We were struggling with getting the right help for our needs with our account. I was brand new to the tool and didn't quite understand what I was working with. My account rep at the time didn't have the knowledge to assist me, so it fell stagnant. When I left a review here on G2, I was followed up with and prompted to meet with a new account manager. The meeting went SO well and I feel so much more confident with Expensify. And I had all my integration questions answered after months of trying. I've learned that if your account rep isn't working out for you, you CAN request a new person. The knowledge base I needed for my account wasn't in line with my account rep at the time, so it would've been handy to know that I can request a new one.
