## Salesloft Reviews
 ### 1. Effortless Sales Outreach with Strategic Messaging

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa B. | Director of Field Enablement , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

I am a big fan of multitasking and having something like Salesloft. You can run drip campaigns for an entire team, which is great from a standpoint of enablement. It's about curating messaging where it's not just a sales pitch, but also includes information on the industry and sets up strategic delivery dates for specific individuals with specialties and subspecialties. Within the organization, it makes it so much easier for me from an enablement standpoint and ensures that messages are getting out correctly without the sales reps forgetting them or sending the wrong messages. For me, it takes a burden off my shoulders because I can manage, set up, and see the results of the campaigns rather than relying on the reps, who many times don't check their inbox or send out the emails correctly. This prevents them from using unapproved or off-brand messaging.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

I would like to see more analytics in when items were opened, when they were opened by, how long they stayed on that, and if messaging was forwarded.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesloft lets sales reps seamlessly integrate email campaigns into prospecting, ensuring timely messaging and managing responses. It reduces my workload by automating messaging, ensuring it's on-brand, and runs campaigns team-wide, which enhances our sales enablement and prevents errors.

 ### 2. Easy-to-Use Cadences and Automation That Boost SDR Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

Cadence creation/setup and the UI for the sales team are very easy to use. The most useful parts for me were the Cadence, People, and Rhythm sections within the Sales team area which improved SDR performance. I especially liked the filters and sorting options for Contacts and Leads in the People section. The audit logs were also consistently handy for debugging, since they showed which integrations were updating things. Automation in Salesloft were very helpful to improve efficiency and performance.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

Analytics wasn’t useful for us, as the SDRs reported that it didn’t relate to what they were trying to track. If we could customize it, it would have been great.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SDR task, lead assignment, and follow-up management are much easier now. It removed the manual work for SDRs of having to find relevant leads, and instead follows a structured cadence-based method to approach and engage leads consistently, which is great ROI.

 ### 3. Boosts Sales Execution with Structured Cadences and CRM-Integrated Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harrison P. | Salesforce Administrator and Digital Marketing Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

It excels at driving consistent, high-volume sales execution through structured cadences that automate outreach across email, calls, and tasks, helping ensure no leads fall through the cracks. Its biggest strengths are boosting rep productivity with clear, day-to-day workflows, integrating tightly with CRMs like Salesforce, and providing real-time engagement insights (opens, replies, call data) that help teams prioritize the right prospects.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

It is rigid and overly prescriptive, especially for teams that want more flexibility in how they run outreach or customize workflows. While it’s strong for standardizing sales activity, some users find it becomes “one-size-fits-all” and can limit creative or non-linear selling approaches. Reporting and analytics can also feel fragmented or less intuitive than expected, often requiring reliance on Salesforce or external BI tools to get a complete picture.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it helps standardize how reps and account teams actually execute on pipeline. Instead of relying on inconsistent follow-ups across bottlers, territories, or teams, Salesloft cadences enforce a repeatable rhythm for outreach.

 ### 4. Cadence and Coaching That Kept Me on Track as a New AE

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

Cadence System and the coaching features literally helped me so much in my early days when I started working as an AE. They helped me get the flow of calls and meetings, and the coaching feature made it easier to stay on track and improve as I went. The cadence also helped me not miss any opportunity and keep working in a flow state. Also, the live feed thing helped me keep track of my hot prospects.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

There isn’t much that I disliked about Salesloft, apart from the fact that it sometimes bugs out on me during a call or when transferring from another dialer. There aren’t any pop-ups or anything—it just disconnects.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of my prospects and having a structured pipeline where I have full transparency into which prospect is at what stage really helps me clarify my vision for the week. its integration with SFDC is also a great thing which i like i can easily import my prospect from SFDC to my candance wtihout worrying about duplicate as it has a dupe dectect feature

 ### 5. Easy-to-Use Dashboard That Keeps Prospecting and Mail Campaigns on Track

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shea S. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

When your on the main dashboard, you are directed what steps are due with each individual prospect. Very easy to use and effective at mail campaigns. I have only had to contact support once and the response time was really quick, answering my query in a matter of hours.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

The platform could incorporate more AI to maximise output and aid performance using the platform. Training sessions around how the solution is using AI for best practice with tips from top performers would be helpful.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Salesloft, removing contacts from campaigns was a manual chore. The system automates this process making sure your time using the product is minimal.

