## Livestorm Reviews
  ### 1. Reducing Webinar Coordination Complexity Through Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** VINAY P. | Mechanical Design Engineer, Design, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

What I liked most about Livestorm was how it simplified virtual meetings, technical presentations, training sessions, and operational discussions without requiring complicated setup or software installation. The browser-based access reduced technical issues during client meetings and internal collaboration sessions, which made coordination smoother. Features like screen sharing, polls, chat, recordings, attendee analytics, and automated reminders helped keep webinars and project discussions organized in one platform instead of managing multiple separate tools. The integrations and automation workflows also reduced manual coordination effort and improved follow-up tracking after sessions.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

One limitation I noticed is that advanced customization options for branding, registration pages, and event workflows can feel somewhat restrictive for organizations requiring more flexible webinar configurations. Some advanced analytics, attendee limits, integrations, and premium features are also locked behind higher-tier pricing plans, which may become expensive for teams conducting regular webinars or client-facing sessions. During larger meetings, I also experienced occasional lag or loading delays while switching screens or presenters. Reporting flexibility and deeper event analytics could improve further for more detailed operational analysis.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Livestorm, virtual meetings, webinars, registrations, reminders, recordings, and attendee tracking were managed through multiple disconnected tools, which created extra coordination effort and technical confusion during sessions. Livestorm solved this by centralizing webinar hosting, communication workflows, attendee engagement, analytics, and automated reminders into one platform. That reduced manual setup work, improved attendee participation, minimized technical interruptions, and made project reviews, client presentations, technical walkthroughs, and operational training sessions easier to manage. The biggest benefit was smoother collaboration, reduced troubleshooting effort, better visibility into attendee engagement, and more organized follow-up workflows after events.

  ### 2. Livestorm made our webinars more structured, but still has a few rough edges

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex K. | Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

In my role as CTO, I tend to look at tools from both a technical and operational lens, and Livestorm struck a good balance between the two. We started using it for product demos and occasional partner webinars, and the setup was fairly straightforward. I didn’t need to involve much engineering time, which is always a plus. The registration pages are flexible enough to match our branding, and the built-in email sequences saved us from wiring up a separate workflow in the beginning.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

That said, it’s not without friction. Some of the customization options, especially for deeper branding or more complex event flows, feel a bit limited unless you’re willing to work around them. As someone who cares about system flexibility, I did find myself wishing for more control over certain elements.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Livestorm helped us consolidate that into a single platform. Now we can manage registration, run the event, and track engagement without stitching everything together manually. From a business standpoint, that’s reduced coordination time between marketing and engineering, and from a technical side, it means fewer integrations to maintain. Overall, it’s made our webinar pipeline more predictable and easier to scale, even if there’s still room for improvement in flexibility.

  ### 3. Easy Setup and Clear Video Sessions for Diet Guidance and Online Consultation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishan S. | Manager and Dietician at Chaitanya Homoeo Clinic, Medical Store Owner, Content Creator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

i work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic and also do online consultation and small teaching sessions. Livestorm is easy to use in daily work. I did not face much confusion while setting up sessions, things are simple so I can focus more on explaining instead of going into settings.

i use it for sessions where I need to explain diet or routine properly. Video and chat are easy to handle, so communication becomes clear. It has enough features but still does not feel heavy or too complicated.
Sometimes while handling participants and chat, it feels smooth, so it does not create extra tension during session. Everything stays quite manageable.

I use it as per need, not daily, but whenever I have to take a session or explain something, it works fine. Overall it fits in my work and does the job without much problem.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

i noticed is that sometimes joining or starting the session takes a few extra seconds, especially when everything is loading, so I have to wait a bit before starting. Also, when I schedule sessions, managing timings and small details needs a little attention, otherwise it can get slightly confusing. Not a big issue, just something I noticed in regular use.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

in my work, one problem is I have to explain same diet plans and routine again and again to different patients, especially in online consultations, which takes time and effort.
Livestorm helps here because I can take one proper session and explain things in one go. Patients can join, listen and ask in chat, so I don’t have to repeat same points again and again.

It also makes things a bit moree organized instead of handling everything on separate calls. overall it saves time and makes my consultation and teaching work little more easy to manage.

  ### 4. Livestorm Makes Scheduling Team Meetings Simple and Convenient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timothy S. | Special Processing Unit, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

I love Livestorm and how simple and easy it is to schedule and create team meetings! This is by far the most simplified and organized group call applications I have used! My favorite part is that you can access everything straight from a webpage rather than having to use an application it makes for extreme convenience!

