Is it the live feed or the timezone organization? Knowing who to call and when has never been easier. Honestly, Salesloft makes my job so much smoother by keeping my day organized. I also love the new text feature—updating the text box size fixed something that used to drive me crazy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Salesloft has made my processes much more efficient with doing my job in sales. It has made me much more organized, which has ultimatley led to success. Salesloft connectes to our CRM very effortessly. I use Salesloft all day, every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I wish was different about Salesloft, was the "stop" feature on texting. I also wish salesloft allowed texting automations in cadences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The structure it offers and the overview that is given are easy to use, and it allows me to, on a daily basis, work with SalesLoft. The interface, furthermore, is easy to use and understand and the tool is easily implemented into my day-to-day activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is sometimes slow, especially when doing multiple tasks. Additionally, the three 'flames' give an indication of involvement, but do not clearly show what is happening with my outbound. However, SalesLoft does show some errors when integrating with for example SalesForce, which can cause confusion and/or miscommunication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Salesloft helps to see the activities to be done, we can also see with the live feed the latest actions of our leads. We can also see our number of activities and the number of leads that we have passed into opportunity which helps us to control our pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is no real downside of using Salesloft. Despite a few glitches where it disconnects us during calls and cannot reach our leads, it remains a very good tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UX is not quite intuitive and there are some significat limitations when it comes to understand all of the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the way you can organize your tasks and how you have visibility of everything, you get to select where to start every day, so you don't have many overdue tasks. Also, being able to see if people are interacting with your emails is great because you can make changes if something is not capturing their attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When we have someone in a call/email cadence and they say they are not reachable via phone, it would be great to have an option for automatically skip all the calls for that specific user. Instead of doing manually everytime that activity shows up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There may be better tools available in the market but the sheer simplicity of the product is what makes it so desirable to use.
You don't need to strain your eyes to navigate. You don't need to attend hours in training to be able to use the product seamlessly. It's pretty sorted.

I like that I can put customers in specific cadences to schedule my follow up for calling and emailing at the appropriate time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like being able to create my own email cadences and templates. The calling and texting feature I also use a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They removed the sidebar navigation recently and I just realized that I also can't email a group of contacts without putting them into a cadence. I have a group of tagged clients that we want to email about an upcoming class and can't.
The other problem I have found is that only one person can OWN a cadence, which is ridiculous in my opinion. Myself and my coworker Jason Lam both manage the email sequences on our cadences, but if he's away or I'm away, we can't progress the cadence otherwise. This should be looked at. I've tried many times to hide/delete the cadences which i don't want to work on, but it's still not updated.
This makes my view clutered and due to this there are certain cadences priortised which are not imp to me anymore, and the ones that are imp move down in the prirority list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