 ### 6. A powerful tool for organized sales teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brunella E. | Business Developer Italy & Spain, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

What I like most about Salesloft is how easy it makes organizing and automating daily prospecting tasks without losing the personal touch. I love being able to schedule cadences, track emails and calls from one place, and above all, have visibility into what is really working. Additionally, the integrations with tools like Salesforce or LinkedIn Sales Navigator make the entire workflow smoother and more productive. In summary, it saves time, improves communication with leads, and provides very useful data for decision-making.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

It is a very powerful tool, but at times it feels more "enterprise" than what some users really need. This orientation can end up affecting the day-to-day experience, especially when something simpler and more direct is sought.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesloft helps you to:

✔️ Be more organized
✔️ Track more effectively
✔️ Automate without losing personalization
✔️ Make decisions with clear metrics

In my day-to-day, this translates into more scheduled meetings, fewer forgotten leads, and smoother collaboration with my team.

 ### 7. Robust Outreach Tool with Minor UI Drawbacks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan S. | Enterprise Account Development Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

I like Salesloft's robust capabilities. I am able to create cadences easily, organize my contacts and accounts in easily customizable pages, and keep track of my outreach. The initial setup was easy too.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

I think the User Interface isn't very sleek. It looks a little dated and almost similar to Salesforce. It would be nice if there were more intuitive workflows that allow for less clicks to get to the outcome you want.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Salesloft to automate outreach and follow-ups with prospective partners, which helps scale outreach, organize contacts, and manage reporting. I can create cadences, customize contact organization, and track outreach easily.

 ### 8. Salesloft Makes Day-to-Day Selling Easy and Organized in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** VIDUSHI S. | Lead Development , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

What I like most about Salesloft is how easy it makes day-to-day selling feel. Everything you need—emails, calls, follow-ups, and insights—lives in one place, so you can focus more on real conversations instead of managing tools.

It also helps you stay organized without sounding robotic. The cadences give structure, but there’s still enough flexibility to keep outreach personal and genuine. Plus, the insights from calls and activities actually help you understand what’s working and where to improve, rather than just showing numbers.

Overall, it feels like a tool that supports how salespeople naturally work, instead of forcing a process on them.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

Some features come with a learning curve, especially for new users, and it can take a while to fully understand all the available options.

At times, the platform feels a bit overwhelming when you’re just trying to handle simple tasks quickly, like making small cadence edits or tracking one-off activities.

Email and activity syncing also isn’t always completely smooth, which can occasionally lead to confusion or require extra cleanup.

Customization is definitely powerful, but it isn’t always intuitive, so you may still need admin support even for smaller changes.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesloft helps solve the problem of scattered outreach and missed follow-ups by keeping everything in one place. For me, it saves time, keeps me organized, and helps ensure no prospect slips through the cracks. That way, I can spend less energy tracking tasks and more time having real conversations and closing deals.

 ### 9. Robust Email Features, But Needs Improvement in Forecasting and Call Recording

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liam K. | Head Of Commercial Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

I really like the email functionality in Salesloft. It's the robustness and maturity of the platform that stands out. It has a lot of the key components needed to efficiently scale email outbound efforts, making outbound tasks easier and handling the basics very well. Compared to other platforms I've used, Salesloft offers a notable depth of functionality and power.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

The call recording feature is really basic. The forecasting module was really buggy for us and it didn't work for us in the long term. It had too many issues, which was one of the reasons we moved away from the platform. The call recording was also underwhelming compared to solutions like Gong.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesloft's email functionality is robust and best in class, making outbound email easier. However, call recording is basic, and forecasting is buggy and problematic.

 ### 10. Efficient Outreach with Some Setup Hurdles

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wes J. | Sales Manager, NORAM, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

I love that there's a demo library where we can tag specific demo recordings into a library for sales reps to go back and watch, making it super easy for new sales reps to learn how to demo the platform. The email sequence builder is one of the best against any of the industry competitors and it's super easy to use. I also appreciate the native integration to Salesforce, which was a key reason for our switch from Clari.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

I think the overall 'deal' in Salesloft could be improved. Sometimes you still have to rely on doing tasks in Salesforce. The view of the deal in Salesloft

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Salesloft to automate sales outreach and deal management, saving time on manual tasks. The demo library helps new reps learn demos easily, and the email sequence builder outshines industry competitors.