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

One thing i dislike about livestorm is the price of its service. For what you are getting it is pretty steep. This is something that is very important for marketing teams especially the one I am on and it sucks to have to spend so much just to get proper team meetings.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For my marketing team Livestorm has helped us with its immense amount of tools and the best ability to have video conferences where ever! Without livestorm my team would be stuck in the mud!

  ### 5. Seamless Virtual Meetings, Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saurabh S. | Lead Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

What I like most about Livestorm is its simplicity and ease of use. It allows participants to join meetings directly from a browser without requiring complicated installations. I also appreciate the clean interface, reliable audio and video quality, and the smooth experience it provides. This feature saved our time and reduced friction for both hosts and participants since meetings can be joined directly from a browser. There's no need to download software or troubleshoot installation issues, which makes it easier for everyone to attend on time. This is especially valuable when working with remote teams, clients, or candidates who may be using different devices or operating systems. The simplicity of joining and managing meetings helps keep the focus on the discussion rather than the technical setup, resulting in a smoother and more productive experience.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

One area that could be improved is providing more detailed engagement analytics and making some advanced settings easier to discover for new users. Having additional customization options for meeting layouts and notifications could further enhance the user experience. However, these are relatively minor points and the platform generally provides a smooth and reliable experience.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Livestorm for remote meetings, simplifying communication and collaboration. It's easy to join without complex setup, share information efficiently, and conduct discussions smoothly. It improves communication and reduces coordination challenges with distributed teams.

  ### 6. All-in-One Webinar Management with Smooth Browser-Based Joining

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

What I like about this Livestorm platform is that it makes webinars and virtual events way easier to manage right from the starting point of hosting to the finish. This platform covers registration pages, reminder emails, live hosting, chats, and recordings, and it provides complete event analytics all in a single place. This platform also feels more structured for webinars when compared with normal video meeting tools out there. I also specifically like how attendees can join meetings right from a browser, even without downloading the software. This makes the experience way smoother for customers, prospects and external participants. Their engagement tools are very useful because they help keep sessions interactive instead of making webinars feel like one-way presentations.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

Overall, their pricing might feel slightly high for smaller teams, startups and companies that host webinars only very occasionally. Some users may also want more flexibility in terms of branding, email customisation, layout or advanced event format. It is a very strong webinar platform, but if our requirement is very simple for an internal meeting, then it might feel more advanced than necessary. Their overall integration ecosystem should be widened as well.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform helps us by solving the problem of managing webinars across multiple tools rather than using one tool for registration and another for email reminders, and another for reporting and analytics. This platform brings all tools with a full-fledged workflow into a single platform. This platform saves time for marketing, sales and customer success team it also improves our follow-up rate because the team can track registration attendance, engagement, concession performance for product demos, customer training and lead generation webinars and virtual event this platform processes more organised and professionally.

  ### 7. Streamlined, User-Friendly Webinar Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sumisha J. | Senior Software Engineer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

I use Livestorm for hosting virtual meetings, webinars, and team collaboration sessions with clients and internal teams. It helps streamline online communication through features like screen sharing, recording, attendee management, and analytics. What I like most about Livestorm is its ease of use and all-in-one approach for webinars and virtual meetings. The clean interface, browser-based access, and built-in engagement and analytics feature make it simple to manage events efficiently without needing extra tools. The clean interface makes it easy for both hosts and attendees to navigate sessions without much setup or training, which saves time during meetings and webinars. The browser-based access removes the need for software downloads, while the engagement and analytics feature track attendee participation, measure webinar performance, and improve future events. The initial setup was pretty straightforward with simple configurations.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

One area where Livestorm could improve is performance stability during larger events, as occasional lag or connectivity issues can affect the experience. The customization options for branding and event layouts could be more flexible, and some advanced features feel limited compared to other webinar platforms. Livestorm could improve offering more advanced integrations and deeper customization options for reports, branding and attendee experiences. Better performance optimization for large-scale events and more flexible pricing for smaller teams would also make the platform more accessible and valuable.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Livestorm for hosting virtual meetings, webinars, and team collaboration. It streamlines online communication with screen sharing, recording, attendee management, and analytics, reducing complexity and enhancing collaboration and communication.

