I have nothing bad to say, I do wish that when clients confirmed meeting that it would be done through Salesloft and appear on my google calendar Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- ability to organize tasks by type, time zone, AI prioritization, etc
- cadences are easy to build and implement
- customer support is attentive and helpful
- phenominal data/metric tracking and visualization
- itegrates well with Salesforce, chrome, and outlook/gmail Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- LinkedIn integration requires an enterprise level LI subscription
- When tasks are rescheduled, it resets the date. It would be nice to see when tasks are originally created and even the dates that changes were made
- The multitouch feature sometimes disrupts my flow by isolating the connected tasks rather than displaying the normal rhythm view. (This especially applies when I am sorting by task type) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do like the ability to stay engaged with my prospects. I like running the Cadence platform, and the features that are automated. I do like how I can update in Salesloft and it updates into Salesforce. I love how I can track opens of the email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Phone calls - The default setting is the office phone number. The user does not have the ability to set the mobile number as the default.
2. Cadence - If you have a call with a prospect that is not interested or not now and your remove them from the Cadence, the system will not allow you to send a follow-up email. I have to close the system out, go back in, find the prospect and then send an email.
3. Deals - Once I have a prospect in a Deal, I am unable to remove them.
4. Text - If I text in SalesLoft it is not sent from my phone number, it shoud give me the option to do so.
5. App - It will not let me call outside of the app. If I do make a call from the app it does not make the call from my phone number and that is not consistent with Salesloft. It will not let me copy the number and I have to manually key in the number to the phone.
6. Clicks - Feature is junk. When you send an email with a website link, it instantly indicates that the link has been clicked on, all within a few minutes. When you go back into the system it shows that the email has been opened in about 9 different countries as it is bouncing off of servers however the email has not even been opened.
7. Task or Cadence - Does not have a skip feature. When going through a cadence or a tasks.
HubSpot - has a great feature that is integrated into the users email. If I send an email that doesn't not have an account associated with it, it automatically creates an account. Would be a nice feature. That way we a not bogged down to create a full account, but it can be easily done once there is customer engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The peace of mind salesloft provide. Salesloft allows me to exchange time lost for accelerating my lead generating and preperation. Saleloft really allows you to practice a work / life balance. Working remotely, I have peace of mind that I've hit my goals (keeping me accountable) and on track to hit my targets. With this relief it makes it easier to walk away from my computer and focus on my family. Given I work remotely, this has been a blessing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It could just be me and I just unaware of the process, however I wish it was easier to resend an email that bounced. There's certian criterias where Salesloft will automatically remove a lead from your cadence (which is great), however I wish there was a quick, easy way to put them back and onto the previous step, if I decided I want to continue pursuit. It has significantly improved our sales process by helping us engage with prospects more efficiently. I like that the platform is straighforward and the mobile app and browser extension is very helpful in tracking notifications and updates and also seamlessly integrates with other tools like Gmail, LinkedIn and ZoomInfo. The setup takes time and the reporting features could be more customizable to fit our needs better. Some other features are also locked into upgrading to a higher subscription which limits our ability to it's potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
How simple it is to export prospects from salesforce into salesloft and drop them into a cadence and how salesloft tells me who is already actively in a cadence is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For email cadences, I have to manually remove everyone who I import from salesforce who doesn't have an email. The cadence will stop running and give a "email missing" red triangle next to the cadence and will only start working again once I manually remove the people who didn't have an email. This is very time consuming and it would be nice if the cadence would automatically skip people who were imported by accident with no emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Salesloft is a fantastic software for sales, and can be used with a large org or a small company trying to automate and track the results of their messaging. It's functions as a CRM if needed, and can allow you create campaigns and streamline messaging and outreach. It also allows you to track engagement and be able to respond quickly. I reccommend Salesloft to everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There honeslty isn't anything I dislike about Salesloft, it's one of my favorite sales tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've used several dialers at different companies, and Salesloft is my favorite.
Salesloft makes calling someone easy. And sending bulk emails. Cadences are a great way to control pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No one has made a perfect dialer, but if you have to use one, Salesloft is the best option you could go with.
There isn't a good filter function for anything beyond certain fields, the inbound calling function is bizarre (Why do I have a browser tab for the entire system, except inbound calls have to route through a completely separate pop-up window?), and the individual user profile controls are limited, even with higher levels of access. SalesLoft allows me to coach more effectively with conversation intelligence also takes the guesswork out of pipeline management for my reps with the deals function Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't say that there is much I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Most helpful for cold calls are the cadences. You add people to your cadence, and Salesloft will remind you every day which task you need to perform, and some of the tasks can be automated. Implementation and integration is a breeze. The introductory trainings were incredibly helpful. I use this every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some minor details to improve, for example, when an email is sent through Salesloft with an attachment, the attachment will not be visible after sending. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
