I have worked with iSolved over the years. Throughout our partnership we have found iSolved to be top-of-class in customer services, responsiveness and ease of use. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Their products integrate seamlessly with our internal systems. What I like most about iSolved is how user-friendly and efficient it is. The payroll feature is streamlined ensuring accuracy and saving time on calculations. It's also easy to generate reports and track employee earnings. The onboarding process is seamless, allowing new hires to complete forms and documentation quickly, and it integrates well with out HR system. I LOVE that it's a true one stop shop. Key needs for most companies are available on the platform, easy navigation of menu (logical lay out). I do wish that some of the ancillary services like Share & Perform and Predictive People Analytics had more Dev efforts put towards them. The current product is needing a facelift (S&P) and for PPA there is minimal info on the admin settings and how they impact the dashboards.

As the person running payroll, I find it very helpful that I can go in and easily see all employees and what department they are working in. Retrieving important info like check stubs, or updating contact information is easy and streamlined.

Some reports can be difficult to pull the information I'm looking for as it is restricted to either payroll run or date range. Pulling department-specific reports can be challenging, and finding the right report for the need at hand is sometimes like digging through a mountain of other reports. I would love a folder system within user reports to help sort individual reports based on my needs, versus just alphabetically.
Additionally, the inability to correct someone's department after payroll has been run is frustrating. I understand that this is for labor laws, but even having an ability to correct departments just on our reporting side of things would make planning upcoming payroll much easier. As a small business, iSolved has been great.
The best part is the customer service. I am usually connected with someone within a minute or two, if not immediately, and they are most often able to help me right away. If not, they research my problem or ask for help, then call me back. In every other system I've used, customer service has been the worst, so this is a breath of fresh air.
It is really easy to navigate and does what we need it to do. It also has integrations with the system we use for benefits and open enrollment, which is really nice.
It has been great for our small size and the price is right. I have used a few other systems and the customer service here is, by far, the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It isn't an all-in-one solution. We still have to use separate systems to meet our needs for benefits, time tracking, and recruiting. In many ways, it feels like we are in the stone age because we do everything on paper, still, then manually enter it into the system, but it makes sense for the price and our company size.
The nicer, more expensive, systems do everything in one place and store electronic files. This definitely isn't a system for large companies, but I would definitely recommend it to small companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

More technology and automation (i.e., chatbots) can be utilized before, during, and after the payroll and HRIS process to further streamline any and all mundane tasks. All in all, a few things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that iSolved allows employees access to so much of their information. It makes it much easier when completing the payroll and tracking time and punches. My organization has been with Isolved for more than a year. I love their Share & Perform module. I needed some support and one of the reps (Dee Dee) assisted me in resolving an issue. She tried to assist me via email and when that did not work she was available to schedule a virtual meeting with me and my issue was resolved in minutes. I am still new to the module and Dee Dee went above and beyond to explain the process in depth. It truly helped that Dee Dee was available as I was experiencing continued delays with setting up my new performance evaluation cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing that I like about iSolved Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
iSolved is arguably one of the worst companies out there, I recommend that everyone stay far away from them. To start, the company and communication of their employees is awful. They lock you into a 2 year contract without as much as a mention of it at any point in discussion, and only include it in small writing in the contract, so be prepared to be locked into a minimum of two years.
Multiple of their employees are extremely unknowledgeable of the product and basic HR and payroll processes. We kept getting alerts about a missing account number that was needed in the system, and when I called to find out what account number this was, I was told "I am not sure what that number is, so you should be fine". Turns out, I was not fine and am still dealing with tax issues from the state because of their incompetence. Absolutely horrible.
Lastly, their user interface of their system is one of the worst things I have ever seen. They boast new updates and better layout, but it is abysmal. It is as if their developers have never considered what would actually be a good idea for a user's experience when they are going through the system. From simple things like needing to change some detail about an employee to processing your payroll, it is clear that they do not care about how inconvenient it is for users to do their daily or weekly tasks.

I am not familiar with all the tabs and places to work the isoved program as this is our first year with the program. Every time I email with a question or call, I get prompt and throuough service and answers. The emial answers come with screen shots to further help me understand what I need to do and they are always available to call and walk me through something also.
We have not had a year end yet, but it seems our first two months of data with Quickbooks may have integrated over smoothly and the implementation of that data should be smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our company offers a 457B to upper management and this specific piece seems to be unfamiliar with some isolved team members. It was a little struggle to cash one out when someone retired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
isolved offers a variety of services that allows the Human Resources and Risk Management to flow within my industry daily. We utilize isolved for all of our onboarding and hiring needs, Workers Compensation tracking, employee relations documentation i.e. service infractions etc. Our managers utilize isolved daily to schedule employees as well. Some employees do run into difficulties with password creating and resetting on various platforms including Adaptive view and Applicant Tracking. With that said customer support is typically very quick at rectifying the issue via phone call and email. Many times I have been connected with a representivie in a couple hours or less that allows an email chain between myself and the managers to help troubleshoot the issues on hand.
