chat Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yeseidis A. | Ops Admin Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

It’s very easy to coordinate transportation for my crew, and it saves a lot of time when comparing options, which is the most important part for me. It also helps me save money, and the integration with National lets me use my ID to access our corporate prices. It’s been especially helpful when I need to cancel flights, and the chat support does a good job accommodating my needs.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

When I’m booking last-minute, it takes a long time for my booking to get approved, and I end up having to call, which isn’t very helpful.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coordinating across the team has become very easy, and it’s also simpler to compare prices so we can choose the best transportation options.

 ### 26. Exceptional Usability, Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sadie R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I really like Perk's great UX. It's super easy to use, very responsive, and clear in how it's laid out. The flight and accommodiation choices provided are really good, and I'm able to filter and compare easily to find which options work best for me. It allows me to organize my time better by filtering by the right location or the ideal time of a flight. The initial setup was really easy, and the functionality is very accessible.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I would like to have a tool where I can directly compare (side by side) the flight pricing and departures/arrivals on different days.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to book flights and accommodation for company travel. It helps me organize by filtering accommodation locations and ideal flight times. Travel can be overwhelming, and things change or get cancelled. Perk's support was extremely helpful in getting things rebooked, very responsive, quick and clear in their help.

 ### 27. Streamlined Travel Planning with Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruno V. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that Perk(formerly TravelPerk) is very easy to use. The UI is fresh and intuitive, making it a breeze to navigate. It's straightforward to use, especially compared to older platforms that are hard to manage. This usability really saves me time when getting travel plans set up. I can quickly get the necessary authorizations and manager approvals, which makes the whole process pretty efficient. Additionally, the initial setup is super easy; I just log in, select my destination and hotel, and send a message to my manager. The whole experience with Perk is really good.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I think the filters could be improved. Whenever I use a filter, I don't get the right hotels or the stays that I want.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to easily compare hotel prices across multiple destinations and view a complete travel itinerary. It saves me time with its fresh, intuitive UI, allowing quick manager approvals and simplifying the booking process.

 ### 28. Useful Map View, but UK Ticket Booking Is Slow and Pricing Suggestions Miss the Mark

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen B. | Lead Data Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

The app is particularly useful and the map view when booking is nice too

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

It can take an extraordinarily long time to book train tickets in the UK, significantly slower than other apps like trainline etc
There's always a push to buy perk insurance/cover/idk what it is for totally inappropriate things like a £10 train ticket
it doesn't always suggest the best pricing for flights e.g. it will suggest a ticket that is £500 more that has free seat selection but seats are less than £100 each way (i know that's not perks fault, but would expect it to not suggest that perhaps?)

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

easy to book and I can see when my reports book anything and it allows them to do it without my approval but remain informed

 ### 29. Easy Booking with Top-Notch Support, Slight Info Delays

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aleksandrs A. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I use Perk to book flights and stays when traveling for work. I like finding the best connections and prices for flights and getting help choosing hotels close to the office with specific filters. The app is good, and I find the website easy to navigate with simple sorting and filter options. I appreciate the excellent support team, who have assisted me with rebooking and flight cancellations. I also liked how easy the initial setup was.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Site information being up to date. I had a few occasions when the flights were changed but the updated info was not reflected on the website, I had to ask support.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk(formerly TravelPerk) to find the best connections and prices for flights, and to choose hotels close to the office with specific filters. The app and website are easy to navigate, making my travel bookings straightforward.

 ### 30. Streamlined Travel Booking with Competitive Rates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valerie R. | Senior Finance Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I really appreciate the user interface; it's great and very easy for team members to use. I like that we're able to get competitive rates on flights, so it feels like we're not compromising on costs. Being a charity, getting competitive pricing is crucial for us. I also appreciate their responsiveness, as we always receive very quick responses when we have questions or need help with hotel bookings for off-site events. It's also great that the platform's set up process was very easy and straightforward, with no problems during onboarding, making it super simple to teach the team how to use it.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

When we started using Perk, booking trains was not as competitive as booking flights. It was usually possible to get fares that were much better on different websites, so if the prices seemed high on Perk, we encouraged team members to check other websites and book directly for reimbursement, which was an extra step. Another minor challenge was that sometimes somebody would book a flight, and by the time it was approved, the flight was no longer available. This required additional coordination, which was kind of frustrating because it's one of the main problems Perk solves for us, but it doesn't happen all that often.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk allows employees to book their own travel at convenient times without upfront costs, reducing coordination hassles. The ease of use and competitive flight rates also support our cost-effective travel needs. It also makes finding a venue for our annual all-team offsite much easier, since we can give the concierge a list of requirements and get suitable hotels, saving our team hours of research.

