What do you like best about SmartRecruiters?

We had to free version of smartrecruiter that allow us to host 10 jobs and manage them for a long time. We did like the UI and ease of use and was able to take advantage of the product for a long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartRecruiters?

Not much to be honest. For our free version, we lacked the ability to get a lot of resumes but we later resolved it through posting it on Linkedin and Indeed and Zip recruiter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SmartRecruiters?

The offer approval feature has helped to streamline our process, but it would be nice if it could combine parallel and sequence approvals (which we have seen is doable in other systems). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartRecruiters?

It's not easy to switch from one job to another. It's a bit tedious to get to a specific candidate within the job if they're not in the stage you're already looking at.

The user interface seems dated. We are past users of Greenhouse and Workable; both had really nice user interfaces.

The scorecards are not great. It takes so much time to set up if we want to have a text box attached to each question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
