## About Product Fruits
No-code product adoption platform — user onboarding, feature adoption and in-app support, powered by AI #What it is Product Fruits is a digital adoption platform that helps product and customer success teams guide users to value, drive feature adoption and deliver in-app support. Without writing code. Build product tours, checklists, hints, tooltips and announcements to onboard new users and roll out new features. Layer in an in-app help center, embedded knowledge base and NPS surveys to scale support and catch friction before it becomes a ticket. Two things set Product Fruits apart: 1. Flows guide every user to the next right step. Instead of showing everyone the same generic tour, Flows adapt to where each user is — their role, their progress, their behavior — so the right guidance appears at the right moment. Users never get stuck, and they never see steps they've already mastered. 2. Elvin, the built-in AI agent, is the speed layer. It generates onboarding flows, copy and adaptive logic in minutes — no design or engineering sprints. Teams ship and iterate on their own. #Who it's for Built for product teams who own activation and adoption, and CS teams who own retention and support. Common industries include financial services, education, healthcare, e-commerce and SaaS. #What you can do with Product Fruits - Shorten time to value with personalized onboarding journeys - Increase feature adoption by guiding users to new capabilities - Reduce churn by addressing struggles before users disengage - Scale onboarding across thousands of users without manual effort - Lower support tickets with contextual answers where users need them #How it works Setup takes two steps. First, install the Product Fruits Chrome extension to build tours and guidance flows visually. Then add a JavaScript snippet to your application to publish experiences live. Most teams complete setup in under an hour. #What's included - Flows & guidance: Adaptive product tours, checklists, tooltips and beacons that route each user to their next right step - AI personalization: Elvin designs flow structure and copy that adapts to each user - In-app communication: AI-generated announcements, banners, pop-ups and newsfeeds that keep users informed about updates and features - Feedback & insights: Elvin creates contextual and NPS surveys based on user behavior, capturing sentiment and surfacing friction - Knowledge & support: Centralized help center and Elvin Copilot answering questions from your approved sources, #Why teams choose Product Fruits AI powers every feature and Flows make sure that power lands at the right moment. From building tours to answering support questions, Product Fruits personalizes each step of the journey. The result: faster adoption, higher satisfaction and fewer support escalations.

## Product Fruits Reviews
 ### 1. Product Fruits Delivers: Intuitive UX, Rock-Solid Reliability, and a Game-Changing Elvin AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trond-Daniel K. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

Product Fruits is a solid tool that helps us in several parts of our platform.
We've been using it since September of 2024, starting with onboarding, checklist, tooltips and announcements.
Over time we migrated our entire knowledge base fra Document360 into Product Fruits. Even though the knowledge base feature wasn't as powerful as Document360 it was well worth it since it greatly improves Elvin and all the other AI features.

Notes on UI and UX:
The admin and editor is visual and intuitive. The tool is feature-rich in a way that feel deliberate and cohesive, not bloated. Lately they've been updating feature after feature making things easier to use and look nicer.

Performance is top notch!
Zero downtime and a microscopic amount of bugs in the time we've used it.

Integrations
We've integrated our own platform to Product Fruits, allowing us to pass over user properties which can further be used to build segments.
On top of that we've integrated PF into both Slack and HubSpot. Especially the Slack integration is great as it can post survey responses directly to a channel.

Pricing!
The pricing, to me, is good since you get a ton of features. To get the most our of the plans you should really plan out how to use everything within Product Fruits, from the simpler tool to AI conversations and AI translations.
Those are huge time savers.

World class support!
Product Fruits has one of the best support experiences I've ever come across. Quick replies from personell full of knowledge.

AI features:
Elvin is a game changer for us. Currently about 50% of our support chats are being resolved by Elvin - this really shows the benefit of the knowledge base.
In addition to Elvin there's also AI tools for creating flows, translating texts, creating surveys and insights and creating snippets.
We had tried other AI chats earlier but nothing have come close to the answers Elvin are able to give out.

If I gonna point out a few minuses it would be that the statistics could be better, especially regarding custom events for tracking user behaviour.
Also the knowledge base could use 1-2 more levels within the category structure as well as a better API for reading and updating existing articles.

There are workarounds, so it hasn't blocked us, and given the pace they're moving it probably won't stay that way for long.

Easy recommendation for any SaaS team that wants to guide users, handle support, and communicate changes without stitching together five different tools.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

To me there is nothing to dislike. There's a few areas for improvements like statistics, API (or maybe MCP) and the knowledge base. But at the rate they're moving I bet we'll see improvements soon.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before discovering Product Fruits we had needed to use several tool in order to keep our users informed and up to date. Those tools rarely communicated with each other.
Now with Product Fruits we have everything in one place, features cross-communicate and we're able to share announcements, knowledge and guides from one place.

We have never had this good an information flow between development, the organisation and the end users.

 ### 2. Effortless User Onboarding and Feature Adoption with Product Fruits

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prashant P. | SDE-2, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

What I like best about Product Fruits is how easy it makes user onboarding and feature adoption without needing heavy development work. Its intuitive UI, in-app guides, and analytics help teams improve user engagement quickly while keeping the experience smooth and personalized.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

One drawback of Product Fruits is that some advanced customization and styling options can feel a bit limited, especially when compared with larger onboarding platforms. Also, for more complex user journeys or enterprise-level needs, certain features may require extra time to configure and fine-tune before everything works as intended.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product Fruits helps solve the challenge of user onboarding, feature adoption, and reducing customer confusion within the product experience. By using in-app guides, tooltips, and feedback tools, it improves user engagement, shortens the learning curve, and saves time for both support and product teams.

