What do you like best about JobDiva?

It is a user friendly platform which can help in tracking the performace of Clients, recruites data, Timesheets, interviews, offers and real time managment reportings, You can modify the reports and track the data as per your requirment, You can customize the reports with multiple filter options, you can download the reports on yearly, monthly, Quaterly , weekly or daily basis. What do you dislike about JobDiva?

I personaly feels issue with the search bar, like, I have a Candidate working but if i put the name in bar some time it says candidate not found and some time with just 1st initial it can provide you the exact name. need to work on this feature and provide more filters. It helps me in providing the data in single reporting system, I can download a single report where i can see the name of candidate, his title, payrate, bill rate, start & end rate , W2 or C2C, Client name and Subcontracting party name , In a single assingment sheet It it can give you the all data along with OT billrate and payrate and Assingment sheet can be found by writting a name or employee on Search bar and All data will appear in a single page. What do you like best about JobDiva?

This tools helps us in intergrating all the job boards at a same place , it helps in managing the complete life cycle starting from recruitement , interview , offer till joining and also managing the contract cycle of the candidates effectiively all at one place. It's a robust and user-friendly Applicant Tracking System that organizes candidate data effectively.This further helps recruiter to check the candidate onboarindg status , contract status and all over connect with the candidates very easily. JobDiva uses advanced algorithms to match candidates with job requirements efficiently. I have been using this tool for more than 3 years and it has really helped me in my day to day activities. It streamlines time tracking and payroll integration for contractors and employees.Integration of portals, candidates email tracing and easy user interface makes it best ATS available in the market. I have been using job diva since I started working in recruitment industry and it's been more than 3 years to be very honest, I have never found any such feature which I disliked.

It Helps in providing a consolidate file where I can see the consultant name, hire date, end date, Bill rate, Payrate, Consultant type like W2 or C2C, Client name and Suncontractor name. It is making easy to find candidates and manage recruitment.

We can do everything here from job postings to hiring in one place.

We can work well with job boards like monster, carrier builder, linkedIn and dice.

We can sync emails like gmail, outlook and other email providers to communicate with candidates.

First of all it is time consuming, It automates resume searching across multiple job boards.

It extracts and categorizes resume details instantly, preventing duplication and lost information.

We can track applications, interviews, and placements in one system, ensuring no candidate is overlooked.

We can syncs with calendars and sets up interviews without back-and-forth emails.

What do you like best about JobDiva?

Job diva is a very useful tool for me , as a Company finance administrator I need to make sure to get the applicatnts time and tracking on time and the way it is synchronized with my client portals it produces effective and timely data. Other thing is the number of reports that is available under the tool... What do you like best about JobDiva?

JobDiva is an incredibly intuitive program and easy to use. Being able to do all of the things we can in one program daily is so helpful and increases recruiting efficiency. I have used a number of other programs over the years and none of them compare to Diva as far as their ability to stay up to date with technology and integrate new features regularly. There is one tfeature in Diva that doesn't work completely from time to time. When completing search strings and entering information into the "Exclude" fields, I find the results that come up in searches still include some of the terms/items I wanted excluded. Very effectice search Functionality on Home Page: Delivers quick and accurate search results for any input, including but not limited to candidate first and last names, contact numbers, addresses, job IDs, job titles, locations, ZIP codes, and candidate notes.

Good for daily use and reporting.

Easy to implement with existing as well as new candidate's databases.

Good Customer support and regular training sessions.

What do you like best about JobDiva?

Without a doubt, JobDiva has one of the most effective interfaces combined with extremely solid features. We appreciate the team’s continuous effort in improving the user’s experience as well as the capability of this forever green ATS. Thanks to them, JobDiva is not only accomplishing new features, but also reaches the new level of formulating education through emails and trainings for newcomers. Their user-friendliness is simply out of this world – be it Talent Search or BI Dashboards or even complete reporting – everything seems to be in its right place with JobDiva. It is quite apparent that the company does not possess a single better tool, which would assist the firm in the recruitment process as fast and as well as this one. What do you dislike about JobDiva?

The only change that I can propose is regarding resume review post a talent search. Sometimes the displayed formats are confusing and not easy to read. That makes the whole process not very efficient. Having an option for preview of resume, which shows them as uploaded in the JobDiva system, will enhance usability.

Secondly, sometimes title-based searching does not provide the best possible results in finding relevant resumes; hence, this could sometimes prove to be difficult. I like that JobDiva has everything one needs for recruiting in one place. Its fantastic search tools and flexible workflows make it very easier to find the right candidates for the right jobs. It is confusing and time-consuming to search for anything. New users will have a hard time learning about how to use it. JobDiva can be bit tricky at first because it has many features. JobDiva sometimes slows down when dealing with a lot of candidates or jobs And when I want to update the status or details of so many candidates at once, it doesn't easily facilitate such updates so I have to do all one by one, which is extremely time-consuming.