 ### 31. Simplifies Business Travel, Yet App Compatibility Issues

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Livia P. | Business Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that with Perk, I can see where my coworkers are staying, so we can stay in the same hotel and not have hotel breakfast alone. The map functionality to find hotels in a specific location is really useful. The initial setup was extremely easy; the admin created my account, and I could purchase tickets and add luggage and passport information right away.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I literally had to buy a new phone because Perk stopped supporting my older phone. Using the mobile web is kind of a hassle. Because the app is so great, it was hard to downgrade to web.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to easily arrange business travels with coworkers, finding cheap flights and shared hotels. I love the map feature for locating convenient hotels, and setting up was a breeze, it was all ready on my first day at work, which is also the day I had to make a business trip.

 ### 32. Efficient Travel Management with Minor Currency and Booking Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2018

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that Perk(formerly TravelPerk) provides a proper audit trail of spend and makes it easy to allocate costs to different cost centers. It offers very clear approval lines, ensuring that bookings require manager approval, which streamlines our processes. I appreciate the flexibility of being able to review and approve expenses that break the boundaries. The feature that allows searching personal policies for booking is quite beneficial. Perk(formerly TravelPerk) automates a lot without the need for meetings or conversations, enabling one-click approvals for multiple bookings, which is a huge time-saver. It also auto applies preapproved discounts and deals with hotels, eliminating the need for manual email negotiations. The setup of Perk was simple, and it's evolved with us since the TravelPerk days. The changes in policy features were really cool and easy to upload. I appreciate how it integrates with Xero to help with accounting. Having about 500 people in the company, Perk has been super useful, especially during our annual trips. It's nice that Perk has continued to be useful over time, providing insights into booking trends and maintaining agreements with partners.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I do think that the fact that we are a South African based company and it works in euros does make it quite uncomfortable. I mean, it does have a rand conversion, but it's never as clear as the euro ones or the pricing fluctuates a bit more on the rand one, which is weird. I've seen it a couple of times. The other bit is the multi booking and the ability to be able to book multiple bookings, but if people are staying different days, different times under one booking, to be able to do that. So custom per individual, that would make it a lot easier because currently, if you do that, you have to do each booking individually instead of doing a group booking. And getting the benefit of a group booking. I would say those are the biggest things that have been a bit frustrating from my side.

**Recommendations to others considering Perk (formerly TravelPerk):**

Try it and never look back.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk simplifies travel management with approval lines, better accounting, no manual interventions, and personalized policies. It enables one-click authorizations, minimal conversations, and provides an audit trail. The setup was easier than using an agency, and it integrates with Xero for accounting.

 ### 33. Comprehensive Itinerary Management with Minor Pricing Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlie S. | Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like being able to see the whole itinerary in one go and book everything at once, like the train, airport, hotel, taxi, and the return leg. The automated onboarding process was also very easy for me. I just had to input my passport number and a few loyalty numbers to accumulate points, which was really easy.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Maybe, some of the transparency around pricing changes, but, obviously, they can't control that as much because that's airlines changing it. But sometimes when I go to check out, like, a few times, in the space of five minutes, the airline fare has expired. We need to go through the whole process again. Very irritating, but it is what it is.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk for train travel and hotel bookings, which allows me to see my whole itinerary and book it all in one go, including the train, airport transfers, and the return leg.

 ### 34. Simple, Accessible Employee Benefits with Practical Everyday Savings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergiu N. | Senior Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

What do you like best about Perk?

What I like best about Perk is how simple and accessible it makes employee benefits. The platform is very easy to use, and employees can quickly see what discounts and offers are available without needing much guidance.

The savings are also practical — they’re on brands and services people actually use in everyday life, which makes the benefit feel relevant and valuable rather than just a “nice extra.” It’s something that genuinely helps with day-to-day expenses.

From an employer perspective, it’s straightforward to manage and doesn’t create additional administrative pressure. Once implemented, it runs smoothly and offers a fair benefit that everyone can access, which supports engagement and morale across the workforce.

Overall, it’s a simple but effective way to add value for employees.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

One area that could be improved is the variety of offers in certain categories. While the platform covers many popular brands, sometimes the discounts may not always feel tailored to every employee demographic.

In addition, some offers require a few extra steps to redeem, which can occasionally cause confusion for first-time users. Clearer guidance or more streamlined redemption processes would make the experience even smoother.