 ### 3. Great Help Center, Strong Support, and Easy User Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lia G. | Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

Product Fruits has been a great fit for us because we needed a reliable place to host our help center while also giving users instant support inside the product. The help center is easy to manage, looks clean, and makes it simple for customers to find answers without waiting for our team. On top of that, features like guided tours and AI-powered assistance help users solve problems faster and reduce repetitive support tickets.

What really stands out, though, is their customer support team, they reply quickly, are highly knowledgeable, and genuinely want to help you succeed. I’ve been on several calls with them, and every interaction has been practical, fast, and helpful. It’s rare to find software with both a strong product and a support team that good.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

Not much to dislike, to be honest. They continue to release many new features and improvements, which is a positive, but it also means you need to make time to keep up and learn everything that’s new. Since I’m based in Australia, scheduling support calls can sometimes be a little challenging because of the time zone difference. Other than that, the overall experience has been very positive.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product Fruits solves the problem of users getting stuck, asking repetitive support questions, or not fully understanding how to use the product. For us, it gives customers a clear self-service experience through the help center, guided tours, tooltips, and in-app support so they can find answers instantly instead of waiting for our team. That has reduced support load, improved onboarding, and helped users adopt features faster. It also benefits our internal team because we can create and update help content without relying heavily on developers, which saves time and lets us improve the customer experience much faster.

 ### 4. Intuitive, Customer-First Design with Amazing Support and AI Help

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer H. | Solution Services Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

It's designed with the end-user in mind. It is so intuitive to implement and use, and the benefits to our customers are immediate. Amazing customer service, AI features and help, and a team that truly cares about you getting the most value possible from their product.
Using a company that develops good software and ships improvements frequently is a pleasure.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

As a customer who moved from Pendo to Product Fruits, there are some limitations in styling pop-ups that we had to adjust to. However, I have requested features and improvements in the past and have been given good workarounds using code, and have even seen requested improvements in production.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Product Fruits every day - in fact, more than any other tool for my job. It is invaluable in onboarding our new users (and colleagues), allowing them to generate quick answers to questions through their AI features and excellent knowledge base, and ensuring all users are kept up-to-date on all new features, improvements, news, and operational difficulties.

 ### 5. Game-Changing UI, Flexible Pricing, and Truly Supportive Success Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt F. | Head of Solution Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

Great UI that solves the problem in a simple, straightforward way. Alvin really changes the game. I also love the consumption pricing, since it makes it easy to adopt at the right pace. The success team is top-notch and genuinely supportive. Overall, we’re very happy we made the switch from what we had before.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

I’m not getting all the features in the light browser version, but you can’t have everything!

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us onboard users to our platform and sustain adoption over time. Our platform is configured for custom processes and user flows, which makes it easier to deliver spot-on, customised training and standard workflows with minimal effort.

 ### 6. User-Friendly, Fast to Set Up, and Packed with Possibilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa P. | E-Commerce Marketeer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

It’s really user-friendly, and you don’t need a highly skilled developer to implement it. I can set up a quick tour in about an hour, which is especially helpful when a lot of user questions suddenly come up. There are also so many possibilities to work with, and I really love that. It performs really well, no glitches or bugs at all. Overall, I think it’s fairly priced for what you get.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

Some design features require knowledge of CSS. For example, we wanted to use a custom font, and that had to be implemented through CSS. I think that, especially for smaller companies, it’s not always easy to have in-house people with that skill set.

I used some of the AI tools and with text it works fine, but for design not at all.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, we had to provide a lot more support on how to use our portal. Now, when a question comes up regularly or when we’re releasing new products, we can set up a quick tour, and the number of questions is reduced significantly. That frees up our support team to focus on the truly difficult questions.

 ### 7. Flexible Templates That Let You Get Started Fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhishek A. | Senior Product Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

What I like most about Product Fruits is the variety of templates available. You can get started right away by picking one that fits your needs, or if none of them work for you, you can build your own from scratch. That flexibility is really what sets it apart for me.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

As a product designer, the main thing I dislike is the limited control over how survey modals look. The built-in design options don't give you much room to adjust things like border radius, padding, or spacing. Because of that, we had to write our own CSS to make the survey modal match our brand and align with our design system.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a product team, we use Product Fruits to run surveys that help us validate concepts and decide which features and problems to prioritize. It also helps us identify the right customers to recruit for interviews. Those interviews give us more focused and useful feedback, which directly helps us improve the product and validate the design concepts and hypotheses we are working on.

 ### 8. Product Fruits: Natural In-App Chat and a Powerful Help Centre in One

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

Product Fruits powers both our in-app support tool and our help centre, and it has been excellent across both. The standout for us has been the in-system chat. Rather than just surfacing a copy-paste excerpt from an article, it consolidates the relevant information and responds to users in real, natural language. That has made a genuine difference to how supported our users feel, because they get a clear answer in context instead of being handed a link and left to dig through it themselves. The integration with HubSpot has been a big part of this too, letting us connect our support flow straight into the tools we already use rather than running everything in a silo.

The help centre has been just as strong. We built out a large article library quickly, and the easy API integrations made importing articles painless. Tours, hints, hotspots, and checklists are all quick to build and flexible enough to handle the segmented flows we needed.

The branding controls deserve a special mention. We were able to match everything to our own colours and styling, including theming components that render inside a shadow DOM, which a lot of tools simply cannot do.

