
I like how easy it is to create and manage user journeys with MoEngage without needing heavy technical support. The journey builder is impressive, allowing our team to quickly set up campaigns like onboarding reminders and re-engagement flows. I really appreciate the segmentation capability because we can create very specific user segments based on behavior, which makes our campaigns more targeted and effective. From a QA perspective, it's helpful that we can easily track whether campaigns are triggering correctly and monitor user flow. The analytics dashboard is another strong point as it gives clear insights into campaign performance like opens, clicks, and conversions, helping us make quick improvements. MoEngage is a reliable tool for managing customer engagement, and its ease of use and flexible journey creation were key reasons for our switch from CleverTap. While MoEngage is overall a strong platform, there are few areas that could be improved. One challenge we face is with complex segmentation and journey conditions when multiple filters or rules are applied, it can become a bit difficult to debug. The UI generally good, but some sections feel slightly cluttered when managing multiple campaigns or detailed configurations, which can slow down navigation. It takes a bit of time for new users to get fully comfortable with all features.
