The employees at Pingboard are very informative and helpful. I really enjoy attending their various webinars where they talk about updates to the platform and other HR subjects in relation with Pingboard's features. Pingboard currently serves our main need of providing an Org Chart and giving our employees visibility of our hierarchy and reporting structure. There are also various bonus features that I enjoy like being able to have a company calendar that displays holiday schedules, birthdays, and anniversaries. Though I greatly enjoy that Pingboard has a survey feature, it can be a little difficult to review the results. Within the platform it is a bit tedious and clunky to review all of the feedback, and downloading it in excel doesn't provide easy viewing. I also use the survey feature to conduct contests where employees have to guess right answers, so it would be helpful if Pingboard had a feature for that, similar to the Survey tool. Ease of use. I haven't had a chance to look at the tutorials yet and I was able to implement it in the mean time. I like the support as well. They are very responsive whenever I send a chat. This is my first time using Pingboard at a company and honestly, it is one of the better org charts that I've used in a long time. I love how you can search for employees in a variety of different ways and have it in org view and single view.

Although I love the overall view of pingboard for the org chart, it does zoom in and out fairly far. I find myself toggling in and out to get all of the information that I need. It would be great to have the system have a list of solely names and titles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has a really nice chart to display the way the company is organized, who does what, and who's the person in charge. In a remote workforce situation, we constantly need to know who is who...especially in a global organization. Pingboard makes it super easy to take a peek at org charts & reporting structures to make decisions on who to go to internally for certain topics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's really no downside that I've seen. The only thing that might be of note is that its celebrate/shout out feature might be redundant depending on the rest of your org's tech stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It provides a customizable chat that visually represents the herrrical structure of the team and department. It provides a centralized library to get the employee information complete profile. Org Chart is intuitive and easy to use.

Great "who is who" quiz to help onboard new employees.

Support is terribly slow.

So many bugs:

- Multiple google workspace domain doesn't work

- 1:1 meeting doesn't sync with the right Google Calendar events

- We don't even have the Google Calendar integration settings available to us for some reason

It is very user-friendly; it took me just a day to learn how to use it and navigate its different features; compared to other solutions, it is pretty straightforward and faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Actually, I can't recall disliking something specific about it, maybe the way the company structure diagram was presented; you had to zoom in and out constantly when using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it is not easy to find individuals once the organization is large enough. When the group was around 300 employees, it was easier to navigate than when we hit 600 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
