The integration with our HR system had some hick-ups but it's been imporved based on continuos feedback.

They fixed the integration with Personio and now it works very well.

- Flexibility - we are able to customize both on a company level as well as in specific recruitment processes
- Innovation rate - TT has constantly pushed for new features and interesting add-ons. They have a clear road map where innovation seems to be at the core.

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

- We use our own website as our career page (i.e not the supplied TT version). This was a bit tricky to implement - it would have been nice with an easier way to pick whether you want to use the TT career page or not.

The developments of the platform itself and the Customer Success team that adapts your needs as much as possible to what exists. The response speed of operations to solve problems is very good.

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

The improvement I would introduce is to have the support manuals translated into English. For me, it's not a problem, although I am aware that in the Spanish market the level of English can be improved, and it will surely be difficult for them to find solutions with the videos or manuals.

The connection with our internal web and with Lucca to be able to continue tracking all the candidate's activity.

**What do you like best about Teamtailor?**

Teamtailor is a very user friendly applicant tracking platform. I found it easy to learn: everything works in pretty intuitive ways and it's visually pleasant. Integration with other tools such as Refapp also seemed to work smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

The survey tools are less flexible than we would like, ie. we didn't find a way to include an open-ended question. The mobile app is also a bit clunky and less intuitive than the desktop version, but it still works OK when I just want to quickly check on something - real work is done on desktop anyway.

**What problems is Teamtailor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a researcher working with multiple executive search consultants, and Teamtailor really helps me keep on top of all our projects and their current status.

**What do you like best about Teamtailor?**

Teamtailor has a very clean and easy-to-use UI. I love how I am able to move candidates from one stage to the next by just dragging their names across the stages. It also helps that I can see how many candidates I have at each stage at a glance.
But my best feature? Ability to have candidates pick their own interview time from my integrated calendar.

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

It goes down a lot, and their customer support is not the absolute best. We experienced a lot of downtimes which definitely affected the team's productivity; they should improve on that aspect.

Teamtailor has a very friendly interface and design to solve very complex aspects of recruiting. The triggers and automation have become a game-changer for me and for the candidate experience.

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

I would love to have more tools for outbound recruiting that can be integrated into Team Tailor. The only way that I found to massively submit candidates is with a code and API and is not easy to teach that to the complete team.

I have good visibility of all the analytics of recruiting and I can take action to improve the metrics of the process. 
Also, the questionnaires and video interview tools have been super helpful for the roles that have a big number of active applicants reducing the times of processing applications.

Visually engaging and intuitive platform. Easy to use as a recruiter.
Scheduling triggers work really well, it's very easy to set up jobs/workflows/add users etc. 
We use anonymous mode across all of our jobs so it has actively supported us in our D,E&I efforts. 
Also, great value compared to some of the other providers.

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

The integration with Indeed hasn't worked well for us for sponsoring posts - when we have needed to promote a job on Indeed we have ended up having to post it directly on Indeed itself rather than via Teamtailor.

It has built our careers page (didn't previously have one) and also brings efficiency and consistency into all of our hiring processes.

**What do you like best about Teamtailor?**

I love how userfriendly Teamtailor is -- being able to see candidates' progress and share those insights with my team is vital for being successful in a recruiting role. One of my favorite features is "anonymous mode," it is such a necessary and easy feature to utilize to eliminate. 

I also love the trigger feature -- such a time saver!

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

There is very little I dislike in Teamtailor! The only feature I would maybe add is being able to add candidates that have not applied through our company site / LinkedIn. We do receive referral candidates and those have to be tracked separately.

**What problems is Teamtailor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I often have to report candidate progress to my manager and before I fully leaned into Teamtailor, I tracked everything by hand in Excel which is tedious. As I mentioned above, I still do that for candidates we have found through referrals or other job boards (Handshake), but as most of our candidates come through Teamtailor being able to have almost everyone in one place has saved me hours of organization and outreach (love the trigger feature!).

**What do you like best about Teamtailor?**

As a recruiter and HR lead at a small startup, Teamtailor makes my life a lot easier. It's so user-friendly, and it's been pretty easy to get my hiring managers to use it (their mobile app is pretty good too, and that helped). There are so many features that make it easy for us to deliver a positive candidate experience, and their career's site builder tool is the best.

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

Nothing, in particular, comes to mind. There have been a couple of times I've sent small feature requests to their team, and they've been very responsive. It would be great to see added analytics metrics in the future, like response rateson specific outreach messages. I'm confident they will continue to add functionality as they grow.

**Recommendations to others considering Teamtailor:**

I can't speak to Teamtailor's functionality for larger enterprise companies, but it's amazing for us. If you're a startup or SMB, I highly recommend you consider Teamtailor as your ATS.

Before Teamtailor, we had another ATS - and no one actually used it. The UI was really poor, and the "career site" was very spartan. Since switching to Teamtailor, we've had more engagement, both from candidates and hiring managers, and we're a lot more organized with our process.

Some of the usability can be a little restrictive and some of the import functions are not available at the moment. Some functions are restrictive and need to be opened up more.

