What do you like best about Usetiful?

This is exactly what we needed. As an eCommerce platform, there is a bit of a learning curve. Usetiful's checkbox combined with tours, we are able to onboard new clients so much more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Usetiful?

Although it's easy to use, the initial onboarding and getting to understand the system is a learning curve in itself. I think Usetiful can use its own product to create a better onboarding process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- The flow creation platform is very clear and easy to use

- Chrome extension is simple to use too

- The overall system is simple, which is good.

- I didn't like the FAQ very much, because I had some questions that were not resolved

- I had a problem on my system where the flow didn't auto-scroll, probably because our application is a SPA

- I had a problem starting the flow in the user view after the screen was created

- The main point of complaint for me is the fact that there is no translation into Brazilian Portuguese Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Usetiful?

We need Usetful to facilitate user onboarding to our software (Workanizers.com) which is complex.

It is quickly understood what and how can be achieved with Usetiful.

I especially liked the possibility of creating a Demo Tour with the help of a Chrome extension without installing JS in our software. When the Demo Tour is finished, it can be installed into the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Usetiful?

Maybe I miss a little richer text editing in modals. It is also desirable that the "manual" positioning of the modal on the screen is even more straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our software (Workanizers.com) is relatively complex. It is intended for entrepreneurs and managers who do not have enough time or patience to understand new software despite knowing that it will help them.

It does not make sense to just have a preview available in desktop mode as the majority of users don't use desktops to access our material. The challenge is using a preview on an android and ios devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
