Airmeet is fantastic for running large virtual events or conferences. I love that it allows you to set up a schedule of multiple sessions, the ability for audience members to network and interact with speakers. I especially like the option for polls. It's great to work with speakers behind the stage before things go live. The ability to customize the look of the conference with your own branding is a big bonus.

The biggest thing I dislike about Airmeet is their customer service. It started out fantastic, but they have turned away from supporting their early adopters. For example, they have taken away features from me that I paid for in the past.

It’s not a deal breaker, but you definitely need a stable connection to get the most out of it.

Airmeet is the perfect platform for hosting virtual events! We have used Airmeet at Princeton Theological Seminary for our webinars, conferences and networking events. The user interface is intuitive, and the platform runs well overall!

The onboarding process on Airmeet can be tricky for new users, especially for speakers or attendees who are less technically minded. Along with this, customization can be somewhat limited.

Airmeet has helped Princeton Theological Seminary to remove the challenges of hosting interactive virtual events. Before we began using AirMeet, we often struggled with platforms that lacked the features Airmeet has. We often had limited spectators' engagement, or needed extensive technical support. With Airmeet, we are now able to produce immersive online experiences, promoting meaningful interactions between speakers, students and attendees.

The best characteristics of Airmeet (such as the virtual networking lounge, Live Q&A and breakout sessions), have improved our viewers' participation greatly. Along with this, Airmeet's reliable streaming capabilities ensure a smooth experience without interruptions. By using Airmeet, we are able to expand our events, reach wider audiences, and maintain the quality of discussion and cooperation that is essential for our institute's mission.

It is a complete platform, in which each of the options has a reason for being and a utility. What I like the most:
- You have the option for conferences and congresses
- Tables are flexible, they can grow, you can name and image them, users can create their own tables, people love this option
- The quick matches are great, all the participants think that it is a pleasant experience, at the end of the time the participant darkens, it is great.
- In the conferences you have spaces for the reception and for the sponsors, with all the options, they are very happy with everything they can put on their stand.
- All the time it is being updated and improved, the new interface design is very good.
- And a lot of other options that are very good, the registration, the reminders, the excellent agenda, the access to the recordings, the management of speakers, the different levels of security in the registrations and accesses and much more.

I like almost everything, everything is very well thought out, but if you face some problems:
- Requires a very good connection and equipment, more than other meeting programs, which causes problems in almost all meetings for some of the attendees.
- The learning curve for some of the assistants can be a bit high, but in the end they are options that add value to the platform
- The app works fine, but has limited options
- In the 1 to 1 matches, for example, those who are participating through the application cannot do anything, they should be able to occupy a table.

Excellent platform for congresses and webinars, it is worth daring to go beyond the classic.

The live polling feature helps keep attendees involved, the Q&A and chat functions allow for easy audience interaction, and one of our favorite features is the resource library, where attendees can download materials in real time. Thats been a game changer for us.

Airmeet makes it so much easier to run interactive and engaging webinars. Instead of just talking at attendees, we can actually involve them in the conversation with live polling, an easy-to-use Q&A feature, and a chat that feels natural.

One of our favorite things is how simple it is to share resources. Attendees can grab materials from the resource library while the event is happening instead of waiting for follow-up emails. That small change has made a big difference in how engaged people are during our sessions. The use of landing pages is so much easier to edit compared to our website CMS.

It’s also just a smooth experience for both hosts and attendees. Setting up events is straightforward, and the platform has the right tools to make virtual events feel more connected and interactive.

We wanted to create a townhall meeting every one month or so. Apart from that we wanted to create a conference where in we wanted to gather people and give information and product updates.

I find Airmeet ideal for creating a distinctive design for the virtual event homepage and its accessories. With Airmeet, publishing or sending invitations to specific audiences is very easy and effective in achieving the desired reach. It's great how the event registrant list is automatically updated, allowing them to transparently receive confirmation of their registration. I love how Airmeet notifies participants in real-time about all preparations and updates.

I love how straightforward and simple it is to use and setup! Even the ability to customise the virtual rooms and tables were easy to do.

At the time we were using Airmeet heavily, there was a lack of payment gateway integrations from the Philippines in particular. But it may have changed in the most recent iterations.