Support has been responsive whenever we have had questions, and the whole platform has done exactly what we needed at a fair price. I would happily recommend it to anyone looking to combine in-app guidance, support, and a knowledge base in one place.

The other thing worth mentioning is how actively the product keeps improving. New functionality keeps landing, and features like annotations show they are continuing to build out the platform rather than standing still. It feels like a tool that will keep getting better, which makes it easy to commit to long term.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

Nothing significant. It has covered everything we needed it to.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were setting up in-app guidance and a support tool for the first time, and looking at the market it was clear we could easily end up running two or three separate tools to cover it all. We evaluated options like Intercom and Chameleon, but Product Fruits stood out as a genuine all-in-one solution, letting us consolidate in-system guidance, our support tool, and our knowledge base into a single platform rather than stitching together a stack from day one.

The benefit has been getting all of this live without the cost and overhead of multiple tools. The in-system chat answers users in real, natural language rather than surfacing a raw article excerpt, so they get a clear answer in context without leaving the app. Connecting it through to HubSpot ties the whole flow into the tools we already use, and being able to import articles quickly via the API meant we stood up a full help centre without it becoming a drawn-out project. Having guidance, support, and documentation in one place keeps everything consistent and keeps our overhead low.

 ### 9. Great in-product adoption tool and a very supportive team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victoria F. | Interim Director Customer Success & Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

We’ve been using ProductFruits across Support, Feedback Collection, and Onboarding for two of our products—and overall, the experience has been very positive.

The sales process was smooth and straightforward. We had quite a few questions along the way, and our AE Ricardo, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout.

One standout for us is Elvin (the AI assitant). It’s been a real game changer—removing barriers for our customers and providing quick, precise answers right when they need them.

Setup is easy, the UI is intuitive, and the ProductFruits team is highly responsive and genuinely open to feedback.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

If we had to point out a couple of downsides, they’re relatively minor.

At times, communication around ETAs for upcoming features could be a bit clearer or more consistent—but to be fair, that’s something you see quite often in fast-moving SaaS environments.

Also, since ProductFruits is still a fairly young product, the UX evolves quite frequently. While that’s great in terms of continuous improvement, it can occasionally require a bit of readjustment on our side

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Onboarding at scale
ProductFruits helps us significantly reduce onboarding time by guiding users directly within the product. Checklists and in-app flows make it easy for customers to get started on their own.

2. Reducing repetitive support work
A large portion of first-level support questions is now handled by Elvin (AI). Users get immediate, accurate answers without needing to reach out to our team.

3. Continuous feedback collection (featues, workflows etc.)
Huge benefit for product team

 ### 10. Product Fruits Delivers Quick Stats for Smarter UX Decisions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

My favorite feature in Product Fruits is the Analyze section. Being able to pull stats quickly for different features that are published live to make informed UX decisions for onboarding clients is extremely important to me and I am able to get what I need in a snap.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

I'm hopeful that in the future I'll need to use less Custom CSS in the Branding section, but am confident in the customer service team's ability to provide me with the right code for added customization since they've been super helpful!

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product Fruits allows our software to onboard clients more easily and avoids the friction points users typically encounter when needing to follow automated emails to get started. The checklists, tours, and banners have made communicating to our clients much easier!

 ### 11. Intuitive, Flexible Software Backed by an Outstanding Support Team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Security and Investigations | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

While the software itself is intuitive and provides rapid solutions it is rich and flexible enough that the more you know, the more it can do.

In an age where chatbots and smart AI are ascending, ironically the real stand-out for me has been the very human team behind the app. Email response from the support team has been rapid, friendly, knowledgable - and they're always looking to improve my experience by suggesting things I hadn't thought of myself. I've yet to ask a question that didn't have a solution.

I've worked with ProductFruit for over a year now, and regardless of person on the support desk at the time - help has always been amazing. As a result, I can continue to expand the use of ProductFruit itself, as they enable me to unlock more value from their software.

So, for me - the team behind Product Fruit are the real treasure. Whether that's helping me with my questions and unlocking the potential of their product.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

The rapid evolution of their product brings many new and exciting features, but there tends to be a mix of legacy and new tools, which can be confusing. This is especially true once you get familiar with doing things one way or another.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product Fruits helps people get more out of our software. It does this in three main ways.

1) It lets us onboard users and get them using our system faster with Tours and Flows.
2) It helps us provide guidance in some of the confusing areas in our own product with Hints and Guides, and Chatbot.
3) It allows our app to stay dynamic and connected with our users via announcements, pop-ups and newsfeed.

 ### 12. A Powerful Tool for User Onboarding and In-App Guidance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sven P. | Head of Product, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

We appreciate is the continuous development of the platform. The recently introduced AI features are especially valuable. They make it much easier to create helpful content and support materials, allowing us to assist our users more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

Tours and Hints are sometimes hard to create and to position in a way that it works for both, desktop and mobile.
Mulitlanguage-capability could be better

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been using ProductFruits for about two years now and have gradually implemented almost all of its features in our product. Over time, it has become an essential part of how we support and guide our users.

Our software is a marketing and lead generation tool for real estate agents. A major challenge in our market is that many of our users have little or no marketing experience. Because of this, they often need additional guidance when getting started with digital tools and campaigns. ProductFruits helps us address exactly this challenge.

With ProductFruits, we are able to guide users directly inside our application, provide contextual help, and make onboarding much easier. This significantly improves the first experience with our software and helps new users find their way more quickly.

