What do you like best about Synergita?

Synergita is comprehensive and flexible, meeting the requirements of our company, which is distributed across multiple geographies. They support different appraisal review processes and templates for each department. The user experience is good, and our employees use it without formal training. “Voice notes” option in continuous feedback is great. "An Ideal Performance Management tool for a small to midsized company"

What do you like best about Synergita?

I dislike nothing, but I would love to have robust reporting mechanisms that are easily configurable as desired by customers. The engagement platform has to be improved and gamified with more interactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"360 degree feedback increases collaboration even while working remotely"

What do you like best about Synergita?

360-degree feedback was a novel process to us, but it was made easier and seamless by Synergita. Our employees, even in this remote working scenario, take a genuine interest in others’ growth and give anonymous feedback to their peers. This improves the overall culture score of the workforce as we introduce training programs based on accurate reports from 360-degree feedback on each employee’s performance. What problems is Synergita solving and how is that benefiting you?

We save a lot of time and effort for the Human Resources department as a result of digitizing the entire performance management system with the help of Synergita.
