**What do you like best about Clari?**

Clari Copilot has been a huge help in simplifying my day to day workflow. I love how it automatically logs meetings with topics directly into Salesforce, it saves me time and keeps everything organized. The ability to regenerate an email based on a call is another standout feature that makes follow-ups so much easier.

I also lean heavily on the note taker during meetings. It captures action items seamlessly so I can stay fully engaged in the conversation instead of pausing to write things down.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

While the platform is incredibly useful, there are a few areas that could be improved. I wish it were more organic and easier to record in-person meetings. At times, the inbound dialer can give me issues, which interrupts the flow of my work. Additionally, when multiple people are speaking on a call, the transcripts can get mixed up, making it harder to follow the conversation afterward.

There have been a few times I’ve run into technical issues, but the support team is quick, responsive, and always resolves things efficiently. Overall, Clari Copilot has made my admin work smoother and more effective, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to streamline their workflow.

Clari makes it simple to build, run, and optimize outreach sequences without feeling like I’m chained to a dialer or email queue all day. The platform keeps me organized, ensures no lead slips through the cracks, and gives me insights into which messages actually resonate. I especially like how it integrates cleanly with Salesforce and other tools, so I don’t have to waste time toggling between systems.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

The analytics are strong, but sometimes I wish the reporting was even more customizable for quick ad-hoc views. It’s not a deal-breaker, just something I’d love to see improved as the product matures.

Clari solves the biggest headache in outreach: staying consistent, personal, and efficient at scale. Before using it, managing sequences across hundreds of prospects meant dropped balls and missed follow-ups. With Clari, I know exactly who to reach out to, when, and with what message. It keeps my pipeline moving, helps me test and refine messaging, and ultimately makes my outreach more effective without adding more hours to my day. I find Clari significantly beneficial as it simplifies the view of sales opportunities, allowing me to focus effectively on what matters most. I find the filtering and exclusion capabilities somewhat ineffective. When I try to filter out certain solutions that do not pertain to me, they still appear. This is frustrating, particularly because I do not get paid for these solutions, which makes their persistence even more unnecessary.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

Clari gives our Revenue and Sales teams a single source of truth for forecast accuracy. The visibility into week-over-week pipeline movement, deal health, and rep activity helps us spot risk early and keep leaders aligned. The UI is intuitive, and the roll-ups make it easy for executives to understand what’s changed and why. When fully adopted, it removes a lot of manual spreadsheet work and creates true accountability. I also love the AI projection, it provides key insights into where we’re trending versus our goals, which helps validate manager calls and plan more effectively.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Clari is only as good as your Salesforce hygiene and your internal operating rhythm. If reps aren’t consistently updating opportunities, forecast categories, and notes, some insights become less actionable. Implementation is not “set it and forget it”. Your RevOps admin needs to actively manage fields, definitions, and integrations to keep the system accurate but the teams are very supportive.

Clari is best suited for companies with a multi-layer forecasting process or distributed sales teams where you need consistency across segments, products, and geographies. It’s extremely helpful for leadership QBR prep, weekly forecast calls, and understanding how deals progress or slip. Invest time upfront in defining your categories, process, and expectations for reps.

Copilot’s call capture and transcription are reliable so I don't have to worry about keeping handwritten notes anymore, and the Smart Summaries  help our management and clients to get the value out of the meeting.

The only frictions is that it takes a bit of upfront configuration to align the Clari fields to our sales methodology.

As an AE, Clari solves a few everyday headaches. After calls, I’m not buried in notes because captures the conversation, gives me a clean summary, and surfaces next steps, so I can follow up fast and keep the deal moving. It also keeps our CRM clean without me babysitting fields. When I need to prep for a next meeting or a forecast call, I can quickly search transcripts or ask questions to spot risks, decision-makers, and open items.

I find Clari incredibly useful for its forecasting tool, which provides a real-time snapshot of opportunities within a quarter, enabling me to assess the likelihood of deals closing. What I like most about Clari is how it makes managing and understanding our pipeline so much easier. The visualization tools are intuitive, and features like the funnel and flow modules really stand out for helping us track where deals are stalling or slipping, which is something our leadership team cares deeply about. Being able to quickly break down information by opportunity type and pipeline stage has been incredibly helpful. The ability to customize dashboards to cater to different audiences, whether it's exec-level overviews or tactical manager insights, has been a big win for our team.

Another standout has been the level of support from Clari’s team. Every time we've had ad hoc requests or needed help setting something up, they've been great at stepping in quickly to guide us. They're especially proactive about showing us features we might not be using yet. That partnership has made a meaningful difference in getting the most out of the tool.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

One thing I'd like to see improved in Clari is increased flexibility in some of the visualizations and configurations. For example, consistency in color-coding across dashboards and the ability to add text spacers would make dashboards clearer and easier to navigate, especially when presenting to leadership. It’s also not always immediately clear which fields can be grouped or filtered on without digging deeper, which adds some friction.

Additionally, the widget limit for dashboards can be a challenge when trying to display everything our team requires in one view. While we've found workarounds, having more flexibility here would be a nice improvement.

