Insights: Things that I don't like about this product is not able to delete created goals, neither oneself nor their manager can delete goals, if they are created by mistake, or have no reason for them in future. We can evaluate goals, but there are only three options, it is good to be simple but since this rating affect how good an individual is performing, it is not quite explanatory in the sense that it doesn't tell other people how well a goal was achieved.