Overall, ProductFruits has become a key component of our user onboarding and support strategy. It allows us to provide clear guidance inside the product and ensures that even users with little technical or marketing background are able to get started successfully.

 ### 13. Intuitive way to onboard your clients is here.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tymon F. | Product Manager at Piwik PRO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

The platform is really intuitive and majority of the work can be really done with no development on your side. Implementation through two simple code snippets is really easy. Supplying Product Fruits with more data takes just a few clicks. Built in basic analytics suffices to monitor for changes and allows for quick experiment and validate loop. What's also worth noting: their integrations just work, in my case truly hassle-less.
From my perspective product is good, but support is stunning. The level of expertise as well as their speed of support is top. I really wish I had this experience with all vendors.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

Dislike is too strong word, I just believe more granularity on stats would be useful.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product Fruits replaced earlier onboarding in our product. We also use it to serve chat service and quick, contextually targeted support articles.

 ### 14. Effortless In-App Guidance and Onboarding—No Extra Code Needed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanket P. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

What I like most about the product fruits is how easy it is to guide users inside the product without writing extra code. The UI torus, hints, and tooltips feel natural and not forced. It helps a lot with user onboarding, especially for new users who don't know where to click or what to do next. This reduces confusion and support questions. I really like that it allows non-technical team members to create tours and announcements without depending on developers every time. The feedback and survey features are useful. You can quickly understand what users like, where they are stuck, and what features they want next. It integrates smoothly with most modern web apps. and the setup is straightforward, even for backend developers who don't want to spend too much time on UI tools. The ability to target specific users or segments makes it powerful. You can show the right message to the right user at the right time.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

Sometimes the UI customization options feel limited, especially if you want very custom designs that match your brand exactly. For smaller teams or startups, the pricing can feel slightly high, especially if you only need a few features. There can be a learning curve at the beginning, as there are many features and settings to understand before using it fully. Performance can feel a bit slow when managing large numbers of tours or feedback in teams inside the dashboard. Some advanced features require manual configuration, which may take extra time during initial setup. Analytics are useful but could be more detailed, especially for tracking long-term user behavior trends. Occasionally, the UI torus may need manual readjustment when the product UI changes frequently.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product fruits solve the problem of users not understanding how to use the product properly after signup; this is a very common issue in SaaS products. It reduces the need for constant training sessions, demos, and support tickets, saving both time and money for the team. It helps teams launch new features smoothly because users are guided directly inside the product instead of reading long documentation. From a backend developer's point of view, it saves effort because you don't need to build an onboarding flow from scratch. The tool handles most of it. It improves user retention, as users feel more confident and comfortable using the product from day one. Feedback tools help collect real user insight, which makes product decisions more data-driven instead of guesswork. It benefits the whole company by creating a better user experience, which leads to happier users and fewer churn issues. It helps teams validate ideas faster, because you can collect feedback directly from users instead of guessing what they want. It makes conversations with stakeholders clearer since you can show real user response instead of assumptions. It allows the product team to prioritize features better because decisions are based on actual user pain points. It reduces the gap between users and developers. as feedback comes straight from inside the product. It helps identify small usability issues early, before they turn into big complaints or reasons for churn. It gives confidence during product changes because you can measure user reaction immediately after a release. Over time, it builds a strong feedback loop, where users feel heard and the product keeps improving naturally. It helps teams spot confusing flows quickly, like where users get stuck or drop off, without digging deep into logs or analytics. It saves time for product managers because feedback comes already organized and contextual, not scattered across emails or chats. It makes users feel more involved in the product journey, which increases trust and long-term usage. It reduces guesswork during UI or feature changes since you can check real reactions instead of relying on assumptions. it supports continuous improvements, because small insights collected regularly lead to better product decisions over time.,

 ### 15. Intuitive No-Code Onboarding That Boosts Adoption and Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aasif J. | Senior Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

We can create and manage in-app onboarding without needing technical expertise. The UI is intuitive, and features like tours, hints, and announcements help guide users effectively while improving product adoption. It allows us to deliver contextual help at the right moment, which reduces support tickets and improves overall user engagement. The setup is straightforward, and the flexibility to customize experiences based on user behavior is a major advantage

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

While Product Fruits is very user-friendly, some advanced customization options are limited compared to more enterprise-focused onboarding tools. There can also be minor constraints around styling and deeper behavioral logic, which may require workarounds for more complex use cases. Additionally, reporting and analytics could be more robust to provide deeper insights into user behavior and feature performance.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product Fruits solves the challenge of user onboarding and feature adoption by enabling us to guide users directly within the application using contextual tours, tooltips, and announcements. This helps new users understand the product faster and ensures existing users discover new or underutilized features. As a result, we have seen improved user engagement, reduced reliance on support teams, and a smoother overall user experience, allowing our team to focus more on product growth rather than repetitive onboarding questions.

