**What do you like best about Notified PR Platform?**

I've been using Globe Newswire for the past three years I've worked at my company and they have been instrumental for sending out our press releases to major media outlets. I also use their social listning tools which have helped me share media alerts I may have otherwise missed. I also enjoy their feature of creating enriched emails. It's a welcomed feature for someone who considers themselves an All-in-one marketer.

**What do you dislike about Notified PR Platform?**

Cleaning the contact database can be a little frustrating. I've tried removing email contacts that are either duplicate emails or aren't engaging with our emails and they never seem to go away from the list. Also, it would be helpful to know more about who clicks on links within enriched emails.

**What problems is Notified PR Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They allow us to get our press releases distributed to relevant editors and news outlets with even some media contacts reaching out to our company for blogs, interviews, and more. We can really build our brand awareness through the right channels.

Notified is everything that PR Newswire is not. It's fully integrated across its suite of products allowing you to seamlessly transition between sending a news release, researching media contacts, and updating your company newsroom. In addition to a great product suite, the onboarding and customer support has been phenomenal.

There is somewhat of a learning curve, but that comes with buying multiple solutions at once, but other than that, there is nothing to dislike about the platform.

**What problems is Notified PR Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted one platform to be able to share news releases, manage a central newsroom for the business and to be able to conduct media outreach, reducing the multiple solutions that we were relying on at the time. Notified managed to achieve that for us.

Sometimes some of the metrics are confusing, but Notified's account managers are very helpful and eager to hop on a call if I ever have questions about something on the platform

The problems Notified helps me solve is seeing how many people view our press releases and what areas they are from. I have several international clients, so it's extremely beneficial to see where we are receiving clicks/traffic from. Notified also started including AI metrics in their reporting. It's been interesting to see how many times press releases have been picked up by AI citations and AI indexing. Notified stays up to date and is constantly adding new features and enhancements their platform.

I like the option to have editorial call to confirm the release. I find everyone super helpful and very prompt. I also find it really easy to upload a release, approve, and schedule it. I like that the platform sends me emails, keeping me in the loop, especially if someone else on my team submitted a release on behalf of a client. It's helpful to know what's happening with my clients, and I appreciate that everyone on the team is looped in with the platform.

**What do you dislike about Notified PR Platform?**

I wouldn't say it doesn't work for me, but I do feel like maybe the interface is a little bit outdated. And it could just be because there's, like, so many options when you're going to upload a release. But I personally had to be trained on how to use Globe Newswire, so I do think it could just overall be made a little bit user friendly. Maybe not have so many things on one page.

I really like the Notified PR Platform's content creation and analytics features. The content creation helps me draft content that is journalist-ready, which saves me a lot of time and effort. I also love that it makes the process headache-free by being chosen-friendly. The analytics feature is great because of its AI citation and AI indexing capabilities. It's really useful as we transition from SEO to AEO, offering much-needed transparency and visibility into our PR's performance and engagement rate.

From a user UX/UI perspective, I feel like I have to do two separate steps: create content and then full service distribute. It would be nice to have a full service release that lets me decide whether to create or upload content. The content layout and design could be improved with a quick review feature on the right side to adjust content layout quickly. Some features like link and multimedia, I'm not sure if they're covered in my package or require extra payment, so clearer indication would help me know what's included. Lastly, I wish for recommendations on how to improve AI citation and AI indexing, with feedback on content or things that should be pushed more, which would be very beneficial.

Even though we don't send a lot of press releases throughout the year, the platform is easily accessible and streamlines our thorough review process. Once we have the final edits, it's simple to submit the press release, and everything is seamless with no long wait. It's convenient to schedule things even on the day of. These aspects make the platform valuable to us.

I don't like the pricing structure of Notified PR Platform because it doesn't roll over the amount of credits for press releases. You pay for a package intended to send per year, and it's more of a 'use it or lose it' pricing structure. Also, we had some difficulty with customer service, particularly due to complications with our PO structure as a larger enterprise.

