**What do you like best about JobDiva?**

I use JobDiva to manage the full recruitment process, and I like how it keeps everything in one place. It's easy to track candidates and manage multiple roles without getting confused. It helps me stay organized, and I can manage multiple roles easily while saving time with resume searches and candidate tracking, allowing me to work faster and more efficiently. I enjoy that it integrates smoothly with job boards, which makes sourcing easier and faster. The initial setup was very easy, and all I needed was to log in. I would definitely recommend JobDiva to a friend or colleague because there is no other software like it.

**What do you dislike about JobDiva?**

Sometimes the server goes down which affects work. Also, I have noticed that when I download resumes from the candidate list, they are always the same as the original.

I find that combining Boolean logic, resume harvesting, radius search, and skills proximity allows me to identify highly relevant candidates more quickly than with most other ATS platforms. The automated harvesting feature collects resumes from job boards and organizes them seamlessly in the background. This significantly reduces my sourcing time and ensures that my talent pipeline remains consistently up to date.

JobDiva is a powerful tool, though its interface can appear cluttered and somewhat outdated. Many new recruiters find it overwhelming at first, but it becomes easier to navigate with experience. The Boolean search feature is impressive, yet it can be overly literal at times. If your keywords are not precise, JobDiva might overlook strong resumes, which means you often need to try several different search variations.

**What do you like best about JobDiva?**

I like that JobDiva is a good platform where I can work, add new candidates, track my performance and tasks given, and keep a record of candidates submitted all in one place. I can share my work with different levels of management and with clients. JobDiva assigns jobs as my tasks, provides all the job details, and lets each job have an ID for easy tracking. I can assign jobs to team members, see activity, and use Boolean strings to find suitable candidates. The JobDiva dashboard helps me track team and personal performance weekly or monthly, and I can see records of submissions to clients, interviews, and details of candidates I submitted. Additionally, I can upload and download candidate profiles and match them to jobs, keeping track of submissions, interviews, assignments, and salary details. I also find the initial setup very easy, with many features still available to explore.

**What do you dislike about JobDiva?**

Sometimes, two candidate profiles get merged if candidates have similar names or details. Also, JobDiva keeps logging out every few hours, which is really frustrating and hampers my time.

**What problems is JobDiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JobDiva to find suitable candidates and match them to jobs, email them, and keep everything in one place. It lets me add new candidates, track performance, manage tasks, and share work across management levels, improving workflow and efficiency.

**What do you like best about JobDiva?**

I honestly really like Job diva personally. it's end to end functionality for managing full recruitment lifecycle. I love how strong candidate database and search capabilities, it has. The resume parsing, Boolean search, and talent pool management make sourcing fast and efficient.
It also helps me manage my candidates, clients, job orders and all the communications seamlessly.
It also improves my productivity as I can handle interview tracking, submissions, followups and reporting on the same platform.
It is also used by my organization to track recruiters KPIs and there performances to make data driven decisions.
It also allows us to integrate multiple job boards which saves a lot of time and allow us to be more efficient in finding a quality candidate for our jobs.
Overall, I appreciate Job diva's speed of managing high volume recruiting activities while managing a strong candidate and client database.

**What do you dislike about JobDiva?**

I feel, while job diva is a strong recruiting platform it might need improvement in some areas like-
User interface sometimes feels a bit outdated, comparing to new ATS available now a days.
Boolean search is sometimes a bit inconsistence; the candidates return after the search does not match with the string or profile appears with the keywords that are not added in the string, making the sourcing less precise and time taking. I would love to see more precise candidate search and stronger Boolean matching.
Also email or calendar integration could be more streamlined.
System speed occasionally lacks too, especially while handling large data sets or running detailed searches.

Jobdiva helps our day-to-day activities very easy and effective by reducing manual work and making it more automated. Keeping candidate information and its database skill wise. It is easy to post job as it's allowed to post on multiple portals in single go. The whole process makes it easier to track candidate progress throughout the recruitment cycle. These functions save time. improves productivity and ensure better coordination between recruiters and the managers.

**What do you like best about JobDiva?**

What I like most about JobDiva is how everything I need sits in one place. I’ve been using it for about three years now, and at this point it honestly feels like the backbone of my daily workflow. From sourcing candidates to tracking submissions and managing interviews, it keeps things moving without me having to jump between multiple tools.
The most useful part for me is the way it organizes candidate data and activity history. I can quickly see where someone is in the pipeline, what interactions have already happened, and what the next step should be. That saves a lot of time, especially when handling multiple roles at once. The search and sourcing features are also pretty solid—I can pull up relevant candidates fast without digging too much.

**What do you dislike about JobDiva?**

After using it for a few years, I’ve gotten used to building Boolean strings myself, but it does take time, especially when working on niche or urgent roles. I feel like there should be more flexibility and variety in how search strings are created.
It would be a huge improvement if there was stronger AI support built in—like being able to paste a job description and have the system automatically generate smart search strings or suggest relevant keywords. Right now, that part still depends a lot on manual effort and experience.