- Products work elegantly, with frequent updates.
- Their AI helper is brilliant in helping you integrate different parts of their product even if you are not a developer.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

It is not the cheapest tool, but in comparison to others, they are are probably the best value for money

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Helping improve onboarding metrics without needing developers when making changes.
- Great customer portal
- Great Newsfeed notifications
- Their AI helper also looks great as we have used it to get help on their product but we are yet to implement it

 ### 17. Good Tool is Getting Better

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

Very responsive, fast AI. AI bot performance and its providing links to more information after a query is very impressive. Tooltips are very customizable and powerful. Life Ring icon in the UI can be located absolutely anywhere, and offers fine-tuned placement. News callout dialog box is well executed. UI is generally very good. Articles offer great formatting tools and copying/pasting content into them was a breeze. AI chat may be the best in the segment. Confluence integration is good as well. Implementation was a snap. Very responsive customer support.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

Styles could be a bit better. the Life Ring knowledge center could offer a bit more style choices. Tooltip icons could be offered in a custom size. Sometimes Tooltips fight you a little on placement, but its still one of the best tools when it comes to TT. When the Life Ring expands to a larger help widget window, the window could be bigger/size-customizable. Analytics needs a bit more work, but it's getting there. Would prefer the option to keyword search scraped web content by default or else have it integrated as a searchable source a bit easier and not just as an ai-source, as some users still don't treat the ai bot as a search engine or use it to its fullest potential. UserGuiding and others are a bit better there, but if you're using the integrated PF knowledge base its not an issue. Some integrations require third-party tools that cost $$$$. Would like to see scraped web content embedded in life ring help center widget. As time goes on and doc moves into native knowledge centers provided by PF and others, perfectly handling and embedding web-scraped sources will be less important.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tooltips provide critical information about product technical settings and tutorials/tours as well as product news, announcements and updates.

 ### 18. Feature-Rich Platform with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Klaudia K. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

Product Fruits offers a wide range of features that align well with our business requirements. We are pleased to have transitioned our support and feedback processes to this platform. The product is continuously evolving, which makes it exciting to discover new capabilities on a regular basis. Additionally, customer support is always available via chat, so whenever I encounter difficulties setting up something new, they are quick to assist and resolve the issue for me.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

The customization options for the Customer Portal and other elements are quite limited, which means I often have to rely on CSS to make adjustments that fit my brand. It would be much more convenient if there were a way to customize the HTML directly, allowing me to target specific elements exactly as I want. Ideally, having more advanced design tools would save me from having to wrestle with CSS all the time.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this tool to gather feedback, share resources, and maintain communication with our users. In the future, we plan to introduce onboarding and highlight new features.

 ### 19. Sleek, modern platform backed by brilliant customer support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kerry F. | Head of Customer Success, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

Product Fruits is incredibly user-friendly with a modern, light UI that makes our workflow feel seamless. We can quickly create and deploy announcements for our clients without any technical friction. Additionally, their support is brilliant; they use an auto-bot for quick wins, but they make it very easy to transition to a real human if you have a specific question, it’s a frustration-free experience!

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

I would love to be able to post an image announcement taking up the entire space with a button overlayed rather than having to have side text too. Other than that honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. If I had to pick something, it would just be the learning curve of keeping up with all their new updates, though we are actually really looking forward to trying out the newer features as they are released.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has solved the problem of slow communication with our user base. Instead of waiting for development time to push updates, we can use Product Fruits to instantly announce news and guide our clients. It has significantly improved our "speed to market" for client communications and reduced the burden on our support team by making information more accessible.

 ### 20. Onboarding Tours Make Our Complex Product Easy to Navigate

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rosie K. | Head of Customer Success, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

The onboarding check-list product walk through tours, our product is quite complex and it has allowed us to assist new users in better navigating the product to find the right music and ultimately check-out

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

We've struggled with connecting and mapping it to specific properties in Hubspot which has meant we haven't been able to segment our users as we'd like, specifically to use the survey function. It seemed to map to some basic properties but does not map to custom properties. This led us to still using Hubspot survey function for surveys when ideally we'd like to use Product Fruits. It has also limited us on what we can offer via segmented users

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has massively helped in improving our onboarding journey for new users, highlighting specific product features. We've also benefited from using it when we've launched a new feature too as it has allowed us to highlight and bring the new feature to users attention

 ### 21. Exceptional Customer Service, Powerful AI Assistant

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johann S. | Life and Business Coach, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

I really love the world-class customer service of Product Fruits. The support team is fast, reliable, friendly, and just awesome. Another thing I really like is the advanced AI assistant Elvin, which is very helpful and can answer almost all questions to a satisfying degree. Elvin makes the adoption and introduction of the new software way easier, doing what a digital adoption tool should—guiding and helping customers where they are. Also, the initial setup of Product Fruits was really easy, and the switch from our previous too. was prompted by its overall better performance and ongoing fast development.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

I don't like that the targeting cannot combine AND and OR statements, which makes the whole process of not straightforward targeting a bit finicky.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product Fruits provides user guidance, improves customer experience with insights, and helps us onboard new users fast. It revamps our knowledge base for more customer value and offers direct feedback on new features.

 ### 22. Highly Flexible and Easy to Roll Out for Non-Technical Teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Renewables & Environment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

Highly flexible. Very much usable by a relatively non technical audience. Got it up and running in our product with not much intervention by our development team.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

Can be a tricky learning curve to set up tours that are flexible and able to take our users in different directions depending on what they select.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to build user tours into our software without leaning too much on our development teams. Similarly we were able to create a knowledgebase easily and link to it from the tours - the knowledgebase and tours are nicely integrated.

