What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

All of the applications are user friendly but what I like best is the reporting segment. It was definitely several steps up from our previous software. The report grabber makes it easy to create custom reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

When using the hire and termination features it would be helpful if there were better descriptions or explanations on the impact of each choice. Although this could be due to lack of training. Sometimes the training videos only tell you what the choice means but not how it will impact the the end result. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I always advice to do your due diligence, however, we are extremely happy with ADP Workforce Now. The implementation was intense but that is to be expected when working with so much data. What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

While using the Bridge you have access to a large number of user guides as well as the ability to speak with other Workforce Now users. ADP Workforce Now also offers great standard reports as well a easy to write custom reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

You do not always get a customer service representative that understands your question. It would also be helpful if there was a way to assign customer service representative that do not speak clear english to customers from their same area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

I went from a position where I was using an older version of Workforce Now and I loved it and had no problems. Then I went to a new position and a new version and it's been a wonderful transition. I get answers faster when I have a problem. It's easier to input data and I believe is quicker to get reports created (that might be just me.) I'm really impressed with the help I get when there's something I can't figure out, I like the patience and the way I'm walked through the procedure. The integrity of the program is always important and I have to say that in either version of Workforce Now that I have used, no data breaches.

What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

In an older version I disliked being on hold for sometimes an hour or more. Some of the overseas workers were not helpful. Some were, though. What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

ADP has provided enhancements to our onboarding process, employee engagement, time and attendance processes, and overall HR functionality. The implementation team was wonderful, communicated clearly, and provided lots of updates along the way. We integrate ADP with QuickBooks desktop and that has worked great for us. What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

While technology is ever changing and updates to the system are inevitable, sometimes it seems as soon as you get used to a function it may be gone or changed, sometimes not for the better. Customer support could be improved upon, we would really like one support person that we could contact by email. The current process is submitting a "ticket" within ADP and is not super user friendly to follow the status and response times could be better. Time and attendence was a big upgrade for us in that the timeclock connects seemlessly to the payroll module. We also like that each manager can approve their own timecards and that employees have oversight into their own time, PTO, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

The Recruitment processes are some of the best tools I have used as a recruiter. The candidate tracking system makes it easy to see where candidates are in the recruitment process. It is also extremely easy to post requisitions to multiple job sites at one time. Our customer service rep is always available to assist with isses. We use ADP Workforce Now every day and it was very easy to integrate into our process with very few hiccups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Onboarding portion is a bit lacking and we would love to have more tools for training within ADP to make it a more streamlined process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

ADP Workforce Now is a robust software with extensive HRIS capabilities. When purchased as a comprehensive service, it offers expert HR advice, up-to-date training opportunities, and salary benchmarking. The platform features a range of online courses on various subjects and allows for interaction with other professionals to bridge knowledge gaps.

ADP's advisors are highly skilled and approachable, dedicated to helping clients succeed. Additionally, the implementation team is both knowledgeable and supportive, ensuring a smooth and timely project completion.

For daily use, help guides are readily available for any questions about executing tasks. Generally, once you become familiar with the system, it is easy to use.

The recruitment module integrates seamlessly with recruitment boards, and both payroll and time management systems work together smoothly.

The mobile App is user friendly, and is helpfull with the basic information that employees need.

Service tickets often take a considerable time to resolve and typically lack details about the issue being addressed when you are notified of a resolution. For quicker and more accurate responses, calling their service line is generally more effective.

Additionally, you may not receive updates on the status of your suggestions for improvement or feedback, including whether they have been reviewed or implemented.

Training required for implementation could be overwhelming.

There is opportunity to improve the mobile APP, to provide access to more information that can only be found on the desktop application.

What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

The training program could benefit from significant improvements. Interactive sessions are highly effective for learning, and incorporating more of them would enhance the experience. Additionally, it would be advantageous to organize the training by specific areas such as payroll, HR, etc, and order them for progressive training (1st lesson, 2nd lesson). The online application lacks intuitiveness, requiring users to navigate multiple sections to access individual employee data. What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

It looks nice. The recruitment platform is very good. Like that postings go up on indeed easily. The new performance managment changes are great. Reviews are much easier to adminster. Like the notification setup in the Talent section.

I wish that it could provide a greater ability to create automatic notifications. I wish it was easier to create custom reports, including for data fields not aligned with the field grabber.