We needed a platform that allowed numerous breakout rooms that can run simultaneously but keep the semblance of it being like an on-site event. It also had a very efficient greenroom/backstage for speakers & hosts, and it integrated well with our webcasting software. The UI was intuitive, making it easy to learn, and it also elimintated the need for our attendees to download an app. It made for very easy and fun webinars and virtual events for us and our attendees. The tech support was also pretty fast in getting back to us and helping our tech team resolve some issues that happened in our first two times using it.

When the bandwidth is low of someone the streaming can get choppy.

**What do you like best about Airmeet - Virtual Events & Webinar Platform?**

If you're hosting an interactive webinar, Airmeet is definitely the platform you want to use. The ability to have multiple sessions and "tables" where attendees can gather before/between/after them, is fantastic. The Airmeet team is also consistant improving the platform and rolling out new features/upgrading existing features. We host events at least once a month on Airmeet and love the consistency of the platform - we've never had any platform related performance issues.

**What do you dislike about Airmeet - Virtual Events & Webinar Platform?**

There are only two real negatives in my opinion:
1. It's not mobile friendly. Fine for the Western world, but when you have a wider variety of participants, this can be challenging and depending on the make up of the group, can sometimes exclude Airmeet as a viable platform for certain events.
2. Billing management feels like an afterthought. They email invoices, but only to the account owner and if for some reason an invoice doesn't come through, you have to contact support to get an invoice. I'd love to see an option where as the billing manager, I could grab invoices without having to chase down the account owner.

Airmeet brings the feel of an in-person meetup to the virtual world. You have a presentation, where the focus is on the presentors and then can come out into a virtual lobby with "tables" where participants can join discussions/breakout sessions at will. As a community organization that hosts in-person meetups around the world, Airmeet gives us the closest digital version of that same experience to people who aren't near one of our exisiting locations.

I have been using Airmeet for my virtual events and webinars for the past three years, and I appreciate how straightforward it is to set up and operate. Scheduling and hosting sessions is a seamless process, and I rarely encounter any issues when getting started. The platform offers a solid selection of features, such as audio and video calls, screen sharing, and interactive lounges, all of which help make my events more engaging. I rely on it regularly for my sessions, and it proves to be dependable most of the time. Whenever I need assistance, customer support is responsive and helpful. Additionally, Airmeet integrates smoothly with other tools, making the overall experience of hosting interactive and professional online events both simple and effective.

Having used Airmeet for three years, my overall experience has been positive, though there are a few aspects that could use improvement. Additionally, I’ve found that the pricing for premium plans can be quite high, particularly if you need to accommodate more participants or want access to extra features. While the platform itself is reliable and functions well, I feel that the options for design and layout customization are somewhat limited compared to other tools. The platform’s breakout sessions, chat, and speed networking features help keep events engaging and well-organized. Overall, Airmeet saves me time, reduces my stress, and lets me concentrate on delivering valuable and engaging experiences for participants.

I recently joined an organization and attended its onboarding virtual event through Airmeet. The event was interactive, and as soon as I logged in, an engaging trailer about the organization played.

Initially, I was confused during the joining process as the meeting had already started. However, I clicked on Airmeet Chat Support and received an immediate resolution. The support executive was very professional and double-checked to ensure I could join the event successfully.

The Event consists two sessions. The first session included a couple of breaks and the induction process. The second part was particularly exciting, featuring real-time speed networking. It was my first time participating in such a session, and I was able to connect with peers globally, with the option to accept or reject connections. The entire session was thrilling and completed within 30 minutes.

It’s very user-friendly and makes navigating virtual events easy, even for those less tech-savvy. I was particularly impressed with its reliability – no hiccups or crashes during our events. The support team is also fantastic; they’re quick to respond and always ready to help with any questions.

Just a few small things: when queuing media for the event, the order couldn’t be rearranged after uploading. Also, photos couldn’t be added to the queue and had to be shown through screen share instead.

We are arranging recruitment events wher we mix webinairs and pre-scheduled 1-1 speed interviews, and instead of using our traditional digital meeting supplier, which the would requred a lot of work just setting up all digital meeting rooms on our own, and add a differet sourse for the webinairs, Airmeet is solving this all in one product.

How easy it was to setup, use, even customize, while delivering a sleek and professional look without breaking the bank, in comparison to other platforms. The reporting is also immensly far superior then other platforms given how much they provide without having to click around, call support, etc. They do have a great support feature 24/7 in the platform for use which although I didn't use, was comforting to know.

You can't delete a registration. You can only block, and they have to re-register. A bit of annoyance if someone typed in the info wrong, I'd rather just delete them altogether.