 ### 23. Excellent and entirely reliable support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruno V. | UX/UI Designer | Product Designer, Veterinary, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

I love the support from Product Fruits, which is excellent and always helps me with any problem I face. Even though it's a new program for me, the support guided me through the learning curve, solving various issues quickly. I find the Tours and Banners very useful. The Tours are essential for creating setup guides and work quickly, allowing me to solve most problems myself without needing to involve the DEVs, unlike what happened with UserGuiding. The banners have been very effective in sending important notices to our users. I also liked that, although it took a little time to understand the guide settings, it was still much faster than it would take to learn how to use UserGuiding. Overall, I am quite satisfied with Product Fruits' ability to meet my needs.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

The learning curve was a bit difficult at the beginning. We had some problems finding the CSS reference, but after better understanding the capabilities of Product Fruits, it became easier to replicate solutions for other problems.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Product Fruits to create Onboarding Guides and communicate important messages to users through Banners and popups, without needing help from the DEVs. This makes the setup faster and more efficient.

 ### 24. Simple way to get users onboarded and help reach value faster

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

It’s easy to use without needing a developer, and any edits go live right away. The UI is simple, which makes onboarding straightforward. It also integrates with HubSpot, so it fits nicely within our stack.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

The analytics side is a bit thin. You can see basic numbers but not in-depth.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product Fruits solves our user onboarding. We now use it to guide users through the parts that matter most, so they reach value faster and stay engaged early on.

 ### 25. Product Fruits Support Makes Complex Feedback Surveys Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

As a UX / UI designer I'm using Product Fruits for Feedback Surveys with complicated cases so I really appreciate the Support help. I wouldn't make it without help.
Based on the results from the Surveys we found our users paint point and improve our performance.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

I would like to see more longer segments. Now the limit is up to 100 rows.
At the beginning was hard to find how to create segment and import lists.
I feel like AI chat could improve.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We received a lot of user feedback. I find what struggle our users in their day-to day work

 ### 26. Transforms User Onboarding with Speed and Precision

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amit y.

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

I really like how Product Fruits turns onboarding into a continuous, measurable growth lever. The no-code editor is fantastic because it lets me quickly deploy tours, hints, and announcements directly inside the product without waiting on engineering. Contextual triggers and segmentation are awesome features as they ensure users receive guidance when it’s relevant, improving adoption without causing noise. I also appreciate the built-in analytics that help me see if onboarding elements are truly driving behavior. Product Fruits provides speed, precision, and control, making user education practical and scalable. The initial setup was straightforward, and I could start using it almost immediately. Overall, it feels like a practical partner that helps users understand the product faster and with far less frustration.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

One area where Product Fruits could improve is depth and flexibility for more advanced use cases. While the no-code approach is great for speed, certain highly customized flows or complex logic can feel limiting without workarounds. Analytics are useful for understanding engagement, but deeper behavioral insights or more advanced reporting options would make it easier to tie onboarding directly to long-term retention or revenue impact. Additionally, as the number of onboarding elements grows, managing and organizing them can become slightly cumbersome, so stronger content management and scaling controls would help. These aren’t blockers, but addressing them would make Product Fruits even stronger for mature, fast-growing products.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Product Fruits to drive user adoption by providing in-app guidance and onboarding, reducing reliance on support. It centralizes education, lowers confusion, and speeds up feature adoption, allowing non-technical teams to manage experiences independently while reducing support tickets.

 ### 27. Transforms Onboarding with Interactive Guidance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isabella .

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

I appreciate how Product Fruits has reduced the constant questions from users. It guides people through clear tours, hints, and checklists, which helps them understand features while using them, making onboarding supportive instead of overwhelming. Product Fruits helps to address the uncertainty and frustration of users signing up and then disappearing by letting me step in right when they feel stuck. It provides a sense of involvement without constant interaction, allowing users to move forward without getting lost, giving me genuine satisfaction. The in-app guidance is particularly useful because it changes user behavior effectively, and I use tours and hints to reassure users at the right moments. Checklists are also valuable as they give a sense of progress that motivates users rather than confuses them. Product Fruits bridges insight and action for me, actively addressing problems within the product where users experience them. Switching to Product Fruits was more about a change in mindset than just tools, providing intentional guidance instead of reactive support. The initial setup felt approachable, allowing us to create tours without developer help, which was reassuring and built confidence in using the tool.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

There are moments when Product Fruits makes me slow down more than I want to. Some customizations feel limiting when I am trying to shape very specific user journeys and I end up adjusting my idea instead of the tool. Analytics also leave me slightly unsatisfied because I can sense improvement emotionally but cannot always see it clearly in the data. That gap between what I feel is working and what the numbers show can be frustrating and I wish the insights were deeper and easier to act on.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Product Fruits to guide users through features with tours, hints, and checklists. It reduces user confusion and support pressure, making onboarding feel supportive and intentional, solving the problem of users disengaging before using crucial features.

 ### 28. Intuitive Platform with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MOHD ANAS K. | Deputy Project Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

I really appreciate the superb customer support from Product Fruits. They don't just stop at troubleshooting but act as true partners, offering quick and knowledgeable responses. Their help with onboarding setup and best-practice recommendations is invaluable. I also like how easy the initial setup was; it was quick and simple. The intuitive interface and ready-made templates meant I could launch onboarding flows within hours. I enjoy the fact that the platform is intuitive and makes everything straightforward, reducing my reliance on developer involvement.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

I find difficult customization challenging due to required development work and limited styling flexibility in Product Fruits. Some advanced customization options—particularly around design, animations, or complex user flows—can feel limited compared to more enterprise-focused tools. Performance and loading behavior can occasionally be an issue, especially in applications with complex interfaces or a large number of active tours and tooltips.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product Fruits reduces churn in B2B SaaS platforms by educating users with personalized onboarding flows and guides. The superb customer support, ease of setup, and intuitive interface minimize developer involvement, speeding up implementation.

