I wish it had a better view and worked better as a singular platform. This may be an issue for nyself only as we use it with Salesforce so haveing to keep track of things in multiple spots ends up making more work for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

-Reports of the cadences can be confusing.
-When adding contacts via CSV file to a cadence; even i select the cadence in advance and then we upluoad the file, it requires me to select the cadence again at the end of the upload.

I like the part where inbound calls are automatically recognized by the software of which account it's connected to so that we'll hav full visibility of what they might be calling about.
The ability to customize a cadence depending on what you are trying to achieve is beneficial to easily know who you've already spoken to and the numbers you've already tried to dial in order to attempt connection.
To connect salesloft to salesforce is best as they would be able to communicate with each other on what your conversation was all about and to have visibility on what steps should be taken next.

The fact that we have to select contacts on the account and manually add them to salesloft is inefficient. We have to click each name on saleforce then add them each to salesloft consumes 2 hours of my time in a day.

Salesloft let's you create email cadences with specific information to attract potential clients to work with you. You can set up as many emails and how often they go out so you stay top of mind to a potential client.

I found it somewhat useful in may last business, where we had the BizOps and Sales Enablement capaicty to set it up correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a smaller team without BizOps and Sales Enablement to configure, our reps found it low-value and we found usage was low. When we tried to cancel more than a month before the renewal date, they insisted on a wildly high 60 day notice period buried in a hard-to-find MSA (not even on the contract we signed!), forcing an annual renewal for >$10k of software we aren't using or getting any value for. When I pointed out the lack of care of customer ROI to the rep, I was given a legalistic response - which is everything you need to know about their customer practices. The best thing about sales loft is that it will reflect all your logged calls with their notes and all your emails along with the text messages. So when you open a contact on salesloft you don't have to go back n forth looking for notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Salesloft streamlines majority of my sales deals in an a unified, user friendly dashboard. I can easily track calls, emails, metrics, and follow ups all in one place! This has made my sales strategy massively efficient, leading to more deals won. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I can build my own cadences, get in touch with lead in differents approaches and don't need to go to other websites to so that, like, having to enter linkedin to send a message or making a cold call, I can do that all by salesloft. Salesloft helps the team to become successful my making the outreach much better and easier. It's call and email features help follow ups and makes it super easy. Eliminates the repetitive tasks usually required in SalesForce and does most of the heavy lifting to push your through your outreach instead of you having to pull yourself through it task by task and follow up task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was a way to delete my old cadences, I still have not found a way to delete my old ones. Also there is no way to log dials not attached to a contact in SalesLoft. I am supposed to be doing all my calls in SaleLoft but I will always call a potential contact first before adding them into SalesLoft to vet them which means all my first calls to them are not counted.
