The journey builder and automation features are especially helpful in running multiple campaigns efficiently without much manual effort.
I also appreciate the analytics and reporting, which give clear insights into campaign performance and help with optimization. The UI has become more intuitive compared to earlier, making navigation smoother.
That said, there is still some scope for improvement in terms of speed and occasional lag while handling large datasets. A few advanced features could also be more user-friendly.
