The team who supported us during the intergration and implementation stages, plus those who support us ongoing have been fantastic, nothing is too much of an ask! (Very refreshing vs other suppliers!)

The only downside is the template management aspect. When you create a base template and then add it to the campaign, if you update the base template, it doesnt automatically update the template within the campaign (so you basically have to update your templates twice). I have been able to see many different people be trained to use Iterable using their provided training moduals and I am impressed at how easily new users gain proficiency with the system. That being said, there is enough depth to be able to handle our automation and communication needs completly without the need of external systems. I use Iterable every day and am impressed with how versatile and easy it has been to impliment across our organization. I love iterable because it has iterable academy which offers free training for certified sms marketing and training on how to set up and use iterable.
