User inteface!! it is really bad. Things are too much descriptive, nothing icon based. If the GUI is made more graphical the dashboard would look cool and would avoid us to keep searching for things and it helps us to explore things easily rather than someone teaching us to navigate. SAP Concur can be slow, especially during busy times. Adding receipts can also be a bit tedious. Improving these areas would help a lot. Additionally, once a request is approved, there should be no need to send another notification to the approver. It would be better if they only received one notification after the initial approval. It's really very easy to create and manages expenses with Concur. No option to re-create an invoice is on of the most frustrating thing in Vendor Mangement. In Travel Mangement UI is quite cluttered and not readable text. Selecting hotels on the map is frustrating due to the 'search this area' button — having to re-enter addresses feels annoying. I would prefer to choose a location directly on the map for searching hotels. If this feature exists, it needs to be more visible because I can't find it. The ease of accessing the activity that needs to be done and the process of getting the travel settlement is smooth with a proper heirarchy. Concur is very user-friendly for our employees to use. Most of the questions we get about the software are related to policy, not Concur. The SAP staff running Concur have recently gotten a renewed vigor for improving the product. I've participated in multiple user feedback sessions with them where I shared frustrations, user scenarios, suggestions, etc., and they have always been very receptive to my suggestions. They seem to place a lot of value on direct client feedback, even though we're a pretty small customer of theirs. I use Concur every workday and it's a very reliable service.
