We’ve felt supported throughout, and the communication has been 5*. The platform is intuitive and genuinely easy to use, so I have no concerns about my team being able to jump in, use Agility confidently, and start getting value from it quickly. The AI features are also great and really make light work of things. **What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?** I genuinely haven't been able to find anything that has been difficult about the platform or the process. I feel we've received good value for money. We haven't yet explored how it could integrate with other systems we have across the firm, for example we use Upper Sigma, a Litera - there could be use cases here. **What problems is Agility PR Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were previously using Cision, although we never really had a great setup because the software felt more “clunky” than Agility, which meant we ended up with a lot of irrelevant coverage. This then caused issues with the NLA, which blindsided us. Agility has been much more relevant to our news monitoring needs, and Louise has been really helpful in explaining the NLA side of things. That clarity, and the way she’s gone above and beyond, has been genuinely appreciated. We use Agility to monitor not only our own coverage, but also topics our lawyers want to stay on top of. This helps our team spot opportunities. In addition, our BD team monitors key accounts so we can be proactive and better support our clients. Each month, we fail to locate 60–80% of key publications from major outlets and YouTubers. For over six months, I’ve been told to manually send the missing publications to their team so they can "fix" the platform, but the issue persists. This has forced my team to spend 2–3 hours daily assisting Agility in correcting their service—on top of paying for it. They even claim it’s acceptable to miss such a significant volume of publications and insist the contract cannot be terminated. Additionally, I attempted to send a press release through their platform, and only 1 out of 200 contacts responded. This platform is poorly executed and designed to take advantage of companies. Until recently I was a happy customer. I never even got a formal introduction to my new service representative. She reached out with an email about renewing my service and that was the first I had heard from her. Because I did not get back to her by some arbitrary and confusing deadline, I just learned that my account will auto-renew without my consent and I will be forced to pay for seats on the account that I don't want, and cannot afford! On top of that, I have moved many of my clients over to Agility's press release wire service, News Direct. I have brought them a lot of revenue by referring clients to them. Earlier this week, News Direct leaked a client's press release ahead of the wire date. My client discovered it before we did. We were mortified and reached out to Agility right away. They were able to get the release taken down, but we almost lost the client. Agility did nothing to make this right, except say "sorry." They went into total "cover your ass" mode. In 20 years of doing PR, I have never had a wire service leak a release, never mind act so casually about it. I was appalled. I would like someone at Agility to get in touch with me ASAP to remedy this. I reached out to my customer service rep and got an Out of Office reply! It is also a brilliant and easy-to-use tool to scan media coverage, finding articles that are missed when using other search engines such as Google and it has the ability to filter out words, saving time. Great training programmes when you first sign up and offers for continuous support. **What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?** Not much, is absolutely great. Only fault is some outlets not being on the system, however, it is very simple to request information on the outlet or journalist and for their details to be found and added. **What problems is Agility PR Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing the email addresses and phone numbers for journalists which are often not readily available.
