I like using Bullhorn because it helps me keep all communication documented in one spot, which is really useful. It's my go-to tool and I rely on it every day. It helps me stay organized by allowing me to know what clients I'm reaching out to, track which client contracts are ending, and see what needs to be completed. I also find it helpful for sales and as a contact manager because I deal with a lot of people. I appreciate being able to put in tasks and set specific dates to keep track of what I need to do without having to dig around. Even though I don't use reminders due to the sheer number of tasks, I like that it keeps me on top of things by reminding me of important tasks, like when I need to call someone I intended to follow-up with. I don't know if it's just my company doesn't use the sales portion of it where we can see where things are in the sales process for our funnel and our pipeline. I do know it's a feature that's available as I have used it at past companies. I think that's a feature by feature that we don't pay for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