I find Copilot the most beneficial, with it being great at summarising calls and creating next steps, meaning I can focus on the call more, and not worry about notetaking

I find some of the UI a little clunky at times. Specifically in the Admin section, updating/editing users can be a little clunky, and can at times require clari support for changes (such as email updates). Granting greater access to admins would be a big benefit

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned initially, call recording and note taking is the biggest benefit allowing my to focus on the call and not worry about typing things out.

What I appreciate most about Clari is how it helps simplify and structure our forecasting and pipeline management. The platform's ability to create cadences and standardize dashboards is a big win for us, especially when trying to align our leadership on key metrics and priorities. It’s intuitive and lets us focus on what matters, like identifying risks in deals or understanding what's working and what’s not in our pipeline. Their flexibility to integrate fields, like our Korn Ferry scoring, and provide real-time actionable insights across various levels of leadership has been super helpful. It makes complex tasks feel less overwhelming.

Another standout is how responsive and proactive the Clari team has been. Whether it’s helping us troubleshoot issues or working through our RevDB migration, they’ve been supportive and transparent. The frequent syncs and follow-ups on action items make it feel like a true partnership. Plus, it’s a relief not needing to reinvent the wheel—Clari’s features are ready to go and easy to tweak according to our specific needs.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

One challenge with Clari has been ensuring all the data we need, like fields for Korn Ferry scoring or historical tracking, is properly set up and integrated. Sometimes it feels like there’s a lot of groundwork required on our side to align everything in Salesforce before we can fully leverage Clari’s capabilities. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s a bit of extra effort upfront.

Another thing is that some features, like the account module or certain analytics, require a bit more exploration and customization on our end to get the full value. Once it's set up, though, it runs smoothly and adds great insights!

Clari is helping us improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and deal risk identification. It makes it easier to align leadership on priorities by standardizing dashboards and cadences, so everyone’s looking at the same data in real-time. Clari has been our go to forecasting tool for several years and is used daily by the sales team. That said, it does so much more than that! This is a tool that every company should be using. It's easy to use and since many companies do use it, it's really easy to get new ramps set up quickly which saves time. It also integrates really well with Salesforce so the team always has what they need all in one place when forecasting. My favorite is all of the new features and betas they have. They continue to raise the bar for what they can do. They don't settle for status quo! As an admin, I really appreciate how easy it is to contact support and get issues resolved. We also have a stellar CSM so we are very fortunate!

There aren't any downsides to using Clari. Overall it's been a great tool and I can't imagine not having it at any company.

Nothing as of now, they are going good. One small suggestion is to improve their onboarding process and make it butter smooth by having multiple calls until the customers get comfortable using the platform.

Performance, long loading times
It is unnecessary to have to click into each subfield for the individual sales types and confirm the amount before it turns "green". I can't think of any reason why a different figure should be entered than the one resulting from the " "Core". 
I think it would be good if the sums were calculated according to sales stage, because there is already a percentage weighting. That is more realistic. 
It would also be helpful to have a field for the forecast high and forecast low in which you could include the opptys that you see as the basis for the figure. Maybe again with the percentage weighting, if my suggestion regarding the sales stages cannot be implemented. 
In addition, I generally miss a field where you can write an acceptance, which just comes without an oppty. In the territory, there will always be small orders or even orders for which there was previously no oppty. For smaller sales, the distribution does not even make a deal reg or oppty until the order is placed, but offers it to the partner independently at standard conditions. In a quarter, however, quite a lot comes together. You know from experience how much that is every quarter.

Clari Support is probably one of the best support teams I've worked with on any platform. They're responsive, they're helpful and usually have a fix out quickly.

I appreciate the ease of use for users, it keeps them focused on what exactly it is that they need to be focused on without all the noise that can sometimes exist in a CRM.

There's no sandbox environment for when an admin is making changes. Recently we changed Opportunity Types and had to update our queries. Since there's no sandbox to make sure those queries are running correctly, there was a lot of anxiety around making those changes. Especially because there are people working out of Clari while we're making live changes. 

There also seemed to be holes with our integration, especially when it came to Groove and activities in general. 

I also wish it was easier for Clari Admins to create signals without having to rely so heavily on Support. While I love the Support team, I wish this was something Admins had more control over.

I love that I can easily see how I’m tracking against my KPIs while I’m working.

Sometimes there are delays when syncing and when identifying split sales.

It makes it easy for me to see what I’ve achieved so far and what I still need to finalise to receive more commission.

Clari solves the problem of inaccurate revenue forecasting and lack of visibility into deals. By analyzing pipeline data with AI and providing actionable insights, it helps sales leaders predict revenue with confidence, identify risks early, and take corrective actions. This ensures more predictable growth and better collaboration across teams.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

I like how clean Clari is. It is well organized and easy to navigate, which really keeps me in check. Clari also ensures I am on time with my outreaches and saves me time with my meeting notes.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

There are some small flaws in the email organization with Groove. When writing an email, it's not very organized, especially with the buttons and management. I also wish there was an easier way to see the emails I have scheduled to be sent out, without having to go through each individual flow.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Clari for managing flows and documenting meetings, ensuring timely outreaches, and saving time with meeting notes.