That said, these are relatively minor points and don’t take away from the overall value of the platform.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk helps address the challenge of offering meaningful benefits without significantly increasing costs. In environments where budgets are tight, especially when managing large teams, it can be difficult to provide additional incentives or financial rewards.

By giving employees access to everyday discounts and savings, Perk provides added value without adding heavy administrative work or financial strain on the business. It supports employee engagement and morale by showing that the company is investing in their wellbeing.

It also helps with fairness and inclusivity, as all employees can access the platform, rather than benefits being limited to certain roles or performance levels.

Overall, it’s a practical solution for improving employee satisfaction in a cost-effective and manageable way.

 ### 35. Easy Travel Scheduling with Accurate Hotel Pricing Needed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I use Perk (formerly TravelPerk) for work, and I like its easy platform to follow, which helps me with scheduling flights, hotels, and other accommodations. I also appreciate how it displays travel options well. Being able to save my trips and find a hotel close to the work location is very helpful. The final trip display is great for checking for errors, which I find valuable.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Some of the prices listed on the hotels page change when you click on them. When I click on a hotel that shows a certain amount listed for the cost, the options that come up to select are usually about 20-50 dollars more expensive without an option for the original price. It's just misleading.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with scheduling flights, hotels, and other accommodations and displays travel options well. I like that it's easy to follow.

 ### 36. Decentralized, Self-Serve Travel Booking with Clear Guardrails

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurie H. | Executive Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Perk has decentralized travel bookings across the organization, removing a key operational bottleneck and ensuring continuity when I’m out of office. Teams are now empowered to self-serve within clear guardrails, reducing risk and improving speed of execution.

The Team:

Kevin made the initial sales process easy and seamless. He provided all the necessary information and data upfront, which enabled our team to evaluate the solution efficiently and make a timely, informed decision.

Jatohn led a simple and straightforward implementation that required minimal lift on our side. He also delivered a live training session for our broader team that was very well received — teammates specifically commented on how clear and easy the platform was to understand.

Maddy has provided excellent ongoing customer success support. She is responsive, proactive, and great to work with. She also facilitated additional training sessions focused on the events page, which were insightful and helped us unlock new ways of sharing information that we previously weren’t leveraging.

Overall, the experience from sales through implementation and ongoing support has been smooth, efficient, and well-supported.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

We’ve only recently onboarded to the platform, so at this stage we haven’t encountered anything we actively dislike. So far, I really appreciate the modern UX, and the feedback from our users has been that it’s intuitive and simple to use, which has made adoption easy across the organization.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk is enabling us to decentralize travel booking while maintaining visibility and cost control. Teams can now book independently within policy guardrails, which reduces bottlenecks, saves administrative time, and improves efficiency across the organization.

 ### 37. Intuitive and Reliable Travel Management Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Conor E. | Team Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that the app is easy to use and everything is quite concise and easy to navigate. I can access my tickets from the app, which means I don't have to worry about going to my work email and downloading tickets separately. It's all on my phone, so everything is conveniently there. The app gives a good breakdown of what's in policy, what's out of policy, and what my options are. Also, the hotel search is really precise, and I can make sure I get a good stay out of it.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Sometimes it can be a little annoying when you have to worry about prepayments and stuff like that and what card it's using and that type of thing.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to pay for travel and hotels for myself and my team. It's easy to navigate, access my tickets, and see a breakdown of policies and options. Hotel search results are precise, ensuring I get a good stay.

 ### 38. User-Friendly Perk with Seamless Adoption and Outstanding Onboarding Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

We love how user-friendly Perk is. Our travelers adopted the program seamlessly and rarely require assistance navigating the site. The onboarding process couldn’t have been easier thanks to Emily and Sarah, who were incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure our success. They even led a training session tailored specifically to our company’s needs. Since implementing Perk, we’ve saved countless hours now that we no longer have to act as the middleman for technical questions.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

So far, Perk has been great. One minor inconvenience we’ve noted is the approval workflow: once a traveler submits a trip, the approver cannot make any adjustments. Currently, the entire trip must be rejected and restarted from scratch, which can be a bit tedious for minor edits.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk makes it easy to keep travel within company policy. Rather than a set dollar amount, we can cap reservations at a percentage above the median price. This flexible approach feels much fairer to our travelers and encourages them to stay within policy. Plus, because the platform is so intuitive, we spend significantly less time troubleshooting or contacting support.