JobDiva mainly solves the problem of managing a large and active talent pipeline in an organized way. In recruitment, especially when you’re handling multiple roles at once, it’s very easy to lose track of candidates, submissions, and follow-ups. Before using a system like this, a lot of that work can become scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and notes.
For me, the biggest benefit is how it centralizes the entire hiring process. The talent pipeline feature helps me keep track of where every candidate stands—whether they’re sourced, submitted, in interview, or placed. That visibility makes it much easier to prioritize and take quick action without missing anything important.

**What do you like best about JobDiva?**

Job diva is the best ATS in which we can use all the Job portals at the same time while searching for the candidates. Fetching reports about the team progress are very easy. I use it daily for searching candidates and the internal database of the Job diva is also good. Job Diva implementation is very easy for specific organizational needs. Job Diva integrates well with existing systems but may require custom connectors for seamless data flow. For calling candidate we can get the details of the candidates into a CVS which makes it easy to use for customer support

**What do you dislike about JobDiva?**

While fetching the reports in HTML format sometime it shows error. but it not does not shows error while we download

Creating a pool of candidates for the whole company make it easy for everyone to use the downloaded candidate for all the recruiters. Using sharing portals makes it easy to use portal by all the recruiters at the same time. 
Keeping track of the whole recruitment process like recruitment onboarding etc is very easy using job diva

I use JobDiva for staffing and recruitment, and it really helps with the quick sourcing and hiring of candidates for different roles. I appreciate that it's a one-stop channel for recruitment, so I don't have to use multiple platforms. It's very user-friendly, with a lot of automation and AI support, making it easy to use and integrate with different applications. The wide range of features in a single app is impressive. I can easily integrate it with LinkedIn, Indeed, or other client VMS for a smooth process. The AI features are particularly valuable for automating tasks like summary writing and submittal building, among others. JobDiva also does a good job of constant upgrades.

With JobDiva, the recruiting workflow becomes much more centralized. It’s the best ATS tool for me. It allows quick searching and filtering, so I can review my leads promptly, and it also helps me organize my talent pool effectively.

The Boolean search feature is especially powerful for getting to the right talent quickly. I also like the recent updates with the resumes, which I can now view there.

It helps me track all the activities related to my leads and opportunities as well, so I can manage my work more effectively and stay productive.

Sometimes, because the user interface is quite large, it gets stuck and takes time to open pages, and it runs slowly.

For a new user, it can be hard to understand the tool quickly. There are too many features and options, so it takes time to fully understand the tool and all the features within ATS.

I am getting faster results based on the Boolean strings. Plus, there is a lack of visibility compared with other tools; in JobDiva, I can get the full background of the candidates. Refined tracking and KPI analysis are the best parts I can look for here.

Jobdiva is a wonderful ATS tool. It has helped us manage our data and streamline the process. It's very easy to integrate with the client portal that we use, elementary and supporting the customer services they have. We use JobDiva daily for our candidate management and client management. we have multiple VMS integrated in the job diva which make our work very easy

The job takes too much time to load. We ahev high speed of internet connections till it take too much time to load pages.

We have multiple clients who use different VMS systems, and it's very difficult to manage the data of different VMSs. Job diva helps us in managing all data in one place whether it is onboarding documentation. whether candidates' details or their paperwork. It help us in reporting and seeing what is working best for us.

Real-time search across all the major job boards — Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn — all from one place is a huge time saver. The LinkedIn InMail and RingCentral call and text integration means I never have to leave the platform to reach a candidate. It covers the full cycle from sourcing to onboarding, the dashboards are customizable, AI candidate summaries cut down reading time, and the duplicate candidate flagging keeps the database clean. The recent update adding multiple ZIP codes in a single Boolean string was long overdue and works great. Been using it 4 years and it just keeps improving.

**What do you dislike about JobDiva?**

The UI looks a bit dated compared to newer tools — a modern redesign would go a long way. The learning curve for new recruiters is a bit steep at the start, there's a lot of features and it takes time to get comfortable with all of them. But once you're past that, it's smooth sailing. Downtime is almost never an issue — in 4 years it's gone down maybe a handful of times.

JobDiva brings everything under one roof. Sourcing, outreach, tracking, reporting, onboarding — it all lives in one place. That alone saves hours every week. The real-time multi-board search means I find candidates faster, the RingCentral and LinkedIn integrations mean I reach them faster, and the pipeline tracking means nothing falls through the cracks.


The dashboards and reports give me a clear picture of where every candidate and job order stands at any given moment — no digging around, no guessing. For a team it helps everyone stay aligned without extra check-in meetings.


