ADP Workforce Now Pricing Overview

I love that I can do what I need to do in the office and rely on ADP to get the rest taken care of - I can enter my data and report on it to keep information flowing in effective usable and real time ways. I've been able to keep things on track because ADP is truly robust in it's offerings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would love to see an ability to have live chats and more efficient ways for practitioners to get useful information from ADP experts without hassle.

The Pro Summit, for example, is a great tool that I took full advantage of this year and was very happy with the level of interaction I could have with the pros and folks that can give me tips on how to improve my job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support is severely lacking. We put in an email, get the run around, get told that this isn't something the software can do, after showing proof that it is something that it did in the past we then get told it was a feature change! The API is bollox, there is an implementation fee for everything, you sneeze and need to wipe your nose that's a 5K implementation fee for tissue usage. Things that seem simple to add, nope, that's something that they have to write special for you for a modest fee of mere thousands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
