When I’m on a customer call and a competitor or a technical integration comes up, having Copilot surface the right talking points instantly keeps the conversation fluid. It allows me to stay present and maintain eye contact (digitally speaking) rather than scrambling through my notes or internal Wikis. Additionally, the automated summaries and action item extraction save me hours of manual data entry into our CRM, ensuring our relationship history is always accurate. The "Live Coaching" prompts can occasionally be a bit sensitive—sometimes it flags "filler words" when I'm just pausing to let a customer finish a thought. I’d love to see more granular customization for the CS lifecycle specifically, distinguishing between a "Sales Discovery" call and a "Success QBR," as the conversational cues for those can be very different.
