What do you like best about Accelevents?

What amazed me right away was the service I recieve. The true 24/7 support is key for someone who has a tendancy to inadvertantly miss a toggle. I feel like the support is endless, where with other products I have had a certain allotted amount of suport time. Coupled with the excellent help articles I feel like I can fix any issues.

We have been able to use the tool for different types of events becuase of the flexability that this tool offers.

I appreciate that we can have lots of users. We are able to have multiple departments using this tool and also allow for others to have access so that as the event planner I dont have to be the only one who has to do everything.

I also have really felt heard by my support team. There have been times where we have submitted suggestions in how to make the end user experiance easier and I feel that we have been heard and if its something that can be adjusted they take that on and make the update. What do you dislike about Accelevents?

In some ways the only issue is how flexible this tool is. I sometimes can get myself confused or caught in a loop inadvertantly toggling things on or off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Accelevents?

I am now using Accelevents for my 2nd confernce and I like that they are constantly updating and improving. Accelevents really listens to ideas for improvements and implements those ideas.

When I need to chat for help the chat is SO FAST - Like no wait time (even in the middle of the night 🤣)

What do you dislike about Accelevents?

That you have to load multiple photo sizes for a vendor/exhibtor and that the system can not adjust the images on its own. However, they just added a new feature to import an exhibitor from a previous event - so for the repeat vendors the work is already done. This was actually a request that I had that was implemented.

By using a mobile app we are able to significantly reduce paper agendas, etc at our conference. We can also update on the fly where as you can not with paper.

What do you like best about Accelevents?

It's super easy to use and intuitive.

The chat support is 10 seconds away and always ready to help.

It has many functionalities to complement events—booths, sponsors, networking, lounges, and everything else we need.

What do you dislike about Accelevents?

There were bugs here and there, but they had fixed them in recent years. We've been using the platform for 4 years and are happy.

Some missing convenience features should be easy to implement. For example, you can't copy surveys/Polls or automatically have a rating poll after each session (you need to create a separate one for each session and attach it to it). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Accelevents?

I researched several different providers and landed on Accelevents as the best value for overall features and customization. The entire team is amazing, with exceptional response time via chat support. I was able to customize anything I needed for implementation and the system was user friendly. I'm at our event right now (September 2024) and we've already decided to use it for an event in February 2025.

One of the biggest bonuses and reason for picking Accelevents was also their integration with Square for credit card processing (everyone else used Stripe). We also utilized the integration with our new HubSpot system.

As a person who uses multiple systems and has many years of experience, I most appreciate the constant improvements made by the team. You can tell Marvin takes great pride in his product and knows things can always be improved. And they do it regularly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Accelevents?

If I had to pick one thing that was quirky it would be the mobile app. It was a bit cumbersome for us. But, we are an in-person event only. Sometimes people would be redirected to the browser instead of the actual app and they'd get frustrated. We would be able to assist 9 of 10 times, but the overall experience can be better.

This was the very first time we implemented onsite check-in and badge printing via iPad kiosk. It was amazing!

I normally have to export a list, send it to our graphic designer, have them merge it into separate badge templates and then print them ahead. Then, we have to alphabetize everything. Then, a name change will happen after it's been printed, which causes me to have to print a label to go over the old name, etc.

It was so much faster using this system. We had (4) kiosks at our event and it kept the lines moving very quickly. I'd have a very hard time going back to the old way now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Accelevents?

The fast and friendly chat response is amazing. We got started quickly for an event and loved it so much we're migrating everything over now. The platofrm is so easy to customize each event and that's vital to how we work. It also syncs up with our Salesforce account so I can see and compile our data in different ways. While you can run individual reports there aren't account level reports you can see on your own yet. I can still get them from support in a very fast manner, but it'd be nice to see org wide data on my own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Accelevents?

Accelevents has all of the great features that you need in a registration and virtual event platform, but where it really shines is the speed and dedication of its support staff. Accelevents is creating an easy user experience for both our in-person to virtual events. For in-person shows, we are able to get attendees checked in with ease for our shows, which drastically helps to increase attendee hapiness. What do you like best about Accelevents?

The customer service and support was amazing. The most impressive to me was the 24/7 chat. I initiated dozens of chat sessions and always got someone that was pleasant and was able to easily address my questions and offer advice. I have used many event platforms and the service I received was the best. The platform is also intutitive and easy to use for a person in charge of execution of the event and preparing speakers.