 ### 39. Really simplifies business travel!!!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** HUGO P. | Finance Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

is how easy it makes the whole travel process. From booking to managing changes, everything is very straightforward and doesn’t feel complicated at all. It saves a lot of time compared to more traditional tools.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

If I had to point out something, I’d say that sometimes the options available aren’t as broad as you’d expect, especially for certain routes or hotels. There are moments when prices feel a bit higher compared to booking directly.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk makes managing business travel much simpler by keeping everything in one place. It saves us time, reduces confusion, and makes it easier to track costs and bookings without going back and forth between different tools.

 ### 40. Practical and user-friendly with room for improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Merve D. | Sales Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I really liked that all relevant information was visible in the Perk app (formerly TravelPerk), especially the transparency of flight information and hotel information. I found it very convenient that everything was in one place instead of having to rummage through emails, as I don't store my emails in folders. This was particularly helpful for a person like me who is more 'on the go'. I also found the clean design very appealing.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I found it unfortunate that the conference I booked was not visible in the app, because I then always had to handle it separately with emails. That was a bit annoying. Perhaps integrating loyalty programs and some discount cards. For example, there was a kind of discount opportunity at a hotel if you wanted to have coffee at the bar downstairs. But you had to register separately via email, and I found that a bit cumbersome.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find it convenient that Perk (formerly TravelPerk) gathers all the important information in one place, so I don't have to search through emails.

 ### 41. Effortless Travel Booking and Cost Center Tracking That Transformed Our Workflow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

How easy it is to find travel and accomodation options - this has fully changed how we manage our travel requests. Also, addition of the cost center field made it so much easier to allocate travel costs to a cost center

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

The Perk team sometimes comes back saying the travel option booked isn't available anymore and they need to rebook it. Totally understand why that might happen if approval takes long - tickets might have been booked by another traveler or price might change. But it already happened even after an almost instantaneous approval, in this case it could be a bit annoying.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to raise tickets for our event team to book travel and this was a tedious process for all parties. Now, it's a self-serve platform with manager approval and cost center allocation - super easy and use friendly!

 ### 42. Travelperk is usually ok, but Agents can be very unhelpful and no pro-client

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mateusz K. | supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

simple booking, fast agent help, good posibility of change the trip, reschedule it, or cancel it. good information about pricing etc,

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

sometimes agents are very unhelpful, once i had flex travel, and i had to cancel some ticket, and first agent talk with me like i didn't have flex travel, so i had to told him to check it again. Other situation, i had reservation for two weeks in hotel, i had to leave after one week, i ask agent is it possible to make changes to refund some money. His advice was to cancel nonrefundable reservation and book another one shorter, (pay again) so i will pay twice, i told him to do nothing. It was totally unheplful

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 43. Streamlined Travel Management with Room for Pricing Transparency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beatriz G. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I really appreciate how Perk offers a centralized way to manage all travel-related information while ensuring adherence to travel policies. The approval workflows are a huge value add, making it easy to manage requests and budgets. The system's straightforward and easy-to-navigate interface simplifies onboarding new employees who need to manage travel. I find it incredibly useful that all travel-related information, like passport and visa details, is centralized. It acts as a hub for organizing travel and ensuring we get the best prices, which is also beneficial for managing budgets and cost centers. Overall, the experience is streamlined, from setting up policies to fulfilling travel needs efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I sometimes doubt if the prices on Perk are actually the lowest we can get. Providing better clarity or visibility on how the prices compare to those outside the platform would be good, as this would build trust and assurance that we are getting the best deals.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Perk provides a centralized way to manage travel, ensures policy adherence, and simplifies approvals. It organizes travel info, making onboarding easy, and helps manage budgets and cost centers efficiently.

 ### 44. Seamless Travel Automation for Growing Companies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariano C. | Customer success manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I found it really easy to use Perk for finding the tickets I needed. It was a seamless experience, and having guidelines from my company on how much I could spend on the tickets made it even better. Everything being automated meant I spent only about five minutes looking for the best ticket. I just submitted the ticket I wanted, and my company took care of the rest, which was really nice. All the needed information, like flight details and codes to show at the airport, was right there in the app. I also received email reminders, so I never forgot any reservation details. As a user, everything was simple and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I don't have any negative feedback to share from my experience as an end-user

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to handle company travel expenses easily, automating the ticket buying process, which was manual before. It saves time by simplifying ticket searches and purchases, provides a seamless and quick experience, and keeps all travel info accessible.

