UKG has been a great help when it comes to creating reports more specific to business needs, their customization system allows our team to focus on the metrics that matter most to them. There has been a bit of a hiccup in having our team members clock in and out using the UKG Timecard system. It seems like UKG servers often crash preventing out team members from being able to utilize the timecard system which can be a bit of a nusiance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UKG is easy to use. Everything about your employment is listed there. I utiize it every other week to check my paystub for any errors. You can aslo check on your benefits there as well. You can print out your check stubs, you can find your employee ID number, and also your job title. Just everything and anything you need to know about your jobis listed in UKG Pro. It's very easy to navigate through to get from one page to the next. On open enrollment for benefits is listed there and it's easy to navigate to select your benefits.