Teamtailor is very easy to use, to put job ads up and to review candidates across various departments. A plus that you can make a separate hiring site just for the recruitment brand and showcase interviews with existing employees, benefits etc. Like the Kanban back end to keep track of all candidates, statuses and comments.

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

Would be better if the site can be more customisable. It does have customisation but not a lot. Better if more branding can be shown as right now it still looks very 'team tailor' brand.

Organising all job posts and candidate information in one place, that is easy to access for various departments. Also having a site that is separate from the main company website for only recruitment.

That it is really intuitive to use and support always easily available. We enjoy the small things like option to include gifs. Best it the outlook sync to book interviews.

All good, maybe improve the application form modification options. To change the order of fields etc.

**What do you like best about Teamtailor?**

We love the ease of set-up and use for hiring teams and TA, automation and integrations. Easy to stay on top of hiring processes and pull data to support conversations. There's also a lot we haven't looked into or used yet that will no doubt support us further with our processes.

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

Not much.. The one tricky bit is the integration with indeed campaigns on high volume roles (we seem to get much fewer applications and spend more). But other than that everything works well.

TeamTailor has allowed us to easily collaborate across Hybrid teams - Everyone is always up to date regardless of physical location. It's also allowed us to make hiring teams somewhat Self-sufficient, freeing up TA's time to deliver more quality into our pipelines.

I found in Teamtailor the help that I really needed to improve the hiring process. It's effortless to use, and it also lets you customize the company site, as no other tool that we used in the past. Excellent if you're focusing your hiring strategy in employer branding.

I'd love to be able to disable some parts of the administrator panel.

**What do you like best about Teamtailor?**

The customer service has been exceptional every step of the way. I love the customisability of all the functions, it means we can add a bit of personality and put our company stamp on things, both internally and externally. The clear pipelines make my life a lot easier and the search function saves me a lot of time. The careers site was an added bonus and easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

I love the search function but would love it even more if it highlighted where in the CV the search terms are. Also, it's quite a long wait to get existing candidates imported across, so we ended up doing it ourselves - a bulk CV import feature would be a huge help.

**What problems is Teamtailor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest reason for us getting an ATS was the database search feature. I work on fast turn-around contract roles, so I need to be able to keyword search and get a list of my candidates immediately. Previously this was a very manual, open each CV and use Cntrl F process, so the time saving is huge. 
It also helps me keep track of multiple jobs and quickly see which ones need more work, which ultimately helps me prioritise. 
The careers page is a great place to direct candidates and attract candidates and saves me time posting on multiple job boards.

**What do you like best about Teamtailor?**

It's is very easy to use and it has all the functionality you need from an Applicant tracking system. It's very affordable. Nice drag and drop features, templates and parse CV processes. GDPR is covered on this as well and the ability to create a well-designed career page that can be integrated into our website if we wanted to.

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

The colour pallet isn't to my taste, it would be nice if we could customise that. It doesn't cover all the features the big ATS does.

It helps us solve the problem of tracking our hiring and the organisation of that.

I like the visuals and UX. There's a lot of useful features: Analytics, nurturing, promote job ads in different job boards and social media
It has a lot of tools for having powerful integrations
Its free API let you to have great insights from the data

The naming of some features leads to some misunderstanding (e.g., interview tab for leaving feedback)
It'd be helpful if you remind candidates that applies more than once, their user or let them skip this step of creating the user again. For them is boring and for us means to have the same candidate duplicated

With the proper management of the pipelines, we have multiple positions to handle, and Teamtailor helps us to provide a good candidate experience while keeping in mind metrics

I love how intuitive it is; it is easy to use and learn. In addition, the analytics section is very visual

Sometimes, when you upload a CV manually, the system does not recognize it, and you have to fill in the fields manually. Also, I would like to be able to classify the candidate base more specifically.

If you are looking for an intuitive ATS that optimizes Human Resources times, Team Tailor is the best option!

I don't have to worry about sending emails with my availability since, with the functionality of synchronizing your calendar, management is much easier.

In addition, I do not have to publish the job description manually in the different portals, but Team Tailor takes care of it automatically.

It saves me a lot of operating time.

**What do you like best about Teamtailor?**

Teamtailor has a number of innovative features that set it apart from other ATS solutions - particularly the 'connect' function, which is a great tool for allowing candidates to select their preferences and for remarketing. We also love the chat heads function which allows candidates to get in touch with us in multiple ways. The careers site content creator is also feature packed vs our previous provider. The GDPR tools are brilliant too - the system we used previously required a lot of manual input for compliance, whereas this is highly automated and very focused towards the individual and the options they have with their data.

**What do you dislike about Teamtailor?**

Very little downsides so far - ideally it would have better functionality for diversity and inclusion (global options, vs just US EEO) and also right to work functionality, but we've created a simple workaround for that.

If you're big on communicating your EVP and developing a stand out candidate experience, you should consider this system.

It's created very easy ways of allowing candidates to 'self service' with their preferences, and it's also increased the ease of compliance. We've been able to significantly improve candidate experiences and digital user journeys with this platform too.

The dashboard of Teamtailor doesn't allow customization. The interface could be more flexible in terms of features and project management.