I love using Notified PR Platform for our company's marcomms needs and for distributing content on behalf of our clients. Offering media snippets as a feature is particularly effective for sharing video content with a wider audience. The team's support has been phenomenal, especially when dealing with CTR drops due to Google AI changes, and in merging accounts after an acquisition. Their quick and informed responses, involvement in research, and the support they provide during transitions like hiring new copywriters or uploaders truly make me feel like I have a partnership with them. I find the reliable distribution of content, transparent reporting, and the innovative AI-related features to be tremendously valuable. The user experience is solid, making tasks like reviewing proofs and submitting changes very easy, and they offer plenty of documentation and quick help for any learning curves. I hate when I have to bug the editorial team to update things I filled out in the initial set-up like tags, industry coding, etc., but I imagine it has to be done that way for the tech to work correctly. I would love to be able to edit the metadata post-sending it to Notified, but I understand if that can't be done. The media snippet process is a little bit clunky, and I think I can maybe handle multimedia assets differently, but I haven't sought out answers to those questions. The button to make the snippet live is pretty hidden, and, for me, the text blends into the background and is hard to read on that specific step. I'm not clear if I should be using the multimedia fields when uploading documents, and I don't really understand what the best practice is for inserting photos/videos so they get to where I want them to be. I rely heavily on editorial to compile the draft and assets together.

What stands out most about the Notified PR platform is how it simplifies the entire press release lifecycle. We primarily use it for our distribution needs, and the user interface is incredibly intuitive—it removes the friction typically associated with formatting and scheduling news.

I like that your logo is included at no extra charge. The interface for creating a press release is really user friendly and clearly shows what's included and what's extra.

The searching and filtering of the media contact database was a bit inaccurate and took more time than expected to go through.

We were paying way too much for press releases, they're not critical to our business, and we're a non-profit, so we needed to pay much less. We're a national organization, so I also like the fact that Notified will include a French version for no extra charge.

I use Notified PR Platform mainly for distributing press releases, building targeted media lists, and tracking coverage, and I like how streamlined it is. It feels easy to use. I appreciate how clean the interface is; it isn't complicated. I also find the media database, press release distribution, and the dashboard for stats particularly valuable because they make it easy to see the impact. It's accurate and easy to filter too.

The database isn't always fully up to date, so I have to double check contacts. More granular insights would be nice too. The insights seem high level. Also, it could be cheaper.

Notified's system to issue press releases on Globe Newswire is a very user-friendly system. Compared to several of their competitors whose system I also use, Notified helps me complete my work faster and more accurately. 

The editorial staff is also excellent. They carefully check press releases and have alerted me in the past to broken web links even before my IT department knows there is a problem. 

I have complete confidence when I submit a press release to Notified that my text and links will be correct and it will reach the right audience.

I personally put out hundreds of press releases a month, and Notified is the best partner to work with in this field.

They have rules on how often press releases can go out that are more stringent than some competitors.

I was originally using a media monitoring software which offered global newswire distribution as an add-on when needed. The process to set that up each time, and then be diverted to another website was lengthy and after further research, I found that the website the media monitoring was using was Notified. My favorite thing is their excellent, HUMAN (not AI) customer service. They seem to actually value their relationships with users. It matters that the customer service is available 24 hours/day, are US-based, fluent and unaccented English speakers, who are intelligent and understand how to get the job done. Please don't ever change this to cut corners. 

Generally my results when using Notified are good. The platform is also easier to use than BusinessWire, EIN, and about as good as PR Newswire - but who can afford to use them anymore?

We're currently leveraging Notified for press releases (GlobeNewsWire), Newsroom hosting and management, media monitoring, and quarterly metrics and analysis. The Notified team takes the time to review each media mention and categorize it. This takes a lot of manual work off of our team while giving us confidence that the data is accurate. I also like the different KPIs that the media analysis reports offer -- share of voice, impressions, keyword prominence, key messages/topics, tonality, etc. We're able to get a deep understanding of our earned media performance as well as how we compare to our competitors each quarter. It helps us make data-driven decisions about our strategy and paint a clear picture of our contributions to the organization. I also appreciate how responsive the Notified team is to our inquiries. They are always willing to help find or even customize a solution for us!

What I find most helpful is how quickly Notified handles website tasks. Their promptness in resolving issues makes the experience much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Notified PR Platform?**

The most unhelpful part is the constant back and forth over what is actually included in the contract—what we are paying for and what we are not. This makes the experience frustrating and far from enjoyable.

**What problems is Notified PR Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The customer service for press release distribution is outstanding. Whenever I need to retract a PR for editing, customer service is extremely helpful and make the process much smoother.
