Unfortunately they have not made an effort to make updates to the tool. They have the same options that they offered more than 5 years ago, there are other alternatives that have many more features at a more affordable price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Good simple and educational interface regarding usage, plenty of tools to accompany the client from the beginning to the end of the service, good reminders and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenvia Conversion?

When receiving a lead from Facebook and trying a new conversation with the client, you need to add WhatsApp, thus generating another new lead, not being able to merge the two in the same conversation. For example, adding the number to the Facebook contact, I can't switch to WhatsApp in the same conversation, and once added on Facebook, I can't talk to them anymore unless I add them to my personal phone. What do you like best about Zenvia Conversion?

Your company can have a cYour company can observe the actions of the sales team, analyze what are the forms of interaction of its customers and potential customers in real time.

In addition to having CRM functions.

You can have different groups for different sales teams either by geographic region or by different business units of your company (Only in the pro plan) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenvia Conversion?

You only can contact leads using templates, for having a real conversations with customers only exist 2 ways, people answer your template message, or people start the talk first.

The plataform have some server conection issues. The server down frecuenly a few times at month. The app no works pretty good.

A member cannot join in two different teams, using pro plan you may think that you should have a supervisor for your entire company, but in Sirena you will need to buy more user licenses for having the same person in two teams.

the rules for assigning candidates could be broader.

Integration platforms and data sources fall short.

Que tiene demasiadas limitantes, solo el grupo padre puede tener acceso a los contactos de todos los demás y eso entorpece la comunicación. Si bien, nos es fácil tener algunas veces una respuesta al final no nos ayuda a tener una producción del 100%. Tienes erores constantemente, los asesores de soporte no buscan una solución o simplemente no tienen el conocimiento para dar una. Es demasiado costoso si tienes un gran número de clientes, No se pueden hacer cargas masivas con asignaciones de asesor, no sirve para comunicación entre varias áreas. No se puede configurar más de 1 mesaje de ausencia, no se pueden modificar las preguntas del bot ni el orden. Si bien nos ayuda, tenemos que apoyarnos algunos otros medios de contacto. The ability to use WhatsApp professionally in my business. Prior to Sirena, I did it, and although WhatsApp is an effective tool for sales, managing it added a time cost that was high until I discovered Sirena.