 ### 11. Organized Outreach with Easy Setup, Slightly Pricey

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abby P. | Sales Operations Manager, Package/Freight Delivery, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

I really like the ease of use of Salesloft. It's great that I am able to do one-off calls, and I really enjoy being able to upload a list of potential customers, which then automatically creates the sequence for me on when and the most ample times to call them. The training process was super easy, and after just two days, I was ready to use it independently, including setting up my own cadences and adding potential clients. I really like it.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

I did notice sometimes the calls would be kind of choppy. It would just depend on where I was calling. The cost was prohibitive, which is why we had to go away from it.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesloft helps me contact the right customers, make cold calls effectively, hit my daily KPI of 150 calls, stay organized, and manage email marketing without repeating calls.

 ### 12. Streamlines Sales with Cadence Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlesinjail . | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

I use Salesloft for sales engagement and automation, which helps me streamline our outreach, track interactions, and close deals faster. Salesloft solves our problem of manual sales outreach and follow-ups, saving us time and increasing our sales team's productivity. We've seen benefits like faster deal closure and improved sales rep efficiency. I love the cadence feature; it automates our outreach sequences and follow-ups, making our sales process way more efficient. The cadence feature allows us to automate personalized outreach sequences, enabling us to nurture leads more effectively and focus on high-value tasks, like closing deals. Salesloft's UI and cadence features were a better fit for our sales team's workflow compared to the previous tool we used. The initial setup was pretty smooth, and Salesloft's support team worked with us to get everything configured, getting us up and running in about a week.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

One thing I'd like to see improved is more advanced reporting customization options, sometimes it's tricky to get the exact data we need. It'd be great if Salesloft allowed more flexible data filtering and custom metric creation in their reports, so we can analyze performance exactly how we want.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Salesloft to streamline sales outreach, automate follow-ups, and save time, boosting productivity and efficiency. It helps us close deals faster by automating our sales process.

 ### 13. Transformative Email Marketing with Stellar Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick B. | Enterprise Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

I use Salesloft to create email marketing campaigns targeting our ideal customer profiles and for forecasting and data intelligence. I find Intent Data very valuable. Salesloft allows us to do outbound at scale without sacrificing the quality of outreach. I love that it allows us to input customization in our messaging, which leads to a higher response rate. I also appreciate how it syncs with Salesforce and Zoominfo, as the synchronization is quick, accurate, and reflective, making it very valuable to us. The initial setup was pretty easy; we just needed to align IT and sales operations and consult our sales team on the most important settings.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

Maybe they could present other tools as complimentary that incorporate into their sequences like a TikTok or feed of the marketplace options.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Salesloft for creating email marketing campaigns and forecasting. It allows us to do outbound at scale without sacrificing quality, thanks to customizable messaging that boosts response rates.

 ### 14. Efficient Sales Management, Needs Better Email Handling

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anshu K. | Financial Management Team, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

I like how Salesloft integrates easily with different types of CRM's, like Salesforce, and it imports all the emails from our company's Gmail account. This tool helps ensure that all sales-related messages are properly managed. I appreciate that it provides our sales managers with detailed reports on calls and messages, along with analytics to highlight what strategies work best. Additionally, the initial setup of Salesloft was quite simple and easy for us.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

One of the major challenges I faced while using Salesloft was that whenever we tried sending a bulk SMS and emails to our clients, we found that almost 20-25% of emails got spammed or rejected due to incorrect details, so this is something they should work on and try introducing AI for removing incorrect details.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Salesloft to increase our daily sales rate, manage sales communication on a central dashboard, send follow-ups easily, and ensure our sales managers receive detailed reports and analytics for better organization.

 ### 15. Effortless Integration with Salesforce, Needs Better Call Quality

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sadie P. | Client Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

I used Salesloft for outbound cold calling and appreciated how it kept my leads organized and allowed me to see the full activity history of a client. It organized all my outbound efforts in one place, which was very helpful. I liked that it synced directly with Salesforce, which streamlined my data and reduced a ton of manual work, like logging call outcomes manually. The initial setup was very easy; I just needed to update my information and I was good to go.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

At times, call connections would drop or audio quality would suffer.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesloft keeps my leads organized, tracks full client activity history, and syncs with Salesforce, reducing manual logging of call outcomes.