 ### 29. Highly Customizable with Excellent Support, Would Benefit From More Tutorial Guidance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vlad S. | Product Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

I really like the flexibility that Product Fruits gives you. The number of approaches and available customization compared to the competitors (like Userpilot) is much higher. I also like their Customer Support. I had an assigned person who helped me to prepare the demo for my manager and get final purchase approval. They also extended my free trial maybe 3-4 times, 2 weeks each, because I didn't have time to check all the features. Easy to integrate, just sent an automatic email with developer docs to my developers right from the Product Fruits dashboard, and integration was quick and painless.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

I would love more guidance on how to actually build robust tutorials. It was fine for me, as I was familiar with similar tools before, but for a complete newbie, you should expect to rely more on customer support and help of the implementation manager (which Product Fruits gladly offers).

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help us to onboard new people to the product more quickly and show them all the hidden features they didn't know existed. They also help to gather their feedback in an unobtrusive and consistent way through simple, customizable NPS / CSAT forms. Moreover, Product Fruits provides a really cool feedback form, with the ability to capture a screen with video or a screenshot right from the form.

 ### 30. Product Fruits: Easy, Effective and User Friendly Onboarding user solutions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

I use Product Fruits to create product tours, onboarding guides, and announcements, which helps users understand features easily and use the product better. I like Product Fruits because it is easy to use, quick to set up, and helps create clear onboarding and feature guides without much technical support. I also like the clean interface and how smoothly it integrates with the product. The analytics and customization options are simple and helpful. The initial setup was very easy, and it didn't take much time to set up, allowing us to start onboarding tasks quickly.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

Some advanced features take time to learn and there are few customization options that feel limited. More templates and flexibility would make it even better.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Product Fruits to create product tours, onboarding guides, and announcements. It reduces user confusion, improves onboarding, and guides users to new features without extra support staff.

 ### 31. Effortless Onboarding with Product Fruits

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vivek S. | Associate Engineer, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

I like how easy it is to create onboarding flows with Product Fruits without any coding. The AI-powered tours save a lot of time and make in-app guidance feel natural for users. It's fantastic having onboarding, announcements, and feedback tools all in one platform, which simplifies managing product adoption. The initial setup was easy; the installation was straightforward, and the no-code interface made it simple to start creating onboarding flows right away. We were able to launch our first tours quickly without needing much technical support. Product Fruits fits our needs much better as it's easier to set up, more flexible, and less dependent on engineering. It helps save a lot of time for product teams.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

One area where Product Fruits could improve is the analytics depth for more advanced user behavior tracking. Some complex tours also take a bit of time to fine-tune initially. That said, the product team releases updates frequently, so these limitations feel manageable rather than blocking.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Product Fruits to improve user onboarding and feature adoption, creating interactive tours and tooltips without engineering effort. The AI-powered setup guides users and collects feedback, increasing engagement and activation.

 ### 32. Natural, Non-Intrusive In-App Guides That Boost Onboarding and Adoption

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nitesh C. | Senior Implementation Advisor, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

What I like most about Product Fruits is how naturally it helps users understand a product. The in-app guides and tips feel helpful rather than intrusive, and it’s easy to set everything up without needing engineering support. It clearly focuses on improving the user experience while helping teams drive better onboarding and feature adoption.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

If I had to point out a downside, it would be that some advanced customizations and deeper analytics feel a bit limited unless you move to higher plans. Also, for very complex products, certain flows can require workarounds rather than fully flexible logic. That said, these are fairly minor compared to the overall value it provides.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product Fruits solves the problem of users struggling to understand and adopt a product after sign-up. Instead of relying on long docs or constant support tickets, it enables clear in-app guidance, announcements, and feedback collection right where users need it.

That benefits me by reducing onboarding friction, lowering support dependency, and helping users reach value faster. It also gives better visibility into where users get stuck, so improvements can be made proactively rather than reactively.

 ### 33. Effortless User Guidance with Room for Customization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Apna K. | Computer , Computer Networking, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

I really like how Product Fruits makes in-app user guidance easy and practical without requiring heavy technical work. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward, with quick installation by adding the tracking script, and it took very little time with clear instructions.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

I find the advanced customization options a bit limited. While it's great that you don't need to code, it would be nice to have deeper design or behavior customization like animations, logic, or styling. Also, the analytics could be stronger—basic engagement metrics are helpful, but having more detailed insights like deeper funnel analysis or user segmentation would really help in measuring the real impact. There's also a learning curve for advanced features; setting up more complex flows can take time to understand without additional documentation or examples.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product Fruits highlights powerful features at the right moment, reducing user confusion and support overload. It provides in-app guidance and helps with onboarding, making user guidance easy without heavy technical work.

 ### 34. Effortless Onboarding with Intuitive No-Code Solutions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harsh A.

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

Product Fruits works really well for targeted onboarding, allowing us to show the right tips to the right users at the right time, which enhances user experience and makes adoption smoother. The initial setup was very easy due to the clear documentation and intuitive UI, enabling us to launch in-app guides quickly without needing developer support. I also value how effective it is for onboarding and appreciate the strong value it delivers.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

One area for improvement in Product Fruits is advanced customization. Some styling and targeting options feel limited, and deeper analytics or reporting would help better measure onboarding impact.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product Fruits solves low feature adoption, user confusion, and high support load by guiding users in-app, improving engagement, and reducing churn, all without coding.

