Spekit has been a game changer for our org. One of our biggest struggles has been accessibility and timeliness of content, alongside training, process, and policy adoption. We've been able to reimagine the way we support our teams where they need it, when they need it. From new hire onboarding through change management, we rely heavily on Spekit to house all our content, serve it up when our teams need it, as well as drive the behavior changes we need to see. This wouldn't be a complete review without a major shoutout to our AE and our CSM, Malorie and Josh respectively. They both went above and beyond to support us and our needs, and have incredibly strategic mindsets as they guided us through the pre and post sales process. It's an extreme value add to be able to rely on Josh, our CSM, as a highly trusted consultant to our team. Spekit is a lean companf and continues to evolve their product. Although the product is not perfect, Spekit receives feedback extremely well and thoughtfully and is always looking to have candid customer conversations to better serve us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Solid overall tool. Apart from a few limitations, which some are being addressed this year, the tool is easy to use. Being able to embed Speks on essentially any Whitelisted domain is really nice. We like how the Spekit team has regularly been involved on a weekly basis since our implementation last summer. Our CSM Liza has been great and having opportunities to work with Mel and share feedback has been really valuable. Our feedback is always taken into consideration and not just thrown in a blackhole. We are always looped in for beta testing with new Spekit features, which is also nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-lack of custom field filtering at the moment (expected in 2025 but no concrete timeframe).
-Tracking activity process not ideal due to not being able to import accounts from Salesforce for users to tag when sharing (this is coming soon though).
-No simple way for users to hand pick Speks to add to a shareable "Deal Room" with their customers.
-To embed Speks, you have to match the name of the field exactly for it to appear. There needs to be an Embedded Spek Label and a separate Spek Title so embedding Speks is more flexible.
-Homepage and dashboards aren't super valuable from a Spekit user standpoint but I know this is being improved at the moment.

Would love to see the Spekit link be able to move around anywhere on my screen other than the right side. I know I can move it up and down on the right side but would like to have the capability to move it around on top, bottom or even the left side. Just a quirk of mine. The system is constantly improving, with frequent updates that enhance productivity. With each interaction, whether online or with the customer success manager, Spekit continues to introduce new features. I have not yet taken advantage of the internal content team, but knowing it’s an option has reduced workload stress. Our CSM, Josh Rubin, has been an outstanding resource, providing patience, guidance, and exceptional support throughout the implementation process. We have conducted a trial run in one region and so far we have noticed positive engagement, especially among recent trainees. This platform helps maintain well-structured and precise materials for the team, which we do not currently have at our disposal. I know that Spekit will play a key role in ensuring consistency as the company expands and as we roll it out to additional teams. There are no significant drawbacks that come to mind regarding the platform thus far. It would be beneficial to receive email summaries with key updates and guided overviews when Spekit introduces any new enhancements and/or functionalities. This would allow the team to stay up to date even without an upcoming meeting with the customer success manager. It would also give admins the opportunity to implement any new features on their own time and then troubleshoot with CSM as needed. A helpful addition would be a feature to assign multiple users to teams simultaneously within the web browser version. Currently, adding users individually hasn’t been a major issue, but it may become more time-consuming as the size of our team increases. If there was a bulk assignment option in the “manage users” section it would improve efficiency without the need for the external spreadsheet. This would also help avoid duplicate assignments since multiple team members handle role assignments as we onboard new teammates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate how evolving the platform is, every time we access the web version or meet with our CSM, there are new and updated tools that are driving better efficiency for us. We have not utilized the content team yet, but having the option to do this has brought some relief to the workload on our end when we are building content for longer format resources. I cannot say enough good things about Josh Rubin, our CSM, he has been extremely helpful, patient, and an awesome source of support through this process. Spekit has been rolled out as a pilot in one of our markets and it has been a pleasure to see our teammates utilize it, especially individuals that are coming right out of our training cohort. I have been able to recognize the power that Spekit has to be such a beneficial platform for our organization to keep our materials organized and accurate. This will be especially important as we continue to grow our markets. There is not too much that comes to mind in reference to “disliking” parts of Spekit. As I mentioned, with the continuous improvements and new features of the platform, I could see it being helpful for the client/team to receive email updates with brief walkthroughs/key features so that we can explore the amended uses proactively in the case that we do not have a connect set up with our CSM coming up. The only other item I can think of at this time would be in relation to the “bulk assign” to add users to their respective teams, it would be helpful to have a way to do this within the web platform in the user section. We have had teammates gradually added as end users so it has not been too much of a barrier since we are doing one at a time but as we continue to onboard additional end users, I can see us wanting to be able to bulk assign within the “manage users” tab, especially since we have a few people working on the backend of Spekit for our organization and I could potentially see us overlapping on assigning teams/submitting duplicates, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Spekit seamlessly integrates with our CRM and the content continues to work seamlessly even if changes are made to the user interface, field labels, etc. Users find the search function easy to use and feedback from end users has been very positive thus far. This enabled us to replace many communications that were previously going out via our internal chat system and via email with materials that are now accessible from right within the browser when users are in the midst of their work. Our partnership with the Spekit team has been great - they took the time to learn about our company's goals and pain points and have worked closely with us to build excitement about the roll out and track the usage and impact of this tool. The upsides of using Spekit is it eliminates the search hassel. I no longer need to look through the compnay sites searching for answers. It saves me valubale time with my work flow and allows me to multi -task and work on a faster speed per my preferance. I use it daily and it creates an ease of implentation with the number of features you can access at a quick speed. The intergration was user friendly and customer support so far has been excellent. Spekit has been very helpful to our organization to help us streamline information and content to our associates when and where they need it. Even though Spekit is designed for SalesForce, we have been successfully using it on our home grown CRM. And, as a non-SalesForce user, my Customer Success Manager works with me to see how we can improve Spekit with our CRM.
Our hybrid workforce is not always in the office at the same time to gain the knowledge from their peers. With Spekit, everyone can get the same information in the same way, which leads to more consistency.
Spekit is not just for new hires, but it is a great tool to help onboard them. Our associates that have been here for awhile have also been impressed with Spekit and how easy it is to use to find the information they need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If there is anything I would say that is a slight challenge but not deal breaker, is the lack of mobile or App wiki. I understand the unique ability to deliver contextual information on personal devices is a challege, but maybe just an App for the Spekit Wiki would be nice for reps on the road to quickly search for content? Spekit is exceptionally easy to use in some of our highest traffic Revenue tools and sites. Our primary use case is around just-in-time pop-up enablement for new sales cycles, definitions, and process adherence; we were able to draft and implement our solution with the help of the fantastic customer support and account team. As we (re)launch new tools, Spekit is our tool of choice for enabling around new workflows and demonstrating best practices, at high scale and low lift. Highly recommend! Spekit allows you to attach speks to specific terms or spotlights in specific sites. As a Google Drive organization, we've found that Speks don't operate with maximum agility inside Google docs, sheets, and decks.
