I really love how robust Braze is. We're able to bring in Segment data from our mobile app and build out a more robust in-app marketing experience. Our team also appreciates inboxvision to see how our emails will be received in different inbox providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Braze? I really dislike the onboarding and customer support experience. I'm not quite sure how the Bronze package is supposed to go but we've had an onboarding consultant who doesn't know much about the platform in terms of our specific niche use cases and support tickets that take 2-3 days to be responded to when our I.P. warming is failing. The integration documentation and revenue attribution documentation is outdated and our onboarding partner tells us that Braze is getting rid of it's products section but cannot tell us how to bring revenue attribution into our platform. When asked if Braze will even have revenue attribution, I was told they weren't sure. Which is the main reason we chose Braze over a competitor. Implementing Braze has actually been such a bad experience and left us to have to dig to find things ourselves because we have an onboarding consultant that doesn't know a lot about the platform. Integrating Shopify events isn't straigth forward or user friendly at all even though it appears to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
