Ce que j'aime le plus c'est la facilité de la configuration d'un bot dans Botpress. Pas besoin de configurer un NLU (Natural Language Uderstanding) comme dans d'autres plateformes. Au départ l'interface de Botpress Studio peut sembler intimidante avec les workflow et tout, mais il suffit de lire la documentation et regarder quelques tutos pour comprendre comment cela fonctionne. Les IA transitions sont également un gros point fort pour fluidifier les workflows. Egalement la simplicité de la connexion du bot à des systèmes externes via des API sont un grand atout, je l'ai particulièrement utilisé afin de permettre à mon bot de renseigner des formulaires disponibles sur un serveur externe avec des infos données par l'utilisateur. La limite fixée à 5$ pour l'utilisation de l'IA est pour moi un gros frein. Cela devrait être passable si cette limite était appliquée lorsque le bot était utilisée en production, mais le fait que la limite s'applique même dans le simulateur du bot lors des test dans le Botpress Studio est un gros frein pour le développement d'un bot. Etant donnée que dans une entreprise, une solution n'est approuvée et financée que si son efficacité est prouvée, on ne peut pas souscrire à un abonnement Team ou Enterprise si la solution Botpress n'a pas déjà été validée. Et pour qu'elle soit validée, le bot doit être prêt au moins à 60% et présenté. Mais la limite à 5$, qui s'applique même lors des test, rend la configuration du bot très lente, vu que la limite est très vite atteinte et il faut attendre le mois suivant. I would like there to be more classes on the YouTube channel, as it was an important source of learning but they no longer update it. I have in mind that what is missing in Botpress is the lack of 24-hour customer support, because, in some cases, I need to use it in the middle of the night and they take a long time to respond, and when they do respond, they take a long time to solve my problems, this is what most impacts the quality of the product. The cost of the platform and integrated services varies greatly without prior notice, for example in December with the same user 5 bots could be created and now only 1 and the cost of incoming messages is from 500 messages and it becomes very expensive for the client. I love that it is super easy to use. It is also well thought out, with a video guiding you through every step. There is also a lot of documentation that you can refer to. I run an AI and automation marketing agency and have zero coding knowledge, but I have experience using other no-code chatbot platforms. If you are not the kind of person who reads or watches videos to learn, then you might not be able to catch up. Yes, it's very easy to set up, but if you want to build a more complex AI bot, there are things you need to dig deeper into; hence, there are some learning curves. The botpress studio is sometimes very annoying because it gets unresponsive sometimes and have to reload it. Other times the log window gets in my way and I can't hide it.
Code execution errors are very general, so is difficult to debug the code.

Botpress's retrieval augmented generation is top of the line. With very detailed, often very similar different bits of information it its knowledge base, we have found it to be 72% accurate in answering prompts. This is the highest I've seen after trying several solutions. Their team is confident (and I trust them) that we can get this percentage much higher to where we want it.