 ### 45. Streamlined Travel Management with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sajin J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I really appreciate how Perk(formerly TravelPerk) has made managing bookings so much easier for me. I used to handle all the laborious tasks of managing bookings on my own, but now everything is taken care of for me. What I like the most is the ease of resolving issues. For example, I once had to cancel some bookings due to last-minute changes, and the customer care was super helpful. They sorted everything out over a call, and I received the refund in a matter of days, way beyond my past experiences with other agencies. It was just a smooth experience for me, which was a huge upgrade. Additionally, getting started with Perk was a breeze. I didn't work on the implementation, but adapting to it was no challenge at all. I got an email to log in, created a password, and started using it without any issues. It fit like a glove and was just so smooth.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I can't think of much, but in some cases, the prices for flights and hotels on Perk aren't as competitive as what you can get on some travel aggregators like Booking.com or Agoda. Maybe if Perk can be a little more competitive in pricing, that would be a cherry on the top.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to streamline booking and expense processes, eliminating manual booking, invoicing, and approval hassles. It's a one-stop solution that lets me focus on work without worrying about travel logistics, making the whole process smoother.

 ### 46. Streamlines Group Travel With Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claudio Roberto F. | C++ Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I really find Perk easy to use and fast when searching for flights. It's great to have all travel information in a single place. For my trips from Amsterdam, Perk even supported booking train tickets to the airport, which was super convenient. I also appreciate that it accommodates company policies for flights and hotels. Creating events and coordinating with a group is a breeze, as everything is automatically shared within the group, eliminating the need to use separate channels for coordination. The initial setup was super simple, and with SSO, it's even easier now.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I missed having the option of upgrading on my personal resources easily. That required me to get the flight details and reach out to the airline directly, which wasn't the easiest always. It would be nice if Perk had an option for me to supplement the company policy if I wanted to splurge on premium economy or even business. Or to get a better hotel room, again on my expenses.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to streamline booking work trips, making it easy to search flights, compare prices, handle payments, and coordinate group travel. It centralizes travel plans and aligns with company policies, which simplifies planning and ensures compliance.

 ### 47. Makes Business Travel Simple with Great Support and Options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ignacio C. | Finance manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Perk is that it makes business travel simple and convenient. I like being able to book, change, and manage trips in one place, with good support and plenty of travel options

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I dislike about Perk is that booking changes and support can be slow, and sometimes the options or prices are not as good as booking directly. I also wish the confirmations and system syncing were more reliable

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It replaces scattered booking tools, spreadsheets, and manual follow-up with one workflow.

It helps teams manage travel, expenses, policies, and invoice payments in one place.

It gives finance teams real-time visibility into budgets, compliance, and booking trends.

It reduces “shadow work,” like chasing receipts, rebooking trips, and reconciling spend.

 ### 48. Convenient Travel Bookings with Room for Price Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haley P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that Perk(formerly TravelPerk) is very easy to use, which makes booking travel for work hassle-free. I appreciate the ability to book stays, cars, and flights all in one place at reasonable prices. The feature that lets me view a map of available stays helps me easily choose a location that suits my preferences. I really like how simple it becomes to book multi-stop flights and the fact that I can still earn loyalty points on flights and some hotels is a definite plus. The initial setup was very easy, adding to a great overall user experience.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Flights are often more expensive than booking directly. Many times I have booked rooms that indicate loyalty points can be earned but once I check in, I am told they cannot be earned since I booked through a third party.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk allows me to book all in one place at reasonable prices, making travel planning easier.

 ### 49. Easy to Use with a Responsive Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Analucia C. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I love how easy it is to use and how responsive the team is whenever there are any changes in the trip.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Not much! It would be great to have more travel options/times in some cases, but it isn't an issue at all.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It removes the struggle of coordinating traveling times and preferences with HR and then having them keep an eye on everyone's traveling details. It's also easier to book through perk than having the company reimburse you for flights, train rides, etc.

 ### 50. Convenient, Comprehensive Travel Booking with Quick Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anya Z. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I love that Perk is a one-stop shop where I can easily toggle between features like price and airline, making booking decisions much easier and faster. It's really convenient in many ways, and I don't have to sift through so much data to find what I'm looking for. I can select my price range and preferred airline and narrow down departure times from there. Plus, I appreciate that it shows the company-approved stipend, so I won't accidentally book an airline that's too costly. The customer service quickly helps with any issues that arise.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Not all hotel options are available on Perk(formerly TravelPerk) and also most purchases are non-refundable which can be a headache if you have to make last minute cancellations due to illness, injury, etc.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I avoid using my personal card for bookings and get quick customer service help. It's a one-stop shop, making booking easy and fast. I can narrow options by price and airline, and see company-approved stipends to avoid costly mistakes.
