I'm a consultant working with a client that has been implementing Qualified. Kaylin Selor, our success architect, has been an amazing resource and guide during the implementation process.
The client is early in "go live," but the sales team has been enthusiastically using the tool and booking meetings. Additionally, we've seen the AI SDR book meetings on the reps' behalf.

Qualified is an incredibly user-friendly and powerful tool for setting up chatbots and streamlining lead generation. One of its biggest advantages is that it’s designed for both beginners and advanced users, making configuration seamless. Integrations with platforms like Salesforce and Account Engagement are effortless, allowing for smooth data flow and automation.
Additionally, Qualified continuously introduces new features that help maximize the platform’s potential. The AI-driven capabilities—such as AI-powered button experiences and offers—add significant value, enhancing engagement and personalization. Not necessarily a drawback, but some time ago, we wanted to collect additional fields in the new AI-driven offers that Qualified introduced. We raised this request with the team, and they were highly responsive—allowing us to participate in the testing process for this new feature. This is the pipeline generation tool your CRO doesn't even know they need.
Chat bots have been seen as lower tier labour for various reasons, but as we all know emails are not gonna make a difference in your pipeline, the phones are great now but they are gonna get clogged and blocked.
If you don't have content syndication & intent back leads from a vendor for outbound.
Qualified is the best way to quickly and effectively speak with prospects when they are on your site and ready to be helped. Wheter its by a human, or their robust ai tools, you will be serving your client better by doing this than sending emails from Salesloft.

I only dislike that due to the fact that most people are not given the space to excel on this tool, that average performance from AI features will saturate the market and make this be an uneffective tool over time.
I have had to fight people being warry of me being a bot more now. I have frequently told people "Hey, I am gonna get that form you are filling out, I promise I am a person and can help you now."
People love it, they crave human interaction, bots can be as accurate and perform consistently better average on average than your typical new hire SDR, but a tenured rep with usage of the tool can pull in 200-300k pipe a week easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Qualified delivers speed to leads. Something that our organization struggled with before Qualified was leads coming through and booking time with our BDRs, and it may have been five days out. Lily, our CSM, has been fantastic!! She has directed Bonterra in a great direction and is constantly trying to improve our processes. Over the course of 2 quarters, Qualified has:
- 60% meeting offered to book rate by AI SDR
-24/7 chat coverage with intelligent Q&A, qualification criteria, and goal prompting capabilities
-Saving BDRs time to work on other tasks and pipeline generating activities
-83 influenced meetings booked via Smart Forms / Buttons with previous AI SDR conversation

What I like best about Qualified is its combination of product quality, seamless integrations, and an outstanding Customer Success Team. From initial configuration to rollout for our Sales team, the platform has delivered exactly as advertised—quickly and reliably. That kind of dependability is rare in today’s software market.
Qualified's new AI Agent technology, Piper, has made remarkable strides over the past year, and I’m thrilled with the results we’re seeing so far. Qualified is continuously innovating to deliver features that enhance engagement and outcomes.
Regarding integration, Qualified is easy to work with—especially on Salesforce. Since it’s natively built to run on the Salesforce platform, the seamless integration allows us to maximize efficiency. We’ve also successfully integrated HubSpot and 6sense, which has further streamlined our marketing and sales workflows.
Finally, the Customer Success Team is simply world-class. Brittany, our CSM, feels like an extension of my team. This is the second business where I’ve had the privilege of working with her, and she’s consistently a delight—friendly, knowledgeable, and immensely capable. A downside to Qualified is that it’s a little pricey. However, compared to other players in the space, like Drift, the pricing is on par for a solution at this level. More importantly, the value Qualified delivers far outweighs the cost. We had an incredible experience with the customer success team, especially Britany, who made our implementation process seamless and efficient. Despite the tight timeline during the holidays, Britany kept us on track, ensuring all action items and deadlines were met.
She went above and beyond, providing excellent sales enablement training for both our Sales and BDR teams, which has already made a noticeable impact. The results speak for themselves—our AI agent is now booking meetings for us 24/7, even in multiple languages we don't speak!

We migrated to Qualified after having a rough experience with a different platform. Qualified has lived up to all of its promises and our CSM Jennifer has been amazing every step of the way. She is always very knowledgabe, happy to help us build out new rules, talk us through any proposed changes, and responsive. Its integration with Salesforce has also been a huge win. By bringing in Qualified we have been able to build credibility with our internal teams. Qualified was very hands-on when it came to answering any questions our marketing team had when it came to setting up this chat bot. Kayln Selor was an amazing success architect and met with my team and I at least once a week. Whether it was setting up rules, goals and content for our AI (Valerie), Kayln exceeded our expectations and got our chat bot launched on the day we desired. Valerie has been live for about 4 days now and has already had over 100 conversations and booked over 20 meetings. This is more than we could have expected and are highly satisfied with the results. When it comes to tracking and going over the chats Valerie has conducted, it is very simple to see the entire conversation and correct any mistakes she has made. I think the only issue we faced along the way was having connection issues with syncing outlook calendars to qualified. Although this was rapidly resolved and Kayln and her team was a tremendous help and would recommend Qualified to any team that is looking for Live Chat or AI chat on their web pages. The product features + next level support. Qualified at excels at what it does and is continuously innovating with new features. Every time something new comes up that we want to utilize or implement, it’s either already available, in the upcoming roadmap, or promptly backed as a feature request by our QSA.
But what truly sets Qualified apart is the exceptional support we’ve received from Qualified Success Architect, Shawn Gray. He is incredibly responsive, understands our short term and long term goals, and constantly provides suggestions on how we can take our strategy to the next level. We launched in three weeks and it's been one of the easiest launches I've every done. The platform is really easy to use, set up and make changes.
Our Qualified Success Architect was the best part. He was there with us every step of the way - setting us up, providing best practices and tips, answering all questions, being flexible, working with customer support, and helping us find solutions.
This is also just the beginning. There are so many things we can use this for - from custom experiences for different pages and localized sites to ABM and upsell options. It implements with a lot or our existing tech stack adding even more use.