 ### 16. Streamlined Outreach with Automation, Needs Better Call Quality

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher H. | Account Executive 3 Medium Business, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

I love the simplicity and workflows of Salesloft, particularly the email templates and cadences that allow my emails to be sent automatically. This means I can use marketing emails for tailored outreach without having to write all my emails myself. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and simple to understand.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

The call quality is not as well as it should be. It keeps breaking up, and it'd be better if the connection was stabilized so it doesn't cut the line.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesloft helps in reaching customers and simplifies work with automations. I use Marketing emails for tailored outreach without writing each email myself, thanks to the email templates and automatic cadences.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon S. | Senior Account Consultant LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Customers, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

Salesloft is highly valued for its ability to streamline sales engagement by consolidating outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn InMail into one platform. It combines automation with personalization through tailored cadences, enabling reps to scale outreach without losing the human touch. Robust analytics provide visibility into key metrics like emails sent, calls logged, and meetings booked, helping teams optimize performance. Seamless integration with CRMs such as Salesforce and secure OKTA-based access ensures smooth workflows, while compliance features like Do Not Contact tagging support GDPR adherence and maintain audit trails. Overall, Salesloft enhances efficiency, accountability, and personalization for modern sales teams.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

Salesloft has a few notable drawbacks that can impact user experience. Frequent issues include email and calendar disconnects, which require repeated reconnections and disrupt workflows. Users have also reported outages where emails appear as failed in Salesloft despite being sent through Outlook, creating confusion and extra verification steps. Additionally, past security concerns involving integrations raised questions about vendor transparency and reliability. Compliance processes, such as managing Do Not Contact tags and GDPR requirements, can be cumbersome, involving multiple manual steps for proper documentation and audit trails. These challenges highlight areas where Salesloft could improve stability, security, and ease of compliance management.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesloft is solving several common challenges in sales engagement, and here’s how that benefits you in your role:
1. Managing Outreach at Scale
Salesloft eliminates the complexity of handling multiple touchpoints manually by providing structured cadences for email, calls, and LinkedIn InMail. This ensures consistent communication without sacrificing personalization.

 ### 20. Proactive Sales Management Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay M. | Sales Development representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

I love how easy Salesloft is to use with its friendly interface, allowing me to organize my day exactly as I want. Creating cadences is straightforward, which helps me be more proactive by knowing exactly when to contact leads. The automation feature for sending emails is fantastic as it saves me time, allowing me to focus on other important tasks. Also, the initial setup was incredibly easy compared to other software like Salesforce, making it convenient and quick to get started without a lot of manual intervention.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

I feel that Salesloft lacks an auto-dialer feature that would automate the process of making calls. Currently, the process requires manual dialing, which I find inefficient. Having an automatic dialing function, with an easy pause option, would greatly enhance the calling experience and improve productivity.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Salesloft to set up appointments, call end users, and make follow-ups. It reminds me of meetings, is user-friendly, and enhances my proactivity. Creating cadences and automating emails saves me time to focus on other tasks.

 ### 21. Keeps Outreach Consistent and Organised—All-in-One Sales Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dominique D. | Technology Sales Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

I use SalesLoft every single day. It helps me stay organised and on top of what I have to do: who I need to contact, when I need to call, and which leads to follow up with. Having everything inside one platform — from lead lists to call tools to email sequences — means I don’t lose time switching apps, hunting down a phone number or forgetting what I promised to do next.

One of the biggest upsides is how it keeps my outreach consistent and efficient. I can build cadences (email → call → LinkedIn touch) and follow them without reinventing the wheel each time.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

One thing I dislike about SalesLoft is that I often have to refresh the page for updates to appear. For example, after making changes or completing a task, I don’t immediately see the update reflected until I refresh manually, which can interrupt my workflow.

Another thing I wish were improved is the visibility of cadence history. Right now, it’s easy to see if a contact is currently active in a cadence, but there’s no clear way to tell if that person has previously gone through one — or when they were added or completed it. Having a timeline or quick indicator showing a contact’s past cadence activity (with dates) would make it much easier to track engagement history and avoid re-adding the same person by mistake.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SalesLoft helps me manage my daily outreach in an organized and efficient way. It solves the problem of keeping track of dozens of leads and follow-ups by giving me a clear structure and reminders of who to contact and when. It also centralizes my communication — emails, calls, and LinkedIn touches — all in one place, which saves a lot of time and keeps everything consistent.

