What do you like best about Braze?

I liked its feature to segment customers based on their characteristics, engagements, and attributes. And then, it becomes easy to target automated campaigns on a defined customer segment. Some unique tools like smart channels enhanced the effectiveness of our campaigns Using its in-app messaging feature, it is easy to make the user aware of the latest updates. What do you dislike about Braze?

So far, I haven't come across any drawbacks of using Braze. Initial learning could be steep for a few people. Once you get used to it, it's quite easy to work with it. From the functions and features point of view, Braze is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm working part-time on our university's IT project that needs to sell our products to the right customers. Braze helped us in segmenting customers and then reach the right audience. Now, we're executing campaigns more efficiently than it was done earlier. Moreover, the canvas feature helped a lot in creating perfect user journeys. Overall, it has boosted our productivity of marketing campaigns with multichannel support, availability of complex marketing automations, and a great customer support team. What do you like best about Braze?

Braze is extremely easy to pick up for anyone who has familiarity with similar platforms. The userface is intuitive, and canvases are very visual which makes it easy to understand other users' set ups. I was lucky in my work with Braze to have excellent customer success managers, who offered great guidance and support in using the product to its full potential. What do you dislike about Braze?

There's nothing I particularly disliked about Braze, however there were areas where I can see room for future updates. User experience could be improved in terms of organisation of canvases. We heavily used tags but it wasn't always easy to find where things were kept. What do you like best about Braze?

Really intuitive, clear, and easy to navigate UI/UX. Customer Success Reps are great (shoutout Arjun Kumar and Raf Chowaniec). Very good sending capabilities, felt confident in our deliverability within Braze and our good domain/IP reputation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braze?

Braze could use a lot of work regarding their reporting and anaytics campaibilities within the system. I understand they intend for you to migrate your data out and do analytics on another platform internally, but this creates friction and extra work. Really need to work on their revenue reporting, as that's most important to most executive leaderships. Last Click reporting is CRITICAL, and Braze is severly lacking regarding this functionality. What do you like best about Braze?

Braze is an easy to use, helpful tool for scheduling mobile device push alerts days and even weeks in advance. I can use it to successfully schedule alerts for my role as a Digital Content Manager and provide my audience with news when they need it directly to their devices. What do you dislike about Braze?

Braze has had some service outages this past year which prevented me from sending alerts in a timely fashion. This was detrimental to my business as a journalist, particularly in the online space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Braze solving and how is that benefiting you?

Braze solves the issue of not having staff available on weekends to manually send push alerts. Using the software, I am easily able to schedule push alerts days in advance to be send when and how I want them without additional intervention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Braze?

First and foremost Braze has an excellent Customer Success team who is always available for correspondence via email or Slack, and they will have monthly check-ins with you to ensure Braze is meeting your goals and expectations. You develop a true 1:1 relationship with your CSM and genuinely feel like you are important to Braze. For me, this is a big difference between Braze and other ESPs.

As for the tool itself, Braze is a tool we use every single day and is a core component of our business. It is easy to get engagement metrics at a glance or by individual campaign, and there are a lot of complex use cases within Braze that we have used to increase user engagement and conversion. These include liquid logic, which has allowed us to take personalization within our communications to new heights and the segment builder, which allows infinite filters so that we can target the right users at the right time.

Canvas Builder makes it easy to create multi-channel touchpoints to the same users, and meet the needs of your customers at every step of the user journey. We have revamped or launched almost 10 completely different canvases just within the last 12 months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braze?

The Braze Technical Support team is very busy, which is understandable, but I do feel like at times they deprioritize your ticket, even if you feel it is an urgent need for your business. It is important to stay on top of them and to continuously promote a sense of urgency or occasionally your tickets will be treated as less serious than other than have received.

The other area Braze is a little more difficult than other ESPs is with click-through link tracking of specific links. This is not an out-of-the box feature that most ESPs have, and to track clicks of a specific link you must add the link alias product (it is free) and change the way your links look and how the aliases are tracked alongside the UTM tracking. It is something that is overall pretty minor, but genuinely is annoying when you are looking to target users who clicked a specific CTA and not just anywhere in the message.

Braze is also constantly changing how the interface looks, and it gets confusing where to find things everytime they make the change. By the time you understand the menus, they have changed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Braze?

What do you like best about Braze?

Braze is an extremely intuitive and user-friendly platform that allows our teams to execute on our ideas with ease. I've used Braze for more than 5 years throughout my career across multiple industries, and the platform continues to advance and innovate to remain the industry leader in the space. What I appreciate most about Braze outside of it being a great platform, is the level of support we receive from our CS team. Achieving personlization through liquid logic can be challenging, but this has largely been addressed with the recent addition of the Braze AI Assistant, that can fully code your liquid logic based on a simple text prompt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Braze?

1. Braze is having a very user friendly, intuitive interface, and all the options are available for self-browsing and self-teaching.

2. It's having a lot of possibilites to connect with the rest of company tech stack.

1. It's solving the user segmentation topic - once segments are created, they are being updated real-life and can be used in endless flows & campaigns.

2. Testing - it's easy to test all campaigns and flows internally across all of our employees.

3. Possibility of creating automated dynamic content through APIs that fetch data directly from our product: allows us to send users personalized & relevant content without manual input.

4. It's having all of user data being stored in one place - possibility of counting the segments, previewing users, executing mobile & email campaigns
