What do you like best about Birdeye?

The one area I'd love to see improved is load speed when navigating between locations. With so many locations under our account, it can take a bit longer than expected to pull up a specific one. What do you like best about Birdeye?

What I like best about Birdeye is how it brings everything into one place and actually drives results without adding more work.

The automation is the biggest win. Reviews get sent out consistently after move ins and move outs, follow ups happen automatically, and it keeps our locations generating steady feedback without relying on staff to remember.

I also like the visibility. Being able to see reviews, listings, messaging, and performance across all locations in one dashboard makes it easy to spot trends and fix issues quickly.

Another big plus is how it supports growth. The review volume helps with local SEO, builds trust with customers, and directly impacts rentals. It is not just a tool we use, it is something that actively helps drive business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

One of the main challenges with Birdeye is that some of the integrations and data tracking are not always as clear or reliable as they could be.

For example, tying reviews and leads back to specific marketing efforts or keywords can be difficult, especially when trying to measure true ROI. The Google keyword tracking and analytics side has felt limited or inconsistent at times.

There is also a bit of a learning curve with setup and customization. Things like automation rules, templates, and syncing with other systems take time to dial in, and small changes are not always as straightforward as you would expect.

What do you like best about Birdeye?

We really like how easy Birdeye is to use, especially when it comes to managing and responding to reviews. Being able to push consistent business information across multiple websites is also a major value for us. Birdeye’s customer service has been excellent; they’re responsive and consistently work to make sure everything is handled correctly. Overall, the platform combines ease of use, strong support, and several genuinely useful features. We had it up and running in about two weeks, and we now use Birdeye every day. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

What do you like best about Birdeye?

I use Birdeye on a daily basis for communicatin purposes with our patients. With this, Birdeye makes it very easy to build that personal connection with your clients with the easy to use texting system. Not to mention Birdeye's support team is always there on the drop of a hat to assist with any questins or issues you have with the program. Very delightful team. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

I wish Birdeye had the ability to send out "texting blasts" for marketing purposes. Also, I do wish Birdeye was able to make more of a "profile" for all contacts. I really like the customization features of Birdeye. It's crucial for us that the review requests appear as if they're coming directly from our clients, which helps in client engagement. Also, the initial setup of Birdeye is incredibly easy, thanks to the awesome support team. I would like it, when we have integration set up, sometimes they break. And we're not always made aware of that. That can be frustrating because I'm not checking the integrations, you know, truly. Ever after they're set up. So sometimes that happens and go a month without getting review requests. And that's a problem. So I would love to be more informed when integrations are down. What do you like best about Birdeye?

All of our reps have been amazing! We appreciate the responsiveness that they all have. I love that we can

respond to reviews right from the Birdeye dashboard and not have to log into each platform individually! I also love the dashboard so that I can see a quick snapshot of our overall reviews, our ratings on the top three review sites, our conversion rates for both mobile and email, our reviews over time and our NPS score and visitor summary.

Also, the reporting feature is super easy to use! The standard reports are powerful but you can also customize them for what you need. An added bonus is that we receive our FB & IG messenger messages on the platform also. We recently added surveys and those are working beautifully! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

The ONLY thing I dislike is that the phone number and email address that is used for patient texting and emailing is a 2-way line. What do you like best about Birdeye?

I use Birdeye for reputation management and take advantage of pretty much all of its AI tools. I love how it makes automating reviews easy, so we don't have to reach out to clients ourselves. Scheduling social media posts is a breeze, and the feature where it writes posts for us is fantastic—I simply approve them, and they go live. I'm also enjoying the Search AI, and while we're still learning more about it, I can already see it benefiting us by identifying gaps in our marketing. I like how Birdeye helps us monitor reviews for our company online and push positive reviews to our social media channels. It's valuable to have a heads up on both negative and positive reviews as they come in, allowing us to address them promptly. I appreciate the feature where Birdeye automatically answers many of the positive reviews for us, though I prefer to personally handle negative ones.
