The LinkedIn InMail and RingCentral call and text integration means I never have to leave the platform to reach a candidate. It covers the full cycle from sourcing to onboarding, the dashboards are customizable, AI candidate summaries cut down reading time, and the duplicate candidate flagging keeps the database clean. The recent update adding multiple ZIP codes in a single Boolean string was long overdue and works great. Been using it 4 years and it just keeps improving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI looks a bit dated compared to newer tools — a modern redesign would go a long way. The learning curve for new recruiters is a bit steep at the start, there's a lot of features and it takes time to get comfortable with all of them. But once you're past that, it's smooth sailing.
