Everything. Once submitted, it's like going into a black hole. You have no communications, and any timeline you set for a timed press release doesn't mean anything to them. They get to it when they get to it, and then when they do, it is posted on some unknown billboard.

When they missed the deadline of the timed release and I had to go to an alternative service, i demanded my money to be refunded and they said they were unable to refund the money after the process had started. I asked for them to tell me their process and timeline and they would not respond.