It also helps me stay aligned with my team since all our activities and results are visible in one shared platform. Overall, it’s made my workflow more productive and ensures I never miss an important follow-up or opportunity.

 ### 22. A must-have for efficient prospecting and personalized outreach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fidelis F. | Account Development Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

Salesloft helps me manage and scale my outreach efficiently. I like how it integrates smoothly with Salesforce and LinkedIn, allowing me to personalize cadences, automate follow-ups, and track engagement all in one place. The analytics and activity dashboards make it easy to measure performance and optimize messaging. It’s become an essential part of my daily workflow for prospecting and pipeline generation.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

At times, sync delays between Salesloft and Salesforce can cause minor data mismatches, especially with updated contact fields. The reporting filters could also be more flexible for granular analysis by campaign or account. Other than that, it’s very reliable and continues to improve with each update.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesloft helps streamline and organize my outbound prospecting process. It allows me to manage cadences efficiently, automate follow-ups, and personalize outreach at scale — saving time while maintaining quality engagement. With its analytics and activity tracking, I can see what’s resonating and adjust messaging quickly. This has improved my response rates, increased pipeline generation, and made collaboration with AEs much smoother.

 ### 23. Effortless Cold Calling and Seamless Salesforce Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zack B. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

Salesloft has made cold calling much more efficient for me. Since I started using it, I can complete at least 20 to 30 more calls each day. All of the features are straightforward and user-friendly, so it doesn't take much time to become comfortable with the software. I also really appreciate how smoothly it integrates with Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

There is not much I do not like. Every once and a while it can be a bit slow in loading up. But I am being very nit-picky, I have no complaints.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team consists of around eight account executives, and we are expanding rapidly. Salesloft provides us with a platform that helps us maximize our call volume and improve our closing rate. The interface is well-organized, user-friendly, and visually appealing. As we frequently bring on new hires, the short ramp-up time makes it easy for them to get comfortable with the software and begin contributing almost immediately.

 ### 24. After Using Salesloft Across Multiple Organizations, This Renewal Changed Everything.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

I’ve implemented and used Salesloft across multiple organizations over several years, and historically, the platform has performed well. The cadence engine, calling workflows, email capabilities, and usability have all been strengths. In the past, I also had positive account experiences. Previous renewal cycles included flexibility, collaboration, and reasonable discussion around changes or timing.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

Our most recent renewal experience was very different from prior years. Salesloft now enforces its contractual auto-renewal terms extremely rigidly. In our case, even though we did not receive the renewal reminder email they referenced, were upfront about our situation, and requested restructuring, they treated the renewal as final with no flexibility on modifying features or users.

This was a material change from past years, where renewal discussions were possible even if timing wasn’t perfect. It felt like the approach shifted from “partner mindset” to strictly “contract enforcement,” and that was unexpected after years of goodwill and advocacy.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software itself does what it’s designed to do and can be a strong sales engagement platform. However, for anyone considering Salesloft, I strongly recommend:

- Track the renewal window meticulously
- Do not assume flexibility based on historical experiences
- Understand that auto-renewal is enforced even if circumstances change
- Be aware that changes in tech stack or business reality may not be accommodated

If your environment, budget, or platform needs are stable, Salesloft can work well. But if you anticipate change or value ongoing partnership flexibility, this is something to carefully evaluate.

Based on this recent experience, we do not plan to continue beyond our current contractual term and would be hesitant to recommend Salesloft moving forward.

 ### 25. Easy SDR Tracking and Email Automation for Sales Managers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishank S. | Account Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

1.0 Streamline the entire Sales process
2.0 Multichannel Engagement
3.0 Analytics and Reporting

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

1.0 Slow response time when handling large cadences.
2.0 new SDRs sometimes struggle with cadences

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation and no need to write different emails for each inquiry we raise. We have created cadences for each use case and our SDRs following by fine tuning our email.

I think the open rate has also increased due to the same.

More productivity and the SDR team can now focus more on cold calling.

