I like how easy it is to use Userpilot; it's really simple to learn and start creating the solutions it allows. Additionally, it has incredible support for technical issues; whenever we request help, their support team is willing to assist. It's very valuable because, in case of doubts, queries, or additional support, we contact technical support directly and within a few hours, we have responses and even calls to resolve the concerns. This is very important to avoid wasting time and to make the most of the tool. I also like that with just a few clicks, we can create onboardings, step-by-step guides, or presentations of new tools and measure their impact on the user. The tool allows us to visualize the usage and events generated by users in their sessions, which is truly useful for making decisions and analyzing the usage patterns of our product.
