What I like about moengage is the user property and user affinity they provide to make customer targeting soo easy, and the RFM Segmentations that will help us target users on the correct time and creatine different user Funnels Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Integration of moengage is a little tricky. It needs connections to connect to them and data from various CRM providers and outside parties.also some unwanted backend errors there were problem in creating and running campaign in moengage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MoEngage offers a wide range of features that make user engagement easier. What I like best is the Personalization, which allows me to create customized campaigns, ensuring I target the right audience with relevant content. I also like the User Segmentation feature for refining my audience. Additionally, the platform’s Comprehensive Analytics provide detailed reports on user behavior and engagement with my campaigns. I’ve been using MoEngage for some time now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the capabilities and performance of the platform. It’s a comprehensive tool that has significantly streamlined our customer engagement efforts.

I rate MoEngage very highly overall, as it’s been an excellent tool for our customer engagement needs. However, I’ve noticed that when creating large flows, the platform sometimes experiences lag. On occasion, this lag has caused us to lose all our changes unexpectedly. While MoEngage offers an auto-save feature for campaigns, I believe implementing a similar auto-save functionality for flows would be a valuable improvement. MoEngage offers amazing services, including the support team and the Account handler. The Account handler helps with all integration aspects which is good. The Features available to work on are amazing & proper detailed information on each feature is available. They are always ready to explore new options and friendly enough to help with every problem.
