MoEngage helps us to create easy user funnels to analyse data and to create easy user journeys with personalised content. What do you like best about MoEngage?

MoEngage offers a wide range of features that make user engagement easier. What I like best is the Personalization, which allows me to create customized campaigns, ensuring I target the right audience with relevant content. What do you like best about MoEngage?

I’ve been using MoEngage for some time now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the capabilities and performance of the platform. It’s a comprehensive tool that has significantly streamlined our customer engagement efforts.

What do you dislike about MoEngage?

I rate MoEngage very highly overall, as it’s been an excellent tool for our customer engagement needs. However, I’ve noticed that when creating large flows, the platform sometimes experiences lag. On occasion, this lag has caused us to lose all our changes unexpectedly. While MoEngage offers an auto-save feature for campaigns, I believe implementing a similar auto-save functionality for flows would be a valuable improvement. We’ve noticed that it currently doesn’t support multiple CTA templates on WhatsApp. Once this feature is added, it will significantly enhance our ability to personalize communications and offer customers the convenience of calling and purchasing directly from a single message. Marketing about our product was a major problem in our company but with MoEngage marketing became easier.