The AI summaries help me quickly shortlist candidates without reading every profile from top to bottom. The duplicate flagging keeps the database trustworthy.


Bottom line — it removed the chaos from recruiting. The job is still demanding but the platform makes sure the process is always clean and organised.

I use JobDiva for candidate sourcing and applicant tracking, and it really saves me time with its integration with multiple job boards and its own database. I find the way it helps in creating search strings and running them across various job boards in real-time very efficient. Maintaining pipelines of prospective candidates for quick submission is easier and user-friendly compared to other Applicant Tracking Systems on the market. I also appreciate the real-time updates from VMS, which make it one of the best ATSs. The interface is very user-friendly, which made the transition from Salesforce a smooth experience. Running and fetching work reports is one of the best features that I utilize almost daily, and JobDiva's recruiter activity reports are crucial in tracking my team's activities.

**What do you dislike about JobDiva?**

If we are working in JobDiva and running string in multiple tabs at the same time, it starts highlighting the skills selected in the latest string only, making the other search string useless. So, we can review candidates and do other things in JobDiva by opening multiple tabs, but it is not possible to run multiple strings at a time by using multiple tabs. It gets confused.

I am Account Manager at Mindlance. Have been using JobDiva on daily basis, that really helps in maintain accurate data of the hire and the requirements. We don't have to rely on other platforms. JobDiva can cover everything for example, Interview updates, Hire, Number of Submission, Number of jobs, Client management.

When I was recruiter back 5 years ago. I was facing some issue however those were resolved now and JobDiva has implemented some new features as well that makes it best ATS currently in the market.

As I said earlier, while using JobDiva. We don't have to rely on multiple software. It can solely manage the requirements, candidate pools and hire counts as well. For manager it is very help to check the team's activity like which recruiter is working on which requirement how many candidates they have reached, are they reaching relevant candidate, are they using correct strings etc.

I personally like JobDiva because it is very user-friendly and even a beginner can learn quickly how to use it for sourcing candidates. There are many features I appreciate, such as being able to use ZIP codes and calculate how far we need a candidate in miles for specific locations. This makes it quite practical for our needs.

The database is just kind of very slow. Like, we are not able to find for the particular position, you know, just support we are getting, the high end position, so we have to suffer. To find that perfect candidate.

Because, we getting complete tracking without wasting the time on other things, which is the unique quality of JobDiva.

I appreciate the talent management process, because it helps to get the complete recruitment process, by understanding it's own way. The best part is we can check the past history of the candidates, are they submitted or not for the same role. **What do you like best about JobDiva?**

I’ve been using JobDiva for IT recruiting, and it’s been a reliable tool overall. The Boolean search and centralized candidate tracking make it much easier to manage multiple roles and quickly find the right profiles.

It does have a bit of a learning curve and the interface feels slightly outdated, but once you get used to it, it really helps streamline sourcing, submissions, and daily recruiting tasks.

Mobile accessibility could be improved — while functional, the mobile experience isn’t as smooth as the desktop version.

JobDiva streamlines the entire recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to placement — saving time, improving candidate quality, and increasing my overall productivity.

**What do you like best about JobDiva?**

I really like the automated timely reports feature in JobDiva that sends reports to users once we set up the BI Scheduler. I also appreciate that we can directly reach out via email, text, or call through JobDiva. The BI Dashboards, Performance Monitoring, Financial Visibility, VMS Sync Reports, DivaReach, DivaMatch, DivaBuzz, Automated Candidate Marketing, and Unified CRM Integration are also very useful. The initial setup was pretty easy because JobDiva provides multiple repetitive trainings throughout the year.

**What do you dislike about JobDiva?**

I find JobDiva's user interface outdated and I experience performance lags. Also, the mobile app is limited and the data handling is rigid. Additionally, reporting can be complex.

JobDiva is one of the most used ATS's in US Staffing industry which has multiple options for Recruiters to Sales person.

**What do you like best about JobDiva?**

The integration with client job portals means I can work directly in JobDiva throughout the day. The job details are all there, and the candidate pool is there as well. On top of that, when I do a quick internal submission, my candidate submissions can be reviewed by my supervisor right away, so the candidate reaches the client desk as soon as possible.

**What do you dislike about JobDiva?**

The UI feels like an old Craigslist website, and it’s a bit of a love-hate relationship for me. On one hand, it comes across as kind of loathsome and outdated, but on the other hand, that same quality also gives me a sense of nostalgia.

**What problems is JobDiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Live applicant tracking is available even on the client portal. We can see the status of external submissions as well, since we get live updates on applications (submissions) because JobDiva is integrated with the client VMS.

The user interface is very friendly. It’s a great ATS for finding the best resource for a position, and it also helps me create a hotlist, reaching so many candidates in one go, while keeping sales and candidate data in one place. In short, it’s an all-in-one solution.