Little features engaging the audince are great and are what drew us to the platform.

Back end admin-stuff is decent with sufficient options for configuration. Lots of options, even if it isn't always intuitive to know where it lives.

We run weekly webinars and have a large virtual conference with thousands of attendees so we needed an enterprise grade system ready to rock. This met the needs for a brief moment but enough problems are driving us away.

The Hubspot integration did not perform as advertised to start, however that has been resolved entirely. I think the interface could use some polishing-- some datapoints and buttons are a little more buried than one might expect.

Since we run weekly webinars and host a large virtual event attended by several thousand people, we were needing a robust platform with myriad features. Airmeet largely meets many of those feature requirements, such as attendee engagement and measurement of that engagement. The end-user attendee experience is solid and we've seen very few complaints or issues arise.

The flexibility and many verticals I can use it for, I can have a podcast or a meeting on the same platform. Conferences, interviews, team chats, hold several small meetings in the same room. I have held 2 Pitch nights on Airmeet during the pandemic. Setting up Airmeet was fun and easy. Amazing customer support on 24/7. Airmeet was easy to integrate with other platforms

Honestly there is nothing excepet that I do not get to use it as often as I would like.

**What problems is Airmeet - Virtual Events & Webinar Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to use and have participants to register. I get the list of participants. Speakers get to deliver and control participants microphones with ease. The speakers get to share and go to the room and participte when necessary. We can truly pause for a networking break and continue after the break.Continuing the next day or session is easy. Sponsors get their value from logos positioned throughout the event.

I was really impressed by how nice the virtual space looked, it felt like being at a real event, customer support was also good. We could hang out in the lounge, use audio and video, choose virtual backgrounds, share our screens, and more. I especially liked having one-on-one sessions at the booths.

I didn’t really have any major problems, but I found it a bit hard to navigate at times. I got confused between sessions and booths because I received alerts for sessions that redirected me to booths. Overall, though, it was fine!

I've checked out other virtual platforms, but Airmeet is really impressive. I can download resources, watch session replays, and even see event replays. The recordings are available to watch anytime. I liked seeing the speakers in live sessions and being able to raise my hand to join the stage.

**What do you like best about Airmeet - Virtual Events & Webinar Platform?**

Airmeet really provides a seamless interactive virtual platform. The api was easy to set up and we had success running a multi session event over the course of a month. Overall there were very few glitches or issues, and the interface was easy for our attendees to use. We are currently developing more events in airmeet and plan to continue to use their platform for our events

**What do you dislike about Airmeet - Virtual Events & Webinar Platform?**

There are some limitations when it comes to user data. You cannot change an email someone has signed up with, and you cannot delete a user from your event. There are also some technical quirks we had to work around when launching our event to let us fine tune the event to our liking. The support team was generally helpful but we ran into limitations of the platform. There are also some features not yet available on mobile, and many of our users we're on a mobile device.

Airmeet provides a single place we can interact with our attendees and offer them a variety of virtual experiences. In the past we would have had to use several different platforms and have users switching between them, and frankly just weren't able to offer this level of interactivity. Airmeet offers webinars, social areas, and speed networking in a single, simple UI.

Airmeet is a really solid platform for virtual events, with a clean interface that’s easy to navigate for both hosts and attendees. It only took half an hour to get to grips with it. I'm a big fan of the breakout rooms, the live polls, and the stage management.

Thanks to Airmeet, my webinars have been simple to run, engaging, and interactive. Great choice for anyone wanting to run smooth, professional online events/training.

**What do you dislike about Airmeet - Virtual Events & Webinar Platform?**

Nothing really but keep adding more features. I think they could add more around polls and surveys. E.g. send a post-webinar survey if an attendee didn't answer the poll in the webinar. I also want to see more webinar data available via API to pipe back into our other tools.

We really love how much audience participation Airmeet allows for. We receive a lot more questions now than previously, likely because of the ability to for attendees to see each others' comments and questions.

Some of the integrations are not the easiest to setup. On occasion, we've experienced some glitching with virtual backgrounds and speaker videos.

Airmeet has been great about working out issue in our system tied to our new equipment.  They were able to determine the issue and code a response to work with our setup.  The platform itself is very powerful and has a lot of versatility for multiple offerings.  My users are particularly fond of the networking possibilities.

With so many options, the platform takes a while to understand the flow of setup and requires a significant investment of time and resources to put on a large event.
