What do you like best about Salesloft?

I think the automation tool is great. It keeps you on track with your call goals and expectations. I also like how you can see email open rates, clicks, and replies! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I feel like the leads/people section could be improved. Filtering is difficult in salesloft, especially compared to salesforce. I think there can be a lot more done about the filtering process and being able to find leads/create lists on salesloft. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesloft?

I love using Salesloft because it allows me to start work everyday with a clear path of the tasks I need to get done. I love the Rhythm tab on Salesloft. It helps me decide which tasks I should prioritize. It is very user friendly, it was easy for me to learn initially and easy to navigate. Customer support responds quickly when I have an issue. What do you dislike about Salesloft?

Sometimes my cadences and rhythm can get disorganized. Incoming occasionally do not ring or notify me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Salesloft helps me stay on top of my cold calls and emails by keeping everything organized and efficient. It lets me automate followups, track engagement, and personalize outreach at scale so I can focus on having better conversations instead of just keeping up with admin work. Plus, the analytics show me what’s working and what’s not, so I can tweak my approach in real-time. What do you like best about Salesloft?

What do you dislike about Salesloft?

I have been a Salesloft customer for 3 years, things started out well but they never updated features or technology in that entire period. Outbound email best practices are not possible with Salesloft and it will ensure poor email deliverability, limited campaign options, and a lack of integrations to new sales tech

Worst of all was my customer service experience. I noticed an annual auto renewal hit my credit card and informed their billing and customer service immediately that I did not plan to renew and that I would like a refund. They refused completely and wouldn’t compromise in any way. They referenced an email about billing that went to my spam, this info in inaccessible on their platform, and they felt completely entitled to keep all of my annual fee.

I'm sorry to hear your frustrations around the product and feel that the enforcement of our contract terms was unfair.

We adhere to these terms for all customers in order to provide equal service to all customers.

What do you like best about Salesloft?

This is probably to date, the best outreach tool that i've used.

Has so many filtering capabilities based on what you are looking for from the people you have reached out to.

If you are an organized seller, you can really take advantage of the workflows that it provides in terms of contact filtration and making good lists from the data you have in the tool.

It has a decent learning curve for the advanced workflows but is an absolute game changer once you know how to use it to your advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesloft?

- I wish it had a little more fine grained filtering options for certain tabs that it currently does not have.

- Frequently, caller ID appears as "Scam Likely" on prospects phones. From what i've heard, Phoneburner doesn't have this issue.

- Texting is not seamless and is very manual when reaching out to prospects.

- Dropping voicemails has a delay and some of the messaging in the dropped voicemail gets lost.

- Would be great if there was a way to automatically drop the voicemail for you not having to toggle in after every dial ending. Would make the workflow much superior to how it is currently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesloft?

Salesloft makes outreach timely, user friendly, personalized and collaborative. I've used Salesloft for three years as a BDR and I can confidently say it is a must have tool to drive business. Salesloft seemlessly integrates with Salesforce, provides personalized short cuts to make persoanlized outreach simplisitic, and the completely customizable cadences allow for sharing across all users. I also enjoy Salesloft's converstions tab to review prior calls, It gives a quick summary, talk ratio and helpful insights to improve my call quality and ensure I am focusing more on my customer. I spend my entire day in Salesloft and rely on the day reminders for calls/emails to keep me exceeding and meeting my KPIs. I highly recommend Salesloft to all business development teams. What do you dislike about Salesloft?

What do you like best about Salesloft?

I absolutely love cadences and how easy it is to create them for targeted use and consistent messaging. I'm not the most organized person, so ensuring I am making outreaches with proper spacing and messaging is amazing. Being able to listen back to my calls was something I never thought would be so valuable from both a info perspective but also from a coaching perspective. The analytics is just the right amount showing you how your efforts stack up against your peers. Insight into cadence performance such as number of views, clicks or replies along with which prospects are showing interest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesloft?

I like that you can view by email, call, notes etc., but I wish it were easier to add an additional filter of call sentiment or disposition. What do you like best about Salesloft?

While our experience with Salesloft's sales team and customer service was extremely disappointing, the product itself did have some useful features that helped us with our SDR process. However, the company's aggressive sales tactics and inflexibility ultimately outweighed any potential benefits. What do you dislike about Salesloft?

We purchased Salesloft's product a year ago, and upon signing up, we were led to believe that we were committing to a one-year contract with a clear start and end date. However, their Master Service Agreement (MSA) states that the product will auto-renew unless otherwise specified on the order form. Despite the order form indicating a one-year subscription, Salesloft claims that we are subject to auto-renewal.

The company makes it difficult to cancel by requiring a 60-day notice period and forcing customers to speak with a sales agent.

When the subscription renews, they send threatening emails and attempt to coerce customers into prepaying for the entire year or risk being sent to collections. This lack of empathy and transparency is concerning.

As a business owner with over 20 years of experience, I have never encountered such aggressive renewal tactics.

Salesloft's pushy sales team has been trying to increase our licenses, threatening a 7% annual increment if we don't comply. When we attempted to reduce our licenses, they claimed that we needed to notify them 60 days in advance, which was not possible.

We are now being forced to renew at a higher rate per year, with no option to reduce our licenses.

This inflexibility and disregard for customer service are major red flags. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering Salesloft, as their tactics can be detrimental to customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesloft?

What do you dislike about Salesloft?

That there is no reverse function when you type your message. Like the one you can find when writing an email in outlook, if you change your mind, and you want to go back to an earlier version of the message, as far as I can see, that cannot be done. You will then either re/write the message *always time consuming to have to type all over again, and you will always miss something from past writing ..... I would love to such a function added. Right now, I have to just close the message without saving and start all over with my initial blanket email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have a huge market to cover with +15 countries in EMEA. I wouldn't be able to reach all of leads in each country with consistency - a consistency that is key to the results. Instead it would have been a sporadic here and there across the region, and a very stressed BD who would not be able to reach target goals in terms of delivery of opportunities. What do you like best about Salesloft?

Easy to learn and use for an entry level SDR. Functionalities available to add all kind of information regarding a conversation history with a prospect. Notes, pins, alternative numbers, call notes etc.