 ### 26. Senior Inside Sales Team Lead

 ### 27. Efficient Email Campaign Management, Needs UI Tweaks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ranjith R. | Sales Account Manager

**Reviewed Date:** December 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

I like using Salesloft for creating customized emails for clients with the option to track if the emails have been read. This feature provides a big advantage in reaching out quickly for further connectivity. It allows me to draft emails based on market needs and trends, making them feel personalized rather than like a mass marketing email. When recipients find an email personalized, they are more likely to open it, which gives them the information I intended. Once they open the email, I receive a notification, enabling me to proactively decide on the next step, whether it's sending another email, connecting through LinkedIn, or making a call to discuss possibilities and arrange a demo.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

Salesloft needs to work on UI and tools, often these essential tools are hidden deep inside and take a lot of time in understanding them. It should be made simple and quick, like a mobile app. New users need to get their hands on with less hassle.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Salesloft for email campaigns, managing emails, and adding reminders. It solves sending thousands of emails with different parameters and tracking them. Customizing emails increases open rates, helping me decide on follow-up actions like calls or demos.

**Reviewed by:** Nanya G. | Inside Sales Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

As an Inside Sales Rep, I spend about 70-80% of my workday prospecting, networking, and reaching out to leads. Salesloft helps me stay connected with potential customers, making it much easier to maintain good data hygiene and send timely follow-up communications.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

Salesloft could be even more effective if it had the ability to detect incorrect email addresses that might bounce back or contain grammatical errors. Additionally, integration with tools like Lusha or Zoominfo to help identify and update contact information would be a valuable improvement.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. The email tracking feature is very straightforward to use.
2. Cadence makes it easy to follow up with leads at the right time and ensures that communication remains consistent, which helps maintain relationships.

I like the ease of use and the reliability of Salesloft. It helps me with monitoring outreach and calls of sales reps and gives me visibility on what the sales reps are doing.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

I find the lack of AI integrations in Salesloft compared to what Gong offers a downside. Also, integrations with other tools like Glean could be improved. There were some teething issues when initially setting up and getting everyone's integrations connected.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Salesloft for monitoring outreach and calls of sales reps, providing visibility into their activities.

Motivating to follow the main tab called Rhythm and see my progress through the day for outreach. Also hot leads is the term used for folks who keep opening emails and it’s nice!

It acts as a reliable tool to ensure comprehensive coverage of my business needs. Moreover, its integration with Salesforce is an added benefit that enhances my productivity.

 ### 35. All-in-One Communication Powerhouse for GTM Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuel J. | Sales Enablement Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

Salesloft is a fantastic communication tool it provides one platform for out GTM Team to book meeting, make calls, send emails all in one place. Not only that but it integrates into our resource locations to pull in any supporting documents the team may use.
Along with that, the team can use other communication tools such as Outlook and Salesloft automatically reads this and stores the record without the team needing to do anything.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

The one improvement I would make with Salesloft is hierarchy. Accounts are a flat layer when it would be helpful to have parent accounts with sub accounts for those larger enterprise business's.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The standardization of communication across the team, both in where they communicate with prospects but also the messaging. Having the ability to create team cadences and templates means that the messaging should always start from the same source. Not only that but the visibility of conversations the team is having with both prospects and clients is important for all aspects of the business, from how we communicate to what we are hearing from our customers and prospects.

Its strengths in automation, AI insights, and CRM integration make it a powerful tool for scaling our sales operations. **What do you like best about Salesloft?**

Salesloft is a great tool for outbound messaging - have used it at multiple orgs

I think it lacks vs some of the more 'bells and whistles' type of programs like Outreach or Gong Engage, however, the simplicity helps a lot

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Undoubtedly Salesloft is the most efficient tool for outreaching to clients and prospects, understanding who is viewing/clicking/opening emails and who is worth spending your time on vs email going into a void

 ### 42. Salesloft- After 3 years we have been unimpressed with the product and support

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rich V. | Senior Vice President, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

Our organization has been a Salesloft customer for over three years, and unfortunately, the experience has deteriorated with each passing year. While the dialer—when functioning properly—meets our basic needs, recent updates, including the new Chrome extension and redesigned dialer, have significantly degraded usability.

Salesloft’s support team has consistently fallen short, and interactions with their sales team have been even less productive. The most disruptive issue has been the relentless turnover within the company. Over the course of our contract, we've been assigned seven or eight different customer success managers—none of whom remain with the organization. This lack of continuity has created ongoing operational headaches and eroded trust.

The persistent challenges we've faced raise serious concerns about Salesloft’s long-term stability and commitment to its customers.

