**What do you like best about Webex Events & Webinars?**

Event logistics were easy to access and following our event we can still see attendee engagement and networking. Most found it easy to navigate through the different features and the performance of the app stood up to the entire day without any issues. We had almost 500 people registered to use this app for our one-day event. Its nice not having to juggle between different platforms because everything is right within the app. The customer support was also very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Webex Events & Webinars?**

Compatibility including livestream problems and livestream issues arose during the event while using the launch studio feature. That may have resulted to the interface freezing and needed a restart or not enough refreshes to the page. It was a bit time consuming as some presenters had to hold before being able to move on with their presentation.

**What problems is Webex Events & Webinars solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an organization, it solves manual coordination, poor attendee engagement, lack of real-time communication, weak analytics and disconnected event technology. It was a source of centralized communication. We especially liked the announcement page that addressed real-time events happening during the day or any technical difficulties we may have experienced in different spaces.

**What do you like best about Webex Events & Webinars?**

I like the reliable quality of audio and video, and the screen share feature. The ease of use is great since no complex technical knowledge is required to use it. The basic setup was quick and easy, and although setting up and hosting the first webinar took some time, once configured it was easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Webex Events & Webinars?**

For a small company like mine, the pricing can be high. The mobile experience is not as good as the desktop, and the connectivity occasionally drops. More affordable plans and pricing options should be introduced, and customer support for smaller teams should also be improved. The overall UI could be updated for a more modern look.

**What problems is Webex Events & Webinars solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webex Events & Webinars allow me to conduct internal training, host product demos, and give presentations without needing a big IT setup, making it easy to manage with my small team.

What I like most about Webex Events & Webinars is its reliability and its comprehensive feature set for delivering professional online training and large-scale webinars. The platform makes it straightforward to manage registrations, schedule sessions, control participant access, and run smooth live presentations with minimal technical issues. Interactive tools like Q&A, polling, chat, and breakout sessions also help keep participants engaged, which is especially important for education and training programs. The recording and reporting features add even more value by letting us review sessions, track attendance, and assess learning outcomes. Overall, Webex enables us to deliver structured, interactive, high-quality virtual learning experiences for both small classes and larger public training events.

**What do you dislike about Webex Events & Webinars?**

Webex Events & Webinars is generally very reliable, but the platform can sometimes feel heavy, especially for participants on limited bandwidth or using older devices. Initial load times and required software updates can occasionally delay the start of a session, which disrupts the flow of training programs. A lighter client option, or stronger performance in the browser-based experience, would greatly improve usability overall, particularly for large-scale education and public training sessions.

Previously, it was difficult to keep participants engaged and to measure learning outcomes in online training sessions. Webex Events & Webinars solves this by providing interactive tools such as polls, Q&A, chat, breakout sessions, and detailed attendance reports. As a result, participant engagement has increased, feedback quality has improved, and we can now track attendance, participation, and session effectiveness more accurately. This has led to better training outcomes and continuous improvement of our learning programs.

**What do you like best about Webex Events & Webinars?**

The offering is very comprehensive as to what ideas and elements can be included in the event app/webpage. For the most part, end users seem it easy to navigate. The chat support is excellent and very knowledgeable.

**What do you dislike about Webex Events & Webinars?**

At times, navigating the backend can be confusing. Because there are a lot of pieces and parts, it can be hard to find exactly where everything is and what all the categories and other options mean, i.e., how to best use them and how they could make the user experience better.

**What problems is Webex Events & Webinars solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have an annual user conference with attendees from all over the United States. Webex Events is the platform we use for registration and when attendees are on-site. It's a great way to get pertinent information (and not so pertinent information) to all attendees. I like that there can be different messages/announcements for different ticket types (i.e., employees versus customers).

**What do you like best about Webex?**

What I appreciate most about Webex is its consistently reliable video and audio quality, which holds up well even in lengthy meetings. Scheduling, joining, and sharing screens are all straightforward, and the chat and recording features help keep collaboration both smooth and well-organized.

**What do you dislike about Webex?**

One thing I don't like about Webex is that it tends to use a lot of system resources, which can cause it to lag, especially when several people are sharing their screens or using video at the same time. Additionally, I feel that the interface could be updated to look more modern and be easier to navigate.

We recently hosted our "Celebrate You Week" and the scalability of the Webex Events platform was undoubtedly one of its greatest strengths. We were able to accommodate nearly 15,000 participants seamlessly, without any technical glitches or interruptions.

The platform’s interactive features—such as gamification, live Q&A sessions, polling, and chat functionality—played a key role in keeping the audience actively engaged throughout the event. Additionally, we effortlessly set up a dynamic dashboard at our office premises, powered by the Webex Events dashboard, which displayed images and posts shared by participants in real time, eliminating the need for any manual intervention.

Post-event, the analytics and reporting tools provided accurate insights into participation trends and walk-ins, enabling us to quickly share comprehensive reports with management. Overall, Webex Events proved to be a robust and reliable solution for hosting large-scale, interactive events.

**What do you dislike about Webex Events & Webinars?**

We faced a few challenges during the event, particularly when the host was delayed in joining, which caused the panelists to experience difficulties connecting to the audio. Additionally, following a recent update, some advanced settings became buried within menus, making it less intuitive and requiring prior training for first-time hosts to navigate effectively.

Another limitation was the attendee chat functionality, which remains quite basic and lacks support for threaded conversations or richer formatting options, limiting more dynamic audience interaction.

Webex Events and Webinar platforms provided us with a unified interface to seamlessly schedule, manage, and control webinars and events, covering everything from attendee registration and panelist management to session moderation. The platform empowered us to host large-scale virtual or hybrid events with thousands of participants in a stable and reliable environment, eliminating the need for complex infrastructure management.

Its integration with dashboards and live feeds enabled the dynamic display of user-generated content in real time, removing the need for manual updates during the event. Additionally, the comprehensive analytics and reporting tools offered detailed insights into participation trends, attendee engagement, and walk-ins, making it much easier to measure event success and provide actionable reports to stakeholders.