  ### 8. Browser-Based Webinars That Cut Tech Issues and Drop-Offs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Farrah B. | Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

We like the best that the software is fully browser-based. It requires no software installation for anyone involved. By using this software for our webinar needs, we drastically reduced tech issues and drop-offs.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

The more we work with the tool, the more we realize that customization or better features, like analytics or segmentation options, require upgrades to an upper tier. Unfortunately, the upper tiers are pricey.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We experienced low engagement as most webinars felt like one-way lectures.
Livestorm provides real-time interaction tools, like built-in polls, chat, Q&A, emoji reactions
As a result, it turns passive viewers into active participants.
Moreover, Livestorm enables on-demand replays and scalable event hosting, which surprisingly does not require any specific technical skills.

  ### 9. Easy-to-Use, All-in-One Browser-Based Webinar Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deborah L. | Safety Rep, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

What I like about livestorm is its ease of use and clean interface. It makes scheduling, joining, and managing webinars or meetings very simple for both hosts and attendees. The browser-based platform is especially convenient since there’s no software to download, and the built-in features like registration pages, analytics, recordings, and audience engagement tools make it an efficient all-in-one solution.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

One downside of Livestorm is that some advanced features and attendee limits are locked behind higher-tier pricing plans, which can be expensive for smaller teams. Occasionally, browser performance can vary depending on the user’s device or internet connection, and customization options for branding or layouts can feel somewhat limited compared to other webinar platforms.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Livestorm is solving the challenge of hosting webinars, meetings, and virtual events in one easy-to-use platform without requiring attendees to download software. Its browser-based setup makes joining sessions simple, which helps reduce technical issues and improves attendance. It also streamlines registration, reminders, engagement tools, recordings, and analytics in one place. This benefits me by saving time, creating a smoother experience for attendees, and making it easier to run professional virtual events while tracking results afterward.

  ### 10. Promising Webinar Tool, but Reliability and Accountability Fell Short

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Livestorm?**

Livestorm has a clean interface and a good set of features for organizing webinars. The platform shows a lot of promise and covers most of the functionality event organizers need.

Our experience was mixed because a lot of the features we relied on did not work consistently when it mattered most. Still, the platform has strong potential, and I hope the team continues improving its reliability to match the quality of the overall product.

**What do you dislike about Livestorm?**

We used Livestorm for a high-profile webinar involving enterprise partners, guest speakers, and external attendees. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from both a technical and customer service perspective.

Throughout the preparation phase, we encountered multiple issues, including speaker access problems, inconsistent email delivery, unreliable email status tracking, and browser-related camera and microphone recognition issues. During the live webinar itself, attendees reported severe audio degradation, sound distortion, and eventually complete audio loss for part of the session.

Following the event, Livestorm confirmed that there had been a platform incident affecting registration confirmation and reminder emails. This issue required our team to spend significant time manually contacting registrants and managing concerns that should have been handled by the platform.

What disappointed us most was not the attitude of the support representatives. The individuals we communicated with were polite, professional, and responsive throughout the process. Our frustration is directed at the way the company's policies handle situations where acknowledged platform failures create real operational consequences for customers.

Another aspect we found particularly concerning was the repeated suggestion that many of the issues may have been related to how we used the platform, local network conditions, browser configurations, or participant-side internet connectivity.

If one or two attendees had experienced isolated problems, that explanation might have been reasonable. However, when speakers, organizers, and attendees are affected across multiple stages of the event lifecycle, from registration emails and access management to live audio quality and moderation, it becomes difficult to accept participant internet connections as the primary explanation.

In our case, the problems were not limited to a single individual or location. Multiple participants experienced issues before and during the webinar. The response felt like a familiar attempt to shift responsibility toward customer environments rather than objectively assessing the broader pattern of failures that occurred.

Technical issues can happen on any platform. What matters is how a provider responds when they occur. Acknowledging one incident while simultaneously suggesting that many of the remaining problems were likely caused by customers, their browsers, or their internet connections does not inspire confidence, particularly when the impact was widespread and visible to nearly everyone involved.

Although Livestorm acknowledged the email incident, they refused any form of refund and provided limited compensation to additional attendee credits. Since our original package already included more credits than we needed, this did not address the actual impact on our team, our partners, or the webinar experience itself.

Based on our experience, we cannot confidently recommend Livestorm for important external webinars where reliability is critical. More importantly, we believe customers deserve a more balanced and accountable approach when platform issues occur, especially when those issues affect an entire event rather than isolated participants.

**What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Livestorm helps centralize webinar management in a single platform by combining registration pages, attendee communications, speaker management, live broadcasting, and post-event analytics. This reduces the need to use multiple separate tools and simplifies the overall webinar organization process. The platform's integrated approach can save time during event preparation and provides a structured environment for managing online events.