Sometimes, a duplicate profile gets created even when there’s only a single data difference between the records.

I use JobDiva as a centralized platform for sourcing the best talent and building a strong, searchable candidate database for both current and future needs. By maintaining detailed and accurate candidate notes, I ensure continuity and collaboration, enabling other team members to quickly understand candidate history, status, and suitability. JobDiva allows me to track recruiting activities, including how many positions a candidate has been submitted for, interview progress, and outcomes, which improves transparency and reporting. I also utilize the system for managing client information, creating requisitions, posting jobs, and identifying client-specific openings, which helps streamline workflows and improve efficiency across the recruitment lifecycle.

Integrated back-office features, built-in VMS synchronization, automatic matching, and resume harvesting.

**What do you dislike about JobDiva?**

I’d like to see improvements to the search, especially support for the “AND” operator. The user interface could also be refined for better clarity and ease of use. Finally, tab management needs attention, as it would be helpful to have a smoother, more intuitive way to organize and handle tabs.

**What problems is JobDiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem is that recruiters often spend hours manually downloading resumes from job boards (Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and then uploading them into their ATS. By the time they finally identify a strong candidate, a competitor may have already submitted that person.

The solution is Resume Harvesting: JobDiva’s "Harvester" automatically "scrapes" external job boards for resumes that match your open roles and pulls them into your internal database 24/7.

JobDiva is the best ATS I have ever used. Its features are very easy to learn, and using it feels effortless.

Sometimes when I search for candidates within 20 miles, it shows me results from over 40 miles away. This is the only issue I’ve experienced with JobDiva.

We use Job Diva on a daily basis to find relevant candidates and maintain their data. It also helps us check available requirements, schedule interviews, and manage offers. In addition, we use its AI feature to find relevant jobs for matched applicants.

As a US HR executive, I find JobDiva very useful because through reporting i can easily view candidates along with their weekly timesheets details in one place. I can quickly pull weekly timesheets hours for all consultants. which is very helpful for payroll and client billing.

Sometimes performance slow down when running heavy reports, which can be frustrating during peak payroll or billing cycles.

I like JobDiva because the interface is user-friendly and it has all the necessary tools to ensure my daily tasks go smoothly. I appreciate how my team can finalize resumes and share them with me along with all necessary details for client submission. Its ability to set up live interviews is really helpful. The software aids in onboarding candidates and allows us to monitor this process efficiently. I also find it valuable for running performance and activity reports. I love that we can integrate our own tools and they work seamlessly with JobDiva, plus the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about JobDiva?**

The search filters can be improved, especially the accuracy of the years of experience filter. The AI assistant also needs work as it's not able to understand job descriptions accurately. Moreover, the system should not allow adding a new resume until all qualifications for the candidate are added.

JobDiva helps us build a huge database of qualified candidates, track onboarding and billing, and monitor my team's activity and performance.

JobDiva is very useful for recruitment process. By using JobDiva we can find good candidates for any requirement. It's very effortless and smooth with limited word string we can find candidate. JobDiva has very good number resumes. I have placed lots of candidates from JobDiva. I used JobDiva daily for recruitment. I don't have to use another software since it can fetch resume from all the job boards as well.

Nothing as of now. It's very smooth and effortless.

JobDiva new AI feature is very good. By using AI I can make best pitch candidate's summary and by using DivaMatch I can find other relevant jobs for the matched candidates.

Making boolean string in jobdiva is so easy and and hiring talent like RN's , Travel nurses and LPN, medical Assistant data base is also huge as compare to other ATS like Carreer Builder, Dice.
Inbulit Call and /sms option is very helpful for me to connect with candidates easily

**What do you dislike about JobDiva?**

Jobdiva is slow working when marking external submissions on it.

Jobdiva is helping me to source a candidate under 24-48 hrs TAT.
Working on allied roles on JobDiva is very impactful in finding candidates.
Overall 4+ years of working experience in Jobdiva, I find out AI features and integration like RTR, email merge is best .

Jobdiva has huge data base so I can source under TAT after requirement release.

**What do you like best about JobDiva?**

I love JobDiva because it makes the recruitment process very simple. The database of candidates is great for easily accessing contact information. I really appreciate the feature that allows me to save calling notes in JobDiva. The 'right to represent' emails can be sent directly through the platform, which is really convenient. The note-keeping feature in the Attributes section is particularly useful for storing candidates' information and making it accessible to everyone in the organization.

**What do you dislike about JobDiva?**

I think JobDiva should add one more feature 'Multiple locations sourcing' at a time. Right now we can only source for any 1 zip code, but there should be a feature through which we can source candidates for multiple zip codes.

**What problems is JobDiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JobDiva for full cycle recruitment. It has a database with lots of candidates for easy contact access, allows note saving, and sending emails directly. The note-keeping feature is useful for sharing candidate info across the organization.