 ### 35. Easy to Use Once Learned, but Plan Features Are Hard to Discover

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

Figuring out all possible things you can do in your plan is very difficult and UX is not intuitive enough to guide you through this.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helped us show tooltip and do announcements

 ### 36. Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carsten M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

Product Fruits has proven to be a mature solution for automated customer adoption and customer success management. After using it for about a year, we have found that it meets all of our requirements so far. The platform is continuously being improved as well. Additionally, their customer service is excellent, with human agents available across a wide range of time zones who are able to resolve any configuration challenges we encounter.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

In the beginning, the tour editor could be somewhat challenging to use. I am now looking forward to the release of the new editor soon.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product Fruits enables us to create, run, and maintain guided tours and feature news within our SaaS solution, serving as an ideal no-code tool. Thanks to its API and numerous integrations, it has proven to be the solution we needed for addressing customer adoption and customer success management. Additionally, it is the only solution that allowed us to meet compliance requirements, particularly those specific to Germany.

 ### 37. Effortless Onboarding with Product Fruits

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pranavi B. | Environment, Health and Safety Manager

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

I appreciate the simplicity and flexibility of Product Fruits. It makes it possible for us to quickly build tooltips, tours, and announcements without relying heavily on developers. This tool significantly helps in enhancing user adoption and reducing confusion without a lot of development effort. We find it effective for onboarding new users, guiding them through core features, and communicating product updates using tooltips, tours, and in-app messages.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

There are times when customization feels slightly limited for very complex use cases, and initial setup can take some time to fully understand all features. More advanced styling, behavior-based targeting, and segmentation would help for complex use cases. Setup could be streamlined with better templates, presets, and guided configuration during onboarding.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Product Fruits to onboard users, guiding them through features and updates with tooltips and tours, which improves adoption and reduces confusion without heavy development.

 ### 38. Product Fruits Delivers Flexible, Real-Time Client Insights and Easy Feature Announcements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

The breadth that Product Fruits covers is great. We're able to get real-time insights and feedback from our clients, instantly plug it into our internal systems, and iterate. The flexibility of the tool is great as well. Being able to call attention to new features with ease is fantastic, as well as make attention banners on the fly is great from a product team perspective.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

Sometimes it can feel overwhelming trying to learn the most about what Product Fruits offers. I feel like there's still some untapped potential we haven't realized.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instantaneous client/user feedback that is easy to maintain and contains rich data.

 ### 39. Easy Workflow Setup and Smooth Onboarding Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

The UI for setting up workflows is easy to pickup. Implementing it within our solution and was easy with the onboarding and support information provided.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

Sometimes the workflows feel a bit quirky and can be slightly cumbersome, but overall it’s still better than some other tools we’ve tried. What kind of sucks is that the AI tool doesn’t have a trial and is paywalled during onboarding, even though the pricing itself seems cheap and fair.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We integrated product fruits into our software tool to help guide UI/UX and workflows, which has made ongoing support and onboarding easier and more consistent. No noticeable performance impact on our tool once implemented

 ### 40. Product Fruits Makes In-App Onboarding Simple and Fast to Launch

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

What I like most about Product Fruits is how it makes in-app onboarding simple and accessible without heavy development. It allows teams to quickly create tours, hints, and announcements that help users discover features and get value faster. I also appreciate its focus on improving user activation and adoption through a clean, easy-to-use platform.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

One downside of Product Fruits is that it can have fewer advanced customization options compared to larger onboarding platforms. Some complex use cases may still require developer involvement. It can also feel somewhat limited for teams that need deeper analytics or highly tailored user flows.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product Fruits solves the problem of users struggling to understand and adopt new product features. By providing in-app tours, hints, and announcements, it helps guide users directly inside the product instead of relying on external documentation. This benefits me by making onboarding smoother, improving user engagement, and helping users discover value faster.

 ### 41. Streamlined User Onboarding with Intuitive Guides

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rajesh S.

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

I appreciate how easy Product Fruits makes it to guide users without needing constant support. Its user interface is so easy, which is a big plus. I especially use walkthroughs, tooltips, and in-app announcements, as they help me guide new users step by step and explain features exactly when they need it. The initial setup was quite easy for me; the installation and basic configurations didn't take much time, and I was able to create guides without needing much technical help.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

I like to see more analytics to track how users interact with guide. If it showed more detailed performance data for each guide, for example, I like to see where users drop off a walkthrough, how long they spend on each step.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 43. Easy experimentation and fast validation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

What I like most about Product Fruits is how easy it is to run quick tests and gather insights on what works. I also really appreciate the flexibility to combine and customize tours.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

It’s still somewhat limited when it comes to branching or “forking” steps within tours, which sometimes forces me to rely on workarounds.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product Fruits makes it easy to run experiments and validate ideas without necessaraly relying on the development team. This allows us to quickly test different approaches, gather feedback, and confirm what truly delivers value to users, speeding up decision-making and reducing time to impact.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Product Fruits?**

Based on our research for our clients, Product Fruits emerged as the option with the best price-quality ratio. Setup and start-up proved to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about Product Fruits?**

There were some minor ambiguities when retrieving data that was stored in different test and production environments. This is fairly clear to technical people, but for non-technical people it is necessary to add some small hints.

**What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product Fruits helped us test possibilities outside the development roadmap for increasing user activation and retention (with onboarding, guided tours and hints). It's fairly plug-and-play, which is a great interim solution in a time of limited development capacity and testing of features.