At this point, we have no plans to renew our contract. Salesloft has made numerous commitments it failed to honor, and it’s evident that their focus lies more in securing revenue than in delivering meaningful value.

Our experience has been defined by broken promises, poor follow-through, and a clear disregard for customer satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

We've been using Salesloft for several years, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing.

Dialer reliability remains a major issue. It's plagued by frequent disruptions, which directly impact our team's productivity.

Product support is slow and reactive. When problems arise, resolution often feels like an uphill battle.

Renewal conversations are more performance than partnership—lots of flair, but little substance. It’s clear the focus is on retention, not results.

Many of our interactions with Salesloft personnel have felt disingenuous, with promises made but rarely followed through.

Despite being a tech platform, Salesloft’s innovation has stalled. The product hasn’t meaningfully improved in the last three years.

After renewal, Customer Success Managers disengage, offering little to no strategic guidance or support to help us grow.

Overall, our experience has been marked by unreliable technology, weak support, and a lack of genuine customer care. Salesloft has not demonstrated the consistency or commitment we expect from a long-term partner.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outbound calls at best

Their conversation intelligence tool is terrible and their people don't even know their product.

Now I know why they give it away for free.

I truly believe there are many paid reviews because this product has become worse and worse.

 ### 43. Revolutionized Our Outreach Process with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evan S. | Conference Sales Executive

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

I absolutely love how Salesloft simplifies my daily outreach tasks. The platform makes it incredibly easy to navigate through different campaigns and cadences without feeling overwhelmed, allowing me to handle multiple outreach steps simultaneously. This functionality is invaluable because it incorporates outreach smoothly into my day, rather than making it a time-consuming chore. Additionally, I really appreciate the integration of Salesloft with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce, which ensures fluidity across the tools I use regularly. This seamless ecosystem boosts efficiency and enhances my workflow. I also find the initial setup for my personal use straightforward and hassle-free. Overall, using Salesloft has significantly enhanced the manageability of my current role and I believe it could revolutionize manual outreach processes for any sales-related job.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

I think it would be nice to have an easier way to flag contacts for enrichment. I know that's not necessarily something that doesn't work or could be improved, but I think that's a current use that would be a really great value add to have.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Salesloft to efficiently reach out to prospects at scale, maintain consistency, get follow-up reminders, and manage diverse outreach methods, simplifying daily tasks.

 ### 44. Mixed Experience with Useful Features and Laggy App

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler C.

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

I appreciate Salesloft's ability to inform me precisely when a person opens an email I've sent, allowing me to gauge their interest and who might be ignoring my messages. This feature is crucial in determining if leads are genuinely engaging or simply brushing me off. Additionally, having a separate Salesloft number is incredibly useful, especially when a customer has blocked my personal cell number; it allows me to contact them seamlessly. These features collectively enhance my ability to track engagement and maintain communication effectively in my role as an outbound sales representative.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

I just think the Salesloft mobile app isn't great. It's a bit laggy. Sometimes it doesn't load data that I'd like if I'm in the field and I want to search up a person or an account on Salesloft. Sometimes it doesn't actually show me all of the previous data corresponding to that certain account or person. The initial setup was definitely a challenge. While I had an easier go of it than other people, it was still challenging. I also think that the whole cadence feature doesn't add a ton of value beyond just tracking walk-ins and the email features. Therefore, I don't see much more value in these features.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Salesloft to track walk-ins and email engagement, helping me monitor success rates and contact interested leads promptly.

 ### 45. Streamlines Outreach Effortlessly with Minor UI Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler P. | Business Development Representative

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

I love how Salesloft enhances efficiency through automation. The ability to automate emails and LinkedIn messages significantly streamlines my outreach efforts, allowing me to manage a high volume of contacts across various industries effortlessly. I also appreciate the data tracking features, which provide insights into the number of calls and emails I send, the personalization level of my messages, and the open rates. This data is invaluable in understanding the effectiveness of my strategies and whether my communications resonate with my audience. These features make Salesloft incredibly helpful for optimizing my daily outreach activities and ensuring I reach as many prospects as possible.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

I feel that the overall user interface could use some improvements. The home screen can be overwhelming at times, especially with the number of tasks displayed. This can be a bit daunting, particularly when I'm behind on some tasks. Seeing all the things I have to do right on the opening screen can create a negative impression. Cleaning this up would be my suggestion, even though it's not necessarily a critical issue.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Salesloft helps me organize outreach to hundreds of prospects daily, efficiently crafting personalized cadences. It automates emails and LinkedIn messages, offering insights into call and email effectiveness, significantly enhancing my workflow.

