Being able to schedule and post content across multi-locations via social media platforms and being able to manage those locations too.
We're able to monitor and respond to customer reviews across Google and Facebook by creating am automate review reponse which helps us maintain consistency and efficiency do to a busy work enviroment.
The newest addition of AI-powered insights and automation - We dig! The recommendatons for responses and text wording has been an encouraging new feature that we've enjoyed since it's been added!
Upsides for us have been many but reducing the need for multiple tools by consolidating marketing efforts into one platform speaks volumes for our company.

I would like to see better data-driven marketing analytics and performance reports that show accurate data from the online foot traffic we receive that helps us remain visible to the world-wide web. If we had accurate reporting data from the platform perhaps what is currently offered on SOCi as far as insights into customer sentiment and trends woul dbe more visible and able for us to understand.
Tracking meaures and reporting of our work or content we post would maximize our company's ad budget. We could focus on what's high perfomring and reevaluate what is not.

While SOCi excels in many areas, some features, like posting Facebook Stories or going live, aren’t available. Some of these limitations stem from Meta’s restrictions, but it would be great to see more functionality in these areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's user friendly and allows you to implement your own designs and photos into each posting. I've not had to use customer support yet but it's good to know it's available. I use Soci at least 5 times a month as I try to post a month in advance which is also another great feature because I can get all of my postings done in one day if I want to to help allow time for other things during the month. Finding the right things to post and making time to do it is difficult...Soci makes it so easy to post interesting, relatable information so that my clients keep me top of mind. The fact that you can schedule posts well in advance and track the reaction of viewers. I also really like that you can comment back from soci on any connected platform like Linkedin, Facebook and yelp. It also goes well with Canva Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I have a dedicated Customer Success Manager to meet with me often to discuss performance and industry updates. She's proactive and answers any question I have. The features of the SOCi platform are wonderful and help tell the story of our local presence to executive teams. The new SOCi platform is easy to use and has tons of reporting options! SOCi makes it easy to manage multiple social media accounts and online reviews all in one place. The scheduling tools are straightforward, and I love being able to track engagement and respond to residents quickly. It saves a lot of time compared to manually posting across different platforms. Sometimes the platform can lag a bit, especially when scheduling multiple posts at once. Also, the reporting features could be more detailed—I’d love more customization in analytics to better track performance. But overall, it gets the job done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Soci has allowed our company to post on behalf of our local franchise locations with ease, as well as post schedules for social content ahead of time. We love referring franchise locations to the library of past assets, rather than have to keep a separate library somewhere else. I also love the new(ish) reporting features. I wish the reporting emails were more comprehensive, and instead of a link to a report, I could get a weekly, monthly summary sent directly to my email. I also wish that certain glitches were worked out, for exmaple - posting carousels (PDF files) to linkedin. We need to post to linkedin directly for certain cotent which eliminates the reporting on those posts within Soci.
I have found over the years that customer support has almost been completely eliminated. I used to have montly calls with CSMs, but suddenly they started included sales individuals, and if we did not upgrade to new products, I stop hearing from the CSM. I have just begun using SOCi. I am not very very well versed in the social media world. SOCi helps me manage and create content for my business pages. The SOCi University they offer to help guide me through all the features is a huge help. Soci feels like it will be very easy to use and implement into daily, and weekly use for my company. SoCi has been a game-changer for managing the social media platforms. Working in the apartment industry oftentimes you are busy with work and deadlines and SOCI helps with the scheduling of posts. SoCI has made it easier to market our community effectively and maintain a strong online presence accessible to all of our staff so we know if someone scheduled a post and make sure we are not duplicating any posts. While SOCI has been very helpful there is one feature that would make it even better the ability to save posts that are created through Canva in a gallery for future use, with the option to edit them later. Sometimes I'd like to be able to use the same post but edit it to use the current information without having to recreate it. Often its multiple users in our office and we all have different ideas that merge in our work and being able to edit posts that are saved would be amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