It even has reminders to ensure I stay on top of my tasks. Overall, it’s a robust tool that effectively helps me in creating outbound cadences and getting in touch with prospective buyers in a meaningful, streamlined way. Additionally, the setup process was very easy thanks to having a competent admin, and now I can administer it myself. I also appreciate how Salesloft has been a consistent tool for us at my company, meeting our needs efficiently.

I would like more options on categorizing call outcomes.

I love how Salesloft integrates seamlessly with Salesforce, which significantly aids in tracking the prospecting aspect and the steps necessary to set up a meeting. It allows us to thoroughly examine our pipeline and the necessary interactions with prospects that are already in the process. The tool also streamlines processes by eliminating mundane tasks for salespeople, thanks to its integration with ZoomInfo, which pulls information directly into both Salesforce and Salesloft, meaning there's no need for salespeople to conduct their own research. Salesloft has greatly improved our ability to dig into the context for the prospects we are targeting. I also appreciate how the transition to Salesloft from another product, Outreach, has been a better experience for us. Finally, I found the initial setup extremely easy, supported by a great staff who answered every question, alongside fantastic training for the Account Executives (AEs). Additionally, I value its integration with other tools, such as our CRM, LinkedIn, and email, as it allows me to seamlessly track all the activities I carry out on them. I also appreciate its simple and easy-to-use interface, and the way it allows me to organize my prospects by sectors. Salesloft's cadences make it easy for me to send personalized emails according to the sector I am working on. The initial setup was easy, with no need for specific developments, making the implementation quite accessible. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Salesloft, as it has been fundamental in managing my daily workflow, including tracking prospects and sending automatic emails.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

That I cannot change the days of difference between emails if there are already ongoing activities.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moreover, it aids in digging deeper into accounts by showing me who's in the cadence, how far along they are, and who has completed it. This feature provides me with a comprehensive view of the account and its associated contacts, which is invaluable for managing and strategizing outreach. Additionally, the initial setup of Salesloft was seamless and straightforward. Someone sent me an email, and with just a few clicks, I was up and running, which made the integration process hassle-free. I am also impressed with how it connects with other tools, such as Salesforce and Sales Navigator, which further enhances its utility and functionality. Given these features, I would rate my likelihood of recommending Salesloft to a friend or colleague as a 10.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

I wish there was a better connection to linkedin for sending in-mails and related activities directly through the platform. I'm not sure if this feature already exists and I'm just unaware of it, but having this functionality would be greatly beneficial.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Salesloft for prospecting and organizing daily tasks, helping me plan my day and understand account activities effectively. It offers a user-friendly experience and deeper insights into account cadences.

**What do you like best about Salesloft?**

I find Salesloft to be incredibly valuable for my daily sales and lead capture work. Its integration capabilities are excellent, particularly with Salesforce and LinkedIn, which significantly reduce manual workflows. The ability to control my personal cadences while maintaining visibility into whole team activities helps streamline our processes, setting Salesloft apart from other CRM systems. The platform's ease of setup was impressive, with both internal and external support making the process smooth and straightforward. I also appreciate the variety of cadences and templates, allowing me to tailor communication to specific personas efficiently. The conversation insights feature is particularly useful, providing transcriptions and analyses that are easy to refer back to. The consolidation of tasks, such as setting tasks and managing calendars, into a single platform enhances our efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, the superb support from the Salesloft team, combined with the robust set of integration options, ensures that I can handle all aspects of my workflow seamlessly. This all-in-one approach makes Salesloft invaluable for our sales operations.

**What do you dislike about Salesloft?**

There are issues with inbound calls in SalesLoft where the phone isn’t linked properly, resulting in delays and not displaying the caller's name immediately. This requires improvement as it would help in knowing who's calling without relying solely on the notifications tab, and it would prevent entering calls without prior context, which I find crucial.

**What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Salesloft to streamline sales processes, manage cadences, and integrate tools in one platform, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual work. It consolidates tasks like outbound calls, email tracking, and CRM integration, providing ease in managing sales operations.
